TungstenShark
I have been away from CoH for awhile now and want to feel the crunchy goodness of War Mace. Does anyone have an opinion on a second secondary to pair it with? I could always go with the old stand-by of Bio for the extra damage. Stone looks intriguing, but I need to dive into more (once I get Mids updated). I like to make my Scrappers as tough as possible since a dead Scrapper does zero DPS. Anyone have strong opinions or a build they love with War Mace?
ZorkNemesis
Shield is good, I know there's a bunch that swear by it. Damage buffs with Against All Odds, taunt aura, positional defenses, Shield Charge, and the shield can lend to a classic knight look. The only negative I can think of is that if you opt to keep weapon redraw as a thing, Active Defense and Shield Charge will put away your mace. Currently playing on Indomitable as @Zork Nemesis; was a Protector native on live.
Yomo Kimyata
War Mace is pretty endurance heavy so it helps to have a blue bar friendly secondary. But it’s certainly not necessary. Who run Bartertown?
InvaderStych
Mace/Stone was an interesting combo that I ran during the open beta. The KD in Mace plays nice with Mud Pots, and Brimstone's fire proc supplements Mace nicely. 1 You see a mousetrap? I see free cheese and a f$%^ing challenge. Spaghetti Betty
My Mace/Elec scrapper ended up pretty fun. Endurance was a little tight but Power Sink fixed that right up. Mainly on Excelsior. Without_Pause
EA or Stone. I have a Stone Stalker and Brute, but end has been manageable, Granted, I just hit 35 on the Brute so seeing how that goes with the latest toggle added, but really blues which drop are enough. End drain based mobs makes life a bit harder, but I still find it manageable. I think my toggles only dropped once in a long time when I simply ignored my blue bar for a time. Note, I have been using IOs as I go. I used cheaper ones up till 27, and aimed for end game ones sans purples after that. This is my Ice/stone Brute which should be easy enough to convert over. I've taken EA to 50 twice, so that will quite good as well. WM will like the recharge both offer. Thrax
/sr. Perma hasten easier and can proc out attacks and still be soft capped easily. DDR capped so won’t need a heal. Only 5 toggles needed so won’t have end issues and no psi hole. Edited March 22, 2022 by Thrax
WindDemon21
War mace is amazing and goes with most of the secondaries. Good ST and aoe. Don't forget all the knockdown powers can also slot FF procs to help recharge your armor stuff too. Also allows for more eradication slotting to boost e/n defense depending on the armor if it needs it. Would definitely go scrapper with war mace, but it *works* with any AT. Extra aoe is nice on tanks of course and it's ST is good too for them which is where they really lack. Thematically of course too mace/shield is a really solid option, but bio with it can be just sickening too.

Thrax
There are probably some pretty cool pairings with war mace that would look cool with stone. I’d probably go shield it you like the look with shield. I shave an electric/WM tank and it’s cool. Think the taunt looks cool with WM sand shield.
