brass_eagle
So, before the event ends, I finally received an in-game e-mail telling me that I was wrong about Halloween monster spawns. They claimed to have been backed up by @GM_Manga in-game---all I want to know is the information I have been working off of for 5 years has been wrong. When a Halloween monster spawns, they have a lot of pumpkin patches around. I have been told, and in my experiences, the undisturbed pumpkins de-spawn when a new Monster spawn appears somewhere else in the zone. Is this false information? Or is someone just trying to bravado me? From personal experience, I've always found it true.

With Unseelie cleared. I love and agree with your comment.... but what does this do to answer my original technical question. EDIT: And for the record, when the unseelie aren't cleared the undisturbed pumpkins remain. Do not let this post dissuade you from the main point is @Glacier Peak is in bad faith here. It does not address my question, just is a weird post. If you are to provide information, please provide context. Left confused. Edited November 5 by brass_eagle Hasty, just frustrated. I admit that. They were just confused by my question. Apologies.
Glacier Peak
Here's the guide I wrote about defeating all the Giant Monsters that spawn in zones, with the exception of the holiday events Giant Monsters. Hope that helps you understand Giant Monster spawn mechanics. This exactly matches my observations and experience, and I have spent a large amount of time over several years testing Halloween GM spawns, both on Brainstorm and on Live. tidge
There will always be seven Unseelie court that spawn with each (Holiday) Monster. Until those seven spawns are defeated, the (Holiday) Giant Monster will not respawn. This is the same type of "gate" that affects the KR Paladin, the Croatoan spawns (Grim Vale and Wandering), and the leftover rubbles from Jurassik. The Unseelie court are all fliers, so they will move a maximum of 200 feet when they decide to flee. It takes less than a minute for them to come back to their pumpkin patch. lemming
I think OP is talking about the decorative pumpkins. Not any of the actual mobs. Past years, if you still saw any of the pumpkins laying around, you probably still had an unseelie or such around. This year, I found some pumpkins sitting around from a past spawn while a new GM had spawned elsewhere. Some didn't look disturbed, but hard to say.
tidge
I've seen up to three batches of pumpkins in a zone at once: two were defunct, the other was "active".
AboveTheChemist
It can sometimes be difficult to tell whether the pumpkins have been disturbed or not. Sometimes they break open when disturbed, and some just move slightly. I have sat and watched so many sets disappear when the new GM spawned that I am 99.9% confident that the OPs original assertion is correct. And to tidge's most recent post, I have also seen old batches of pumpkins linger when a new GM spawns, but it's only the disturbed ones that do. 2 Popmenus > Badge List | Optimal Paths | Conversion Possibilities | Emotes Wiki Pages > Costume Color Schemes | Set Bonus Comparison Tables Maps > Vidiotmaps | Optimal Paths | Halloween GM Maps | Winter Gift Maps | Offline Map Viewer Sounds > Banshee Sonic Attack Datasets > Recipe Salvage Components | Badge Name & Settitle ID | Exploration Badge & History Plaque Coordinates

Unfortunately, I didn't find the answer to my question 😞 But to clarify, I was talking about the decorative pumpkins. As someone has mentioned, ones on the ground can sometimes be hard to tell if they were undisturbed. Especially on sidewalks with a pedestrian root. I try and find ones on roofs if I can.
