Tuesday, the 12 of August, saw the passing of my wife @steelfrost, from stage 4 pancreatic and liver cancer.  It was recently diagnosed but we were unable to treat it before she succumbed to it. She had played CoH since pre-ED days, mostly on Champion and Virtue, and was active in the RP community.  She had too many alts to list (loved the character creator, and many of her alts were for RP purposes so only got played during those times).  I met her through the game, her living in northern Mississippi (USA) and I in the Phoenix area.  We just happened to be on the same team running missions or perhaps a TF or two, and we hit it off, and eventually I moved to her and we've been together for just about 20 years, our 5th wedding anniversary on Oct 1.  She was a member or RP'd with many groups on Virtue and then on Everlasting.  She even managed to hide the fact she'd been invited to the secret squirrel server after sunset for a couple of months, finally unable to fib anymore about it and getting me in as well.  She was infamous, at least to me, for never having her powers slotted or enhanced because she would help  her friends in AE farms and get to certain levels to be able to run RP content at the higher levels.  She preferred Red Side content, and even tried her hand at PvP a few times.  This game brought us together, and gave her many, many hours of enjoyment.  If you ever RP'd with her, or ran endless Imperious TFs with her in Cimerora, hold a torch high for her.  I love you and miss you, Sabrina.
