  1. I test ran up to 7(?) accounts on live with my 3770k i7 and 16Gb RAM...using just the APU. Ok, so it was more about testing my hardware and "we" didn't really Go anywhere, but heh. :p
  2. Very popular on live especially. Back when you needed so many people to start a mission or the multi-click missions, etc.
  3. I've never had one not work, but if you find it constant enough, then you may want to change the sound of them activating to this: Ok, so I really just wanted to post it after reading the title. :p
  4. After you backup things like your costumes and the /data folder, try doing a full uninstall and then install it into something like c:\Games\COH. Often times when it stalls like this there's an issue with your AV, so putting that whole folder into the AV's whitelist should help. Checkout the Installation thread for specifics.
  5. It's an extra line on a cellphone contract. ;)
  6. Wait, what are you pointing at? The Finale was them at the "last colony"/earth circa 30k years ago. Then they send the ships into the sun and the robots go wandering off somewhere in space...what'd I miss?!? (shouldn't be anything as I've bought everything I could find :p)
  7. Actually, the game creates it, you just have to find it for the right account.
  8. While some may bark that they play just fine, you should reinstall the game to something more like C:\games\COH due to how windows likes to protect things. The file you're looking for based on Your install will likely be in ~\Homecomming\[ACCOUNT NAME]\playerslot.txt.
  9. It's probably this, there is likely an online access permission dialog behind the CoX window.
  10. *pokes @The Philotic Knight*
  11. I'll have to go back and reread the TN board then if it pops up again. Hence why I never put things like this into concrete assertions.
  12. A decade or more with no seasons 2-Inifinity?
  13. I think it's likely the latter as the drive contains the primary swap file as well (which makes drive scanning "fun", but not impossible).
  14. You might be able to scalp the costume info or maybe build data, but nothing that'll actually be useful for a direct import. If you have an example, I'd love to see what it Does have as I never did this.
  15. If I read correctly this week, I think PChat is going away.
  16. That's a rather messy URL though. :/
  17. This was my thought exactly. It has way fewer things to render at once.
  18. SG1 was a good extension of the movie and while actors were changed, I think it was a Good change. Best Outtake EVER! SGA was even better because it was away from earth TBH BSG (reboot) was WAY better than the original as it even went deep(er?) into the history of the colonies SGU took the BSG concept and design and went with it. IDK why Sci-Fi chan has a habit of killing things (because some lady CEO likes sweaty men, I mean wrestling I think) before they're actually done (that ending was Rushed...pun Absolutely intended) Don't get me started on Firefly... B5 was meh TBH Farscape was decent and you get to see the on-screen chemistry later found in SG1 SeaQuest was a cool side-quest from TNG at the time Earth2 was too short lived and a nice attempt at Lost in Space (the newer one Is really cool!) Andromeda was fine, but I think it was for those more into Sorbo
  19. Get the Frak out of here with that nonsense. ;)
  20. This actually came back a second time for me, but I can't be sure I managed all the clicking it wanted the first time as it felt too quick for what it was presenting.
  21. I've been getting some odd behavior as of late WRT the Samsung drivers. Upon boot, the Magician Software throws an error about Rapid Mode being disabled due to a driver error after which it goes through an uninstall and a "like it or not" reboot. It seems that I don't even have to have this mode enabled now for this to happen if I wander into the software settings now. I've already upgraded to the latest version, but it still happens. I'm pretty sure that this is the startup software that's causing a pause in my startup routine as well. My thoughts are split between it being a driver issue or something to do with the mSATA that this (Rapid Mode) is being assigned to in the first place. The drive is responsible for the system temp files (swap, etc) as well as where apps are aimed to place temp files as well. I have a total write of around 5 Tb and 3k hrs running. The drive health (as with all of them!) is great and temps stay in the 25-45C range generally. When used this disables one of the SATA2 ports (hence it runs at SATA2). Specs Below:
  22. I kind of needed this written out for another topic, but why not have a spot everyone can use, right? Post those specs! Current Specs: (Upgraded since sunset) Windows 7 x64 / Windows 10 / Windows 11 "Isolated" booting Beauty Shots:
  23. Experience tells me the timer thingy doesn't actually work Quite as consistently as intended and I'm pretty sure Nope is the last answer.
