I kicked someone on our second run because they thought it would be funny to fail the badge just before we took the AV down. (We then did a third run and did fine without them) -

Yep. Though I like to explain why I'm doing it. Most of the time I've gotten this badge just with instructions, but I also haven't run a DFB in months. -

As someone who worked computer security, I can definitely see a lot of scenarios. (even if they cause me anxiety) One could also think of it as doing house sitting. If you can trust the person, sure. There's always the possibility of betrayal. -

We're only cats. No kill. Very small in the scheme of things. The Skeptic cat (macaroni) and her two siblings (Orzo & Ramen) are semi-feral and have been living with us for 18 months, but they're being adopted next week.

You can do 3 per shard, so you could test 15 using the non-beta shards...

Chloe is the name of one of my cats. And one of my globals is named for a cat I used to be a caretaker for. (It's probably not very common, mistranslated Lebanese...) I did name a bunch of cats at a rescue after some Champions characters...

I think what we should have is occasionally when you bop her for the badge, a tentacle/tail/gaping Maw comes out and your screen goes black, and you wake up in the hospital. (Maybe about the same percentage chance that getting the mini pet recipe drop)

Future pets? I just got this calendar printed for our shelter, some of these have already gone to homes and this was the sample version I did. Plus I did this with one of the cats.

My current system can run six comfortably, though haven't in a long time. My old main system could do a couple, but I had to turn down settings. My spare laptop could run two for simple tasks (like passing stuff to an alt) They may not know that they have to set the launcher to allow multiple instances. So someone saying they can't run more than one is perfectly believable.

Which power sets? Some of my chars can run thru it pretty easily, but it was rough for others. -
If you check the live graphs on discord, you'll see 737 is the max number on Everlasting the last seven days.

One where you can do see that with is the Sentinel fight at the end of the Dark Astoria Mu arc. If you port past the cutscene trigger you can go all the way to the end where he spawns, but he will not spawn until the cutscene is triggered. Though one can skip past that, have say a Devices character put down maximum Trip Mines, then have someone trigger the cutscene... This is hilarious, but time consuming with no extra reward beyond a bunch of explosions. (Hmm, will have to figure out how to do this and get a screen capture of a character walking away from that...)

Yay! Another GF thread! My latest. For the Mark & Recall accolade power, you need to take out the Hamidon Seedling. The temp power it gives only works if you allow Group Fly to have an effect. For 90% of my characters, no big deal. For my Super Jump characters and a couple others, GF is very annoying, so I do get it turned off. But, since they don't fly, they need to fly for the Hamidon. So, they're stuck with having to pick up a jetpack (easy) or hitting Null on the way to First Ward to turn GF off. None of this is difficult, but it is annoying.

The name release is actually triggering my altitus. Though in some cases, just getting me to move more chars to Everlasting from Excelsior.

I think OP is talking about the decorative pumpkins. Not any of the actual mobs. Past years, if you still saw any of the pumpkins laying around, you probably still had an unseelie or such around. This year, I found some pumpkins sitting around from a past spawn while a new GM had spawned elsewhere. Some didn't look disturbed, but hard to say.

Repel actually. Took me a bit to get used to, but it works great as a little bit of control. Sentinels are great for casual play IMO. They tend to be reliable and take care of themselves. -
Renamed a couple of my 50s. Minimum Wage from Excelsior is now High Strung on Everlasting. (so, freed up a name...) And I now have a Mastermind named Sock Puppet on Everlasting. (It's on my less used alt account...)

Yea, I didn't really account for that, but just spit balling. I did a little more thinking and checking. Probably the equivalent of a below level 6 character name, would be a Super Group name that still has a base with nothing added, one member, and they haven't logged in for a year. Maybe also add, not publicly accessible? I don't think it would be an easy check, though in game you can see when members were last on in the SG window, so maybe. I don't feel like looking it up, but we could check on where the SG ID increment is on each server. I know Everlasting is around 40k. This might motivate me to shutdown a few bases on Excelsior since they're not really that used. Get back to just the two main ones there.

Alright, enough about the German Garlic Pizza. I'll admit I don't get the reasoning between a timed mission that kicks you out, and then the characters sit there for however long it takes the player to get back to the keyboard. Sure, you don't have that time wasted zoning out, but I get annoyed at myself when I exit and I still have stuff on auto. I actually did some active farming like that. My setup has my alts usually just move from group to group, but once I had the one follow a blaster who would swoop down and nuke when it was safer. I think as long as farming is less lucrative than "real" content, it's fine. I'm not sure if we're there and there's a lot of variables. I think when I farm, I make more via the market selling various drops. I also find the actual farming fairly boring, but it can be relaxing which is part of the appeal. I also like the tweaking various builds of the mobs, the maps, and the NPCs.
