I will say that there are a lot of good names open on Victory (except for the one I really wanted. 😄 ) I've been playing on Victory quite a bit now, it's slowly growing and starting to run some of the more complicated to form content such as MSRs. Definitely slower on a lot of things, but it's been interesting. And so far, lots of friendly people. It will be interesting to see how it continues

I tend to over build for end reduction than anything else. Most of my melee chars tend to be more defensive, etc... to a point. Unless I'm purposelessly building a char to solo +4/x8 content, I'm not too worried.

Depends on what it entails. There's a lot of different ways to do the HC version as people have outlined. And on repeat: This has been done (I've run a few chars up to 50 this way) and there are different styles to do it with. We don't need a separate server to do this.

Different badges for Reliving or Crashing the wedding. Another for being involved int the defeat of all the sig characters. (14 in all) One for being in the way during the ceremony. And for Nemesis, a badge to start, and if you beat all the AVs, you get a pet. (and the officiator badge so you could do all the badges in three runs) There's no guide that I know of, but the wedding threads do have most of the info.

I think the display is off on some of the values and it gets more weird when incarnates, etc... are involved. I'll see if I can dig into the score code later. (which of course, could have changed in the last six years)

I'd have to double check some code, but the math seems right. Say end cost is 100. You get +10% end cost reduction. 100 - 100/(1+10/100) = 9.091 100 - 100/1+2.5/100) = 2.4391 I think there may be some other factors, but that's pretty close to what you see.

No issue, though I don't think that's the reason for lack of redside population. Mercy does annoy me at times when I'm navigating around since I will say "Why isn't X is a more logical spot?" It's like the place was designed by people with no oversight.

This is a small sample size, but no one has agreed with you. The two sides are you, and everyone else. Just from the "Hey, let's put together another code base, or write in switches to enforce this" effort on the part of devs makes it a non-starter. And as pointed out, you can do it yourself. You can do a HC group, SG even, but there's not as much of a call for it as you have imagined.

There have been plenty of hardmode runs done and there are numerous threads about it. You don't need a separate server.

I do a bit of multiboxing, but the only time I'll invite others into things was early on Victory when we were lacking a bit. Now it's not needed. Most of the multibox stuff is just setting up some support alts for when I'm being anti-social. And I do multibox the event stuff, but never GMs.
