  1. And yes, both repeatable contacts in DA can just be walked up to instead of as part of the Intro arc.
  2. Regular XP. I think it's considered a bug, but it only does it if run outside Ouro, so you can't farm it. (275k via Ouro, or +0 iirc)

  4. I find it a nice burst of XP. Especially since it is affected by +4 diff. (475k iirc) That's for both Blue & Red sides. And you can do both. I like clearing out contacts, so this works for me. The thing I always do is have a flight power (temps are fine) to turn on when you are finishing your fall. Then you leisurely turn your stuff back on.
  5. It's the right place. It might be as designed, but until a dev says so, take other people's comment as why it might not be a bug as a possibility, but not final.
  6. I bet there's a bunch of tour boats that do a IP, KW, PI, Talos Loop. An evening dinner cruise, with only a slight chance of Lusca having dinner.

    I agree that there's need of an adjustment. It's probably a percentage of damage, and those defenses do a lot of damage quickly.
  8. Ax is a bit end heavy at times, but paired with WP, it's tough to run out. My invulnerablity tank had to slot for end reduction, but once they hit 50, whatever. Just ran a Ax/WP scrapper around FF on beta against +1 & +2 mobs. Using SOs. Only time end was an issue was if I left my travel powers running. Maybe it would be worse against freaks.
  9. Is it the most fun of the game to look into how to reduce endurance issues? Not really, but there are a lot of ways to compensate. Mine usually wind up with end reduction SO or IO (at 32+), but if I'm running something with a resistance power, I will two slot Unbreakable Guard for the end reduction. (several other sets do it as well, but that's my goto at level 17+) There are some powers out there that seem end heavy, but it's never been the end of the world. If they reduced all end cost, I would probably not even notice it at this point.

  12. With how many things that are intertwined to endurance, definitely not. Like it or not, the game was originally designed around it and there are a lot of powers that work off of it being part of the game.

  14. I may not agree with all of WD's suggestions , but it's reasonable for him to do it the way he did. Either the devs say, "NOPE", or he can ping occasionally about it. Now, if we want to discuss how to do suggestions, that would be better in a different thread.
  15. It's similar to claws. My badger is a DB/WP scrapper. They're good with a lot of tough challenges, so I've never felt underpowered. The biggest problem i get is the target dies before I finish a combo. That said, I wouldn't mind an improvement.
  16. Mixed feelings on that. I didn't take advantage, but a lot of people noted getting way more influence with some decent marketing. Though ATOs have increased in value as well. (Tank & Corrupter iirc) Can you buy Windfall from anywhere besides a drop from a Superpack? Wonder if instead of a 2xp week, have a 2x droprate? (Saying week, so those that don't have a traditional weekend, can still get it) And for any of this, maybe instead of a global grant, it's something you can enable (or disable) by visiting any trainer or at least the gull.

  20. I think so. I caused him to bubble up, then got overwhelmed myself. And then I had to go, so didn't bother to finish him off so can't say for certain, but I'd bet some influence on it.
  21. It's not entirely obvious, but talk to the big TV. And the portal opens up in one of the truck containers (backed up truck?) to the left of the TV which may not be obvious, but it's a glowy portal.

  23. The arc is interesting, but based on feedback, it is an example of something that may be obvious to the designer, but not to the players. A friend of mine described making puzzles for players in game mastering. Try not to make anything more complicated than a Scooby Do mystery. A generalization, but I find it worked well for convention games. I would have never thought of Number 6 either and since I ran the mission arc via Ouro, I had to visit everyone in person which without the guide, wouldn't have been feasible for me to remember.
  24. I believe if you have Dimensional Warder, no progress needs to be shown.
