  1. I use google spreadsheets Char Name,Lvl,Vet,Server,Origin,AT,Primary,Secondary,Day J,#Day Job %, Created, Age, Enhanced, Tports, Incarnate, TAFP, TFC, Halloween, SBB, Vday, Winter, Zones, DA, MC, Badges, SG, Account *see hidden for explanations Dayjobs are their very own spreadsheet that's referenced, I also have a spreadsheet of Minds of Mayhem trial for that badge...
  2. Interesting enough, I sent an email to a non-existent account and instead of losing it, the inspiration got dropped right back into my tray. I'm guessing there's some bad sanitation of inputs happening. Wonder where everything is winding up?
  3. nice catch
  4. Honestly, I'm not sure what your story has to do with the suggestion? Yes, some TFs and Trials set your level. Dropping people because of logging out is a major change from the beginning. And as Rudra has said, it eliminates groupings that want to take it slow, it completely invalidates someone that has any sort of reason for interrupted networks. AND YOU WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO OURO ARCS!? As someone who was dealing with a dodgy connection last week, that would have meant my not going thru an ouro arc since I would have had to restart multiple times from the beginning of the arc, instead of just a mission or two. And the bit of "This is how exemplars worked originally"? There was a reason for that to be eliminated by the much better SK system.
  5. Since it's for the whoall command, I'd say zone. I generally do a quick parse that counts the results, but as you say, it can be thrown off by hidden players. It would be handy, though instead you can do /search and check the zone you are curious about. (I just checked The Hive to see that is has 47 non-hidden people in it)
  6. It would replace the choice of SO being the most skipped. The reward tables on SSAs need some work since you can lock out rewards if you do the red side, but not the blue. (It's been awhile since I found that, but somewhere I posted a thread on that)
  7. Only time I had an issue with valentine tips was with my praetorian. If I got a delivery to a non-praetorian, it wouldn't let me do anything including dismissing.
  8. SBB is abandoned? I tend to run it weekly and it's part of each "required" run of a char. And often if there happen to be four of us wondering what to do, that's what we wind up doing. Whispered Rumor tips. I'm not sure, but I honestly wouldn't mind if that was available.
  9. Back in my QA days, I loved it when a dev said this. 😸
  10. I want the server name mentioned as well.
  11. It's interesting that this and Multidimensional act different for different people. I haven't really bothered with just popping in and out since I tend to just do the mission complete which in my case always has me get it if it hasn't popped before. I think I've parked in the mission, made tea or something and have had it pop while doing that. Both missions are easily gotten via Ouro, and minimal effort unless you're insisting on turning up difficulty.
  12. There's a vocal group that thinks that everyone needs to play the way do. (And hardly any of them agree with each other) Most people I feel just follow the lead, some listen to instructions, and for the most part the active players keep it under control. And sometimes it's not really the players, they're playing, but there may be a distraction at home, and sometimes their system isn't as responsive. Then there are a few people that just want to cause problems. Those are the only ones I get concerned about, but player notes are your friend.
  13. You have to do more than just enter the mission and leave. You have to spend some time in the mission until it awards, or complete the mission which seems to award it at that time if you haven't gotten it by then.
  14. Everlasting is the defacto RP server. (Though there are quite a few RPs on the other ones, and non-RP on Everlasting)
  15. This is a nice guide update, though if they ever put the restriction of Badge missions not being eligible will cause an issue.
  16. I did five of my heavies with logging out and back on. It took about the same amount of time. Though the base method allowed me to hit my Inspirations temp. (i'm blanking on the temp pow name...) And using the base port allowed me to keep track of chat...
  17. I should note, that to get the full 30 charges takes 10.5 days to charge up at 8.4 hours per charge (if you have the dayjob)
  18. Check to see what your playerslot.txt is writeable, found at Homecoming/accounts/<AccountName> That's where your sorted stuff is stored. I think you have to visit each server and page to fully populate it though.
  19. For collecting Heavies, I just noticed that the Day Job, Monitor Duty Transporter recharges in 30 seconds or less. Go to a heavy, grab it, go to base, come right back. Repeat with using Base Transporter and LRTP as they recharge (much more slowly) Picking up 30 is pretty easy this way. You can then logout, login for the handful left.
  20. Note that all your notes are stored locally on your computer. Homecoming/accounts/ACCOUNTNAME/playernotes.txt
  21. Why don't we have a Nerf set yet? Nerf Assault, Nerf Control, Nerf Armor, Nerf Melee....
  22. I agree, though how I run thru a series for the Invader badge is: Do all the ones that are either the sub nearby, or if the far south, abandon and reroll the chance. Then I tend to do Bricks, IP, then Talos & PI. Bricks is always the ships down south, IP is in the same tug, and the other two are the helicopter near Marconiville. I also tend to have a char getting the missions and not entering, so they never leave Lord Schweinzer. The char getting the mayhem badges also visit all the exploration badges & plaques of Port Oakes, because why not?
  23. It's also the reason fold space often puts the targets in a line
  24. I think what happens is two characters arrive, collide, and both get moved. To the same spot, which then repeats the action, etc... When I dual box, I can watch both my chars glide across. Maybe a random direction gets chosen to avoid cascading collisions?
  25. To keep the Praetorian symbols, you can't run the final Marchand (or Calvin) missions and you won't ever enter Paragon or the Rogue Isles. You can still run thru the First & Night Ward arcs, visit Pocket D and Echo: Plaza for AE arcs. I believe the level badges at 10,20,30,40, and 50 are Praetorian flavoured if you go thru the portal though.
