This looks really cool. I'd love to see an update. My wife does counted cross-stitch, so I'm familiar with the amount of work this entails. (For those who don't know, it's a LOT.)

I was thinking Bubblegum Crisis, too. It never occurred to me to try to recreate those but Yellowjacket made a perfect example.

Not to derail the thread too much but both my wife and I contracted Covid in March of 2020 and I was very ill for about 3 months but my wife has been sick ever since with Long Covid, which is debilitating. She actually had to retire on disability, 7 years earlier than planned. The analogy to Sappers is definitely apt: the fatigue alone is nearly unbearable for her. She’s had to be hospitalized only once, but we’ve had to visit urgent care numerous times and that has made us wish for Paragon’s personal teleporters. My dad was admitted to the hospital with Covid last night, which is concerning for a guy who is 88, but he has been pretty healthy overall. This virus has really knocked the wind out of him, especially as it has caused myocarditis, and that’s alarming. He’s not a good patient in the best of times and he hasn’t been admitted to the hospital in his entire life, so he’s cranky in the way only Brooklyn Italian guys are.

That’s weird. I just made a new character last night and the Jester/Jester pattern worked for me as I clicked through all the tops and patterns. I’ve never seen that glitch before. Maybe it’s a bug with the new update that removed the Winter stuff?

This is super slick. I think combining the gloves/boots from the first costume with the tights pattern of the second would really give it the feel of snake scales. I keep messing around with both snake- and spider-themed characters but they never come out the way I want, so I might just have to straight-up steal this. 😈🐍

How hard would it be to separate the various head details? I’ve always thought it was weird that horns and glasses use the same slot, for instance. I wanted to make a guy with a blindfold and hat or hood, but those are mutually exclusive. Is this stuff hard-coded because it’s how the game was originally set up, or can the art assets be assigned different slots? Can we have like 6 different details for different parts of the head and face? I think that separation of various head/facial “zones” would open up a lot of cool options.
