Biographies And not only will there be billions in inf to be awarded out, Toxic Light has graciously offered to draw portrait art in graphite for the winner of the biography contest (Samples of her work here: Art of Lisa Morgan ), and DJ Eros likewise has offered wonderfully to draw a portrait for the winner of the singles contest! On top, there will be live music provided by DJ Eros, DJ Reimix, and DJ Kitt, and an afterparty held at The Penny Palace ( Glitter-15238 ) ! Players from all shards are invited, and we hope to see you there!

It sounds like it may have been the Flow Lightning ability used by some of the Sibyls: https://hcwiki.cityofheroes.dev/wiki/Talons_of_Vengeance#Sibyl_.28Lightning.29 It functions very similarly to other ground mechanics like in Apex, the Magisterium, or Minds of Mayhem.

I loved the arc! It felt like a wonderful continuation into the universe's lore, with some neat hooks for the future. Now, for nitty gritty, I just have some minor corrections I might make regarding mission text for 'The Graveyard Shift'. In the interest of not being too spoilery with my screenshots, I'll try to blur all but the salient details, but consider this a caveat for those that haven't done the blue side arc yet! Regarding Chapter Two: I would suggest changing 'small time' to 'small-time' in its usage here. Regarding Chapter Three: 'suprisingly' can be corrected to 'surprisingly' In the opening text for the door mission, I would suggest using the Oxford comma, since I've seen it used elsewhere in the arc. This dialogue appears when interacting with an object; 'avenue' can be capitalized here. This appears in clue text. 'Rejuvenaton' can be corrected to 'Rejuvenation.' Regarding Chapter Four: This occurs when Dr. Pierce is asked if she recalls something being said. 'Hesistate' can be amended to 'hesitate.' Regarding Chapter Five: In this NPC dialogue, 'negotations' can be corrected to 'negotiations.' Regarding Chapter Six: This another place where the Oxford comma could be used. Regarding the Heroic Finale: In this NPC dialogue near the end, either the comma after 'Oh' could be replaced with a period, of 'Hey' could be made lowercase. Wonderful job again with this arc, and I look forward to seeing what else you guys come up with!

It's hard to know what to say. Neutron was a genuinely warn person, the type of person that leaves an impression for their kindness. It was always nice to hear him in voice, and it is an honor to have gotten to meet him. I hope he rests well.

These are some fantastic changes, and testing them out so far I haven't had any issues with them. (And to echo @ArchVileTerror, it would be amazing seeing the Walk animations proliferated across genders at some point as well.)

I'd like to chime in with my displeasure in regards to the Shinobi-Iri change as well, and to echo a lot of what has been said. This change kills a lot of flavor, both in terms of playstyle and aesthetic. By pairing Shinobi-Iri with Ninja Run or Beast Run, combined with some tailored slotting, we were able to realize the character fantasy of having that speedster ninja without being locked to the standard run animation just, you know, sped up. We could have the monstrous and beastly minded terror barreling through the Etoiles. And though it might mean sacrificing set bonuses to do it, we could keep up with the other speedsters while being true to our concepts. A whole lot could be said about movement animation cycles available to characters in general (Walk, looking at you), but to keep it on point to the suggested changes in this thread: people have invested various resources, time, influence, creative energy into. With this change all of this is negated, in a game that is all about that character fantasy, about spending time deliberating between costume pieces, about crafting a fun biography, about choosing different powers and the ways those powers look to make fun, unique individuals. Hamstringing so many of those individuals with this change like this feels like a mistake.
