  1. With a recharge of 145% you should have dom up every 67 secs or so roughly. I also put hasten on auto because I'll have leeway as @josh1622 said. But if you are a vil there's always frenzy to bail you out in case you forget.
  2. You can overcome -recharge with set bonuses from the winter sets and the one from the travel power. But i havent ran into an issue with being slowed enough to miss permadom being most -recharge doesn't last that long. I also recommend trying to slot powers that have the 8.75 recharge like in preventive medicine and reactive defenses.
  3. I'm curious to see how you play because singy shouldn't have any issue surviving alpha strikes unless you throw them in the fray lol.
  4. The game has changed so much im not sure what could be changed with doms other than increased damage and maybe some inherent def/res when popping domination. This game is purely dps. Hence why i tend to build my doms focusing on recharge, end management, and damage. In a team environment I'm not too much worried by capped def because most likely your team is going to crush through those mobs 30 secs max. I basically spam my aoe immob and switch to dps afterwards.

  7. I agree with the OP, but I feel sleep needs to have some secondary effect to it as well. That seems to be the one thing Mind Control lacks. Being awaken from sleep should either lower your defenses, effect your regen and recovery, or make you have a slower recharge to your powers.
  8. So how does this argument apply to people who want to use the base teleporter for faster access to things enhancement vendor, tailor, crafting station, etc... Everything about this game has evolved to time efficiency ( Efficiency Expert Pither be proud of us), so trying to encourage them to learn where the connection from one zone to another seems a bit outdated as a form of travel, and only nostalgic to returning gamers. Another thing to keep in mind due to the new pace of the game a majority of zones are quickly out leveled. XP bonus is now a thing. Farming is far more common and convenient really leaving the usage of Ouroboros to be used for: a gather point for incarnate trials and related or SBB, going back to badge hunt for various accolades requirements or badge hunting in general. The whole point of the zone which is still unfinished is now for the main purpose of going back to run unfinished or never explored content you either skipped or outleveled to actually finished. And even then the zone is used to travel to a mission where it normally requires you to take the trams avoiding it all together. Using the ouroboros system to go back and do outleveled content also defeats the purpose of learning connection point because the large crystal takes you to either to the contact or the zone to the mission itself. i like the idea of using Ouroboros as a means of travel as well eliminating the level restriction since that would only keep you from actually using the Ouroboros system til you're level 14. The five minute cooldown is far more efficient than the 30 minute cooldowns from mission teleporter, assemble the team, or team teleport. Two of those act as a more direct connection to point A to B while one can be more of a liaison to gather the rest if you're already there. Nerfing the base teleporter would seem more a blow to single players who aren't part of a SG. It also can be used if you're defeat as with the O portal you have to be up and running to use it. A fine point then to using Ouroboros as a mean of travel should also include the amenities the bases offer like a crafting table included like in RWZ, and access to a tailor again also in RWZ. Ouroboros also has access to a vendor and medical center (though that's available only during certain missions). (Just regurgitating what you said on this) Having to be next to a base teleporter is redundant because the base teleporter itself is a teleporter. All in all, I like the idea, but I would add some more stuff to Ouroboros before you would replace the sg teleporter.
  9. I almost wanna laugh, but the pain of disappointment subsides harder.
  10. Masterminds have a base hp of 803 and low damage. Is the whip really that appealing to people where they would gimp themselves for three attacks that hardly does any damage?
  11. mbre2006

    Arctic Air

I'm sorry. My main is an Ice/Ice/Ice dom and I have a lot of playing time with her. Again it fires like crazy with the aoe immob.
  12. How do you manage end on that build? I assuming using incarnates right?
  13. I currently have a lvl 50 dark/savage. It's pretty much a good melee combo. Feral charge and use the pbaoe stun. Have fun.
  14. mbre2006

    Arctic Air

It doesn't fire off as much as you think in AA. I put it in my aoe immob and can stack orbs about two or three times.
  15. Proc wise i know that part. But I'm just going to focus the slots elsewhere now.
  16. Ok cool so tornado is going to work exactly as I thought so in that case I'll just put a kd proc in it and a +5 recharge. That will save some slots later.
  17. So I'm looking at mids and seeing tornado doing a total base damage of 387 smashing damage. I'm guessing assuming it stays on target as I remember that power acting like a pet and jumping around to different enemies. But I'm looking at Lightning storm and it only has a base damage of 38. I can only assume to that per sec. So forgive my ignorance can anyone help me understand these numbers a bit better? If tornado has that as a base damage i'm thinking for procing it and saving some slots. Same with Lightning storm.
  18. Have you seen the new friendships?
  19. Same. I got mine to 40 today.
  20. You do know you can get your game account banned as the homecoming team clearly stated not to post videos on media sites anymore?
  21. Your end usage is terrible. And I'm not trying to sound negative, but you want to keep it a 2:1 ratio. This isn't a late blooming build, you're solely relying on incarnates. You got perma dom, yay! Don't sacrifice your build just to look good on a spreadsheet.
