  1. Well .. its more along the lines of, I doubt they will be reverting the tanker Buff But the Power Creep is horrible yes, especially since all the Power Creep ONLY favors the players. Give the Baddies some Power Creep, an actual arms race, and we might have something. With stronger enemies there is more room for all the ATs With pathetic ones, we simply have too many Melee ATs
  2. The FF thing only benefits some sets. Like Energy. But by the time you've slotted KB to KD AND FF you only have 4 slots in those AOEs for set bonuses.
  3. So a thought. What if they increased Brute mitigation numbers slightly? Instead of Brute/Scrapper/Stalker 75% Sent 70% Make Brute 80-5% ish. Whatever makes sense. This would run them another step towards Tankers.
  4. It explains why its so hard producing noticable granularity between those ATs Because when designed they weren't intended to inhabit the same faction. BillZ mentioning that scrappers and Tankers had about the right seperation led me to make the observation.
  5. If the game came out with all ATs on all sides, we wouldn't have all three. Or even all 4 since Stalkers belong here too. There would be only the two, Tankers and Scrappers. Stalkers would be a Scrapper with the Ninjitsu Secondary. And Tankers would have gotten a less potent version of Fury.
  6. Nobody is going to change anything because I say so. You can relax. Noone's experiences are going to change. The proponents of the super ultra chocolate easy mode are firmly in control of this game's destiny. It doesn't make you all right though. They ARE too weak. Objectively so.
  7. They aren't even all that great WITH permadom. Removing it seems pointless.

  9. SR is really good on Brutes Aggro Aura, nice level progression, easy to softcap
  10. I was thinking they might do pretty well if you do the weekly TFs a lot. Fury is nice for all levels. They get a lot more attacks than Tankers at low level. You can probably get enough survival if you don't get stupid. SR progression is great on brutes for example. But its kind of sad for them to go from one of the best Incarnate options to one of the also rans

  12. Why would the "game is too easy crowd" oppose buffing the council. Seems backwards.
  13. that's what the +0x1 settings should be for But really even buffed a council mission isn't going to take 30 min

  15. Council missions are too easy even for teams of people with only SOs the Council needs some buffing
  16. Coh with a billion inf build feels like playing with console cheat commands.
  17. Increase the resist vs S/L/psi Replace dull pain with a smaller passive hp buff, and a small resist to all. Give it Defense to Environmental and Psi. Give it a AOE scaling regen power with a to hit debuff instead of its heal and IH Replace MOG with a nice no drawback resist and recovery buff. Change the effects from green to yellow. There. Its fixed.
  18. If you hit your AOE vs one target, the Brute with fury going should do more damage than the tanker. So more magnitude. But the tanker will usually hit more targets, so the total damage is higher.
  19. Brutes still do more AOE damage in a magnitude sense though, right? Just Tankers can affect more targets, and hitting more is much easier. Making Tanker do more in actual play.
  20. The cones should be wider, and animations faster. How much wider? Depends on how much faster.
  21. Sonic at least has a killer secondary effect
  22. Even with all the Aoe attacks its clear times in Galaxy Brains testing were pitiful.
  23. They should have stuck to making cookies
  24. You can make a /Fire into something good for all around. And of course /Fire is good for Farming. Maybe have 2 builds and swap between them.
