Ive done STJ and MA at vet levels for Scrapper and Stalker
For Stalker STJ is definitely better.
For scrapper MA seems probably slightly better overall. Maybe you are right about the ST idk, it can't be by much.
For both ATs MA definitely is better at low level. After they changed Cobra Strike, MA can get a great ST attack Chain at a very low level.
If you can swing it Def Wise, the Guassian's will fire more often without all that recharge in Tactics.
on my SR/SS I just use Guassian's and one End Red in Tactics
I think I'm running around 70% S/L resist which seems plenty. Actually the 50% I had while leveling seemed plenty.
Passive regen does fine.
While leveling maybe rest every once in a while between fights until your IOs fill in.
You do exactly the same damage at 75% health, 50% health and 25% health. So the Health bar is just a graphical representation of a number
That order was already basically a given though.
It seems the ET fast thing is still a consideration keeping the gap larger?
Also why bone smasher for the ATO? Some were suggesting Total Focus.
Unless you are on a full team with the typical 5+ people spamming Maneuvers and Tactics. Then you can just pretend to be an SR Melee God and just throw out AOEs and Blasts and Melee attacks at will.
Also you don't have to give up recharge for it on the Tanker. Which is kind of the point of going SR and trying to get Double stacked all the time Rage anyway.
You definitely can easily with a Tanker. That gains more from the double stacked rage due to higher base numbers and can hit more targets with footstomp (same Area though)
The SR/SS Tanker can also have a lot of S/L resist.
So here's a question concerning Energy Melee for you and Galaxy
You said the Scrapper's performance is a little less than hoped due to the reduced crits for the top attacks
Presumably the Brute can gain a little ground there. So how does Brute Energy Melee compare to Scrapper Energy Melee?
Yes. This is actually where I am going with it. Since as a set TW only adds 62.5% damage when hitting the buildup power, then the Breakeven point is correspondingly lower.
Also since buildup type powers have the longest downtimes this should also lean Brute. Any persistent Damage Bonus is going to lean Tanker.

Yeah I guess my Mid's is just outdated.
I was thinking for basically the reason that Ball Lightning is a very fast animating AOE and I never really need a Hold, or Shadow Meld, in most my builds
I know I read something about these being actually the same scale. But Mid's seems to think Moonbeam is nearly twice as good.
I'd like some confirmation, since Zapp can be paired with Ball Lightning. But everyone seems to go Moonbeam on Scrapper builds.
any combo with a big +DMG will favor the tank likely since Brutes for some reason do not get higher +DMG numbers for various power, even though their BASE damage is lower.
Except in cases where you are actually nearing the Dmg Cap since Brutes have more cap than anyone.
