    Hami-O’s were not half as easy to get back in the day, so I wouldn’t consider them in then vs now comparisons. Personally, my computer wasn’t good enough for the raids.

    True, but building for durability isn’t even the meta in the hardest content in the game because Barrier is so good, so procsters hardly care.

    Point is those sets lost something, so they got something. Electric Armor didn’t lose anything. Likewise, you’ll have to lose something if you want this Willpower buff.

    Talking about how Hurricane is a great power if you know how to use it is not impressive to me. I know how to use it. Most do. I don’t know how to justify using it when it’s, ya know, completely unnecessary. It’s way easier to just spam Freezing Rain, Tornado, and Lightning Storm and blast in between, and I don’t miss the tohit debuff at all.

    As a side note, Burnout is particularly fun for Stormies. 4 Lightning Storms out at once anyone?

    Hurricane is okay against AV’s but ultimately too situational for me to take.

    Steamy Mist, Freezing Rain, Tornado, and Lightning Storm are your core do-not-skip powers. Both Tornado and Lightning Storm should have a KB->KD, an FF proc, and solid damage/recharge slotting.

    The psi resists were added to sets with typed defense because typed defense got nerfed. Electric armor has nothing to do with any of that.

    No one I team with has ever complained about Fold Space, which I take on every character, so I guess that makes me fun, sure.

    Or just know how to use the power correctly and team with good players. But sure, I’m sure you can diagnose narcissism from an AoE teleport 🙄

    Fold Space is great. Don’t listen to the folks that want you to slow your roll on Fold Space. If you ain’t first, you’re last.

    Obviously Psionic Mastery is objectively not “really bad”

    It’s just that Sonic’s own damage is rather lackluster, so it’s better at being a force multiplier for other sets. Fire, Ice, etc are going to do better damage on their own.

    If you mean as a part of an 8-man team, yes. If you mean as a duo, I personally would pick a different primary.

    Yeah my BA/Bio/Soul feels pretty meta too, that’s what I voted.

    The only reasons to play a Brute include: - /Fire farming - Tankiest versions of /Regen and /Energy - Scrappiest version of Super Strength So it’s gotta involve some of that. I voted Rad/Fire/Mu for most meta even though I run Spines/Fire/(Energy or Pyre).
