    Every armor set has holes, whether it be no Fear protection, no KB protection, no Confuse protection, no Psionic resistance, etc etc. It’s been this way for ever. Not seeing the need for a change.

    The only reason any decent player would refer to Mass Confusion as not “useable” is because Seeds of Confusion is overpowered as hell and unfairly raises the bar for less broken AoE confuses. Imagine thinking Mass Confusion is actually bad. Ridiculous.

    In addition to higher duration, higher target cap, and ease of use (TAoE), Mass Confusion also doesn’t draw aggro. I do think the disparity is perhaps a bit much, so I could talk 180-210 seconds instead of 240, but IMO part of that is Seeds of Confusion actually needing to be nerfed a bit (90-120 seconds instead of 60).

    Sorry, my bad. It just won’t let you rename them, I think. The 1 thing was from me trying to transfer from another server. But hey, now you know how to tell if the name is taken.

    There is a way to make sure. First check in the character creator. If it comes up as available, leave the creator and try to rename an existing character. If there’s a 1 after your name even though the creator said the name was available, the name was tied to an existing character.

    Had 5 toons on Indom that I didn’t want to transfer to Excel because their names weren’t available there. Got 3 of the 5 names now on Excel.

    I’ve now completed all vanity pets on my main and all but two costumes (need about 7k more vanguard merits…).

    I believe PB used to affect KB but no longer does.
