    plus taking things from the majority of players to give to the minority is never gonna fly new villain zones fine, if you can convince the dev team there is enough player interest, taking things away from the rest, er no way, thats how you kill a game

    er @TraumaTrain that sounded far more vehement than I intended, I just meant the populating and adding content to a zone is a huge amount of work (which is why Khallisti is still a ghost town)

    why should it? there is absolutely no logical reason for the two things to be linked, it's up to the people running the game to decide when the effects of winter are displayed as they get to say when it's winter in Paragon City on Primal Earth, what the season is here in roughly the same area is completely irrelevant

    it should be the game is basically a collection of spreadsheets and databases so most things have a timestamp on them
