I never take powers that could be construed as situational. "Need that lil bit of super duper power to beat that AV, take a T9!" Even RoP, or incorporating Incarnate abilities to get you where you want on final builds. No build with what you have with those strengths and everything else is an added bonus if you so desire. Because, on final builds you're not going to have T4s instantly unlocked. That being said im not going to incorporate something that I can only use every so often in the hopes that I plan it correctly. If that's the case I'll just pop some inspirations or demonic.

Pines I believe was a Mids. But, I think its gone any Mids downloads are just that with no mention of Pines, I'm not an expert on the background between the two. I don't want to derail your thread with an unrelated convo so I'll drop it since you answered my question.

I take it you don't use Mids? If you tried slotting multiple it would have told you cannot do it.

I just don't see that, Joker is persuasive but mind control, telekinesis, psi attacks, not so much. Pistol or rifle I can see, maybe I should look into blasters, secondary might be iffy. Or a Sentinel an AR/WP.

I make alot of alt world characters, one is this worlds version of the Joker. His name is the Larker, and for the life of me I cannot get anything to fit him. I've been trying to make this concept work since live. I've tried Thugs/Psn MM (both pve and pvp builds), Thug/Pain MM, DP/Psn corr, DP/Pain corr, and currently a Psn/DP fender, which still not feeling it. Frankly, I'm at a loss at this point.

I think it depends on the version of the superhero you're looking at. I made an alternate Batman, who hasn't spoken since his parents were killed in Kings Row. He is a StJ/Nin stalker which ties in with his backstory. So dependent upon how you view or which storyline you like, make it whatever you want.

I like /Traps personally, easy to cap def, nice debuffs, minimum investment to get recharge to have multiple mortars. I like /Nature on fenders more.

I'm on it now, my buddy is running a new blaster water/sonic and we have been melting everything in sight. Nova to me is a blaster that has unlimited end and powers that are up almost instantly its a real pew-pew-pew powerset. I just got the crab so only ran him once but, flying in squid blasting away, transform in flight to the crab and landing in the mob putting the smack down on whatever is left is a really fun way to f@ck baddies up. I didn't realize just how fun this AT is.

Alrighty, I figured I'd give it a go since I finally got my WS to 20. I went for rech and res mostly, and tried to make it a equal triform build, so I could turn into any form in rapid succession and fubar the enemies as quickly as possible. Obviously, certain sacrifices were made to get the set bonuses I wanted, use of Hami O's, and I'm not a proc person so I'm sure there were missed opportunities on that front. I used alot of powers just as place holders to get what I needed. The use of macro's has been an awesome way to channel the forms quickly and very efficient killing wise. Tactically speaking there is a host of attack chains that can be set up, human>dwarf>squid aoe/smite/blast, squid>dwarf>human blast/smite/make pets, etc. I'm getting excited thinking of the possibilities. So you think its predominantly newer players or people just not used to teaming?

Practice makes perfect, that isn't failure that's just not knowing all the stuff involved. That's as simple as reading up on it. BTW this was I had to pass the star on the banner league.

It probably has more to do with my outlook on life and how I interact with people. I'm not outgoing, have very few friends, but, put me in a room with folks and depending on the crowd will either have everyone laughing, having serious conversations about a variety of subjects, or putting people at ease. I equate that to being a director in Healthcare. Our environment, education, upbringing, etc all tie into that. Sometimes we just need that coffee to be the best damn person we can be.
