  1. I rolled one today as a corr, just because, I haven't had a corr since live. Plus, I did alot of reading on banshee, Revenants, keening, etc. Great stuff to read while sitting in an ER...seriously I had time to kill.
  2. I have 3 accounts and some builds I pl up to whatever lvl based on what they are going to be used for. That being said I don't do the AE baby thing and lvl toons that I don't understand, to do so is going to lead to frustration and ignorance. Sometimes the road traveled is the most enjoyable part of the trip. Including the destination.
  3. So far and this is coming from me playing trollers alot to this start out on a dom. Is hit the enemies, and then again, and then a couple more times. Seriously I'm lvling 2 right now and just continually pounding the baddies seems to work great. It is a very aggressive playstyle.
  4. *raises hand* We are here and we do play. Thanks for the reminder for folks @UltraAlt
  5. Do your own Squid Game. Lvl 1 first one to make it from zone in PI to Portal Corp wins. Any deaths is disqualified. Lvl 15 in Bloody Bay hide and run, "check in" at meteors get all and make it back to base you win. Any deaths occurring from enemies or player characters then disqualified. Etc, etc, etc. Make the stakes high enough, only choose a few people to participate at a time, keep it secret, and record it so you can post the results for our enjoyment.
  6. Do y'all incorporate armors into your builds or more of a devil may care "I'll kill them before they get me" kind of attitude? I keep getting stuck on planning out a build on Mids because I'm trying to figure out what to take. The big thing is do I try to get cap on def/res or one or the other or just forget it.
  7. I've never seen the Joker with Joaquin Phoenix but, my coworker tells me she empathized with him and can understand why he turned out the way he did. So I guess that would fall into your list?
  8. Thanks for the info! Didn't know that.
  9. @Two Dollar Bill thanks for the advice the start is Omega, lockdown, ranged, moving in with pets and melee. The pets and melee are sometimes are very useful for surprise mobs, out of control aggro,, etc because, you know sh!t happens. I already did the changes to offensive to assault. I'll pull up the other things you suggested on Mids, thanks!
  10. Yeah it seems finding a good primary and secondary can lead to some really great results.
  11. Team primarily, but, the teaming is usually with a troller so I need to attack as primary.
  12. You mean with recovery serum and the survival amplifier lol?
  13. True...but, I figure with the biggest rise of popularity with the Avengers vs Thanos and the DC titles to me would have been the perfect time to start a superhero mmo. Sadly, it never came out and oft times with what we have seen they have been lacking in vision, scope, and imagination.
  14. Hey all, furthering my tanker numbers with another one! Leveling him nice and slow to enjoy everything. Build is ok but could probably be better and thats why I'm asking you. Thanks in advance! 16. "I am the villain to you but, to me I am the hero". Can totally relate.
  17. @Snarky yo man this is your bag baby.
  18. My and your opinion of Villains are vastly different.
  19. Thats pretty cool, is it dark/dark/soul?
  20. @Voltak damn thanks for the write up on those sets. Alot to think about.
  21. Was thinking along those lines. Probably Mind/Nrg/Psi.
  22. I meant more along the lines of Fortunato, psi melee, psi attacks on other ATs than that specific combo on a dom. I typically don't do same/same power choices ie; fire/fire, ice/ice, etc on any AT.
  23. Yeah I am.leaning towards Mind, I've had plant on trollers and its a fun set and probably pretty different on doms. But, I keep coming back to mind I dont have many mind/psionic type attacks on any of my characters so its something I want to try. Secondary wise I'm still up in the air, I hear good things about fire and energy. Thanks for the advice.
  24. So...I have plenty of experience with masterminds, trollers, and to a lesser extent tanker/broot. I am going to level this toon the old fashioned way to fully learn how to play and the mechanics involved of the AT. That being said my prior experience is watching doms (mind) really put the whammy on States and the other heroes on an LRSF. So very minimal experience although I watched 2 doms during a base raid really tear apart the invading VG. I read parts of the Mind thread and thought Mind was the shizz but apparently not really? I would like a set that could really lockdown AV/GM as that's my primary thing that I do to test a character out. I have masterminds and trollers that I solo GMs on as a way to really test them out. I run alot of TF's/SF's so something across all levels because I will attune IO's. Any advice is appreciated.
  25. I've only ever seen a mind dom successfully lockdown a AV before, I've seen a electric troller put them to sleep. BUT, this was stacking the mezz.
