  1. If you were on Everlasting I ran a zombie and a couple banners tonight and got alot of folks the hook up. Funny note someone was multi with I think 4 accounts 3 bot/FF mm and a bot/kin, they crashed pretty quickly it was funny though watching all the zombies and bots zipping around. One thing though nrg is being stingy dropping the whispered rumor tip.
  2. And this my friend is why I post my builds, so I can get the info I need to see if it is favorable with my play style, makes sense, or is something I did not know about or missed.
  3. Ok I looked into what you were talking about, and do see some of the things. First I did have Dominate in my build so I'm confused on what you were talking about, but, I did do the proc thing and can see the results. I dropped power push AND Power Push to fit Power Burst in this way I stay close on the numbers on def/res. Sniper Blast noted. Power Bolt dmg is mediocre anyways no argument from me. Changed out I can see the need for increased acc/to hit vs minor dmg that can be procc'ed to achieve better results. Dropped a Def proc %res to include instead the Kismet proc.   8. Wow this thread has turned into a very meaty discussion. Besides the math that is all the underlying center of the proc side discussion. The rest is opinion and playstyle, based in personal preference and experience. In my case it factors from an unknown nugget of conversation I once heard concerning Dull Pain. That being said I believe everyone is right in their own way. BUT, now that this proc discussion has come up, I will go above and beyond and still slot all of them because I *might* need that extra well of stuff to draw upon just in *case* happens ie a black swan event. On the other hand that lends credence to my thought process is how the new difficulty settings coming up will factor into the need to possible draw upon those resources that may or not be needed. I would rather err on the side of caution and just slot it. I'm already there on res/def so why not strengthen the other stuff up? Unless I'm misreading everything I've just read.
  9. I was having a hard time getting the banner badges, tried a couple teams and nothing all week. Shortly, before midnight last night a banner league forms up in PI.   15. Are you talking Hyperstrike build or my build? I have dull pain 3 slotted with Numinas which is 12%Regen & 35.14 hp compared to your PM which is 2.25% S/L res & 35.14 hp, I'm capped on res now and that doesn't jive on your post about regen and HP. In PPerf I have the PM proc which adds a nice absorb to HP and you did point out 1 thing I missed, I usually slot all my toons stamina with the Perf Shifter proc, and Power Transfer proc and end mod so thats on me and I corrected. In this instance I used Reactive armor to cap nrg and negative, I'm already capped on s/l and melee so no worries there, I also included the Imperium armor procs that how I was able to get a comfortable res on psi. Overall compared to where I started and what Hyperstrike posted and using this hybrid model I think it is way stronger than what it was.
  16. @Hyperstrike I changed your build slightly to more encompass how I play, I took alot of your recommendations and added in some of mine. Namely I will never use laser beam eyes, and relying on a flight pack...nah. I did get better numbers on HP and End, Res, balanced def slightly and dropped on ranged/melee but not by much, increased psi res by alot. So thank you for some clarification on what I needed and I kept taunt, I play broots more so I can see the purpose in conjunction with gauntlet.   19. Afraid not once I delete the character I get rid of everything. What level do you exemp down to? Do you attune your IO's, use purples, and PVP IO's? I typically run low lvl TF/SF and just have my stuff attuned. Yes, it is a good build for lower lvls, with the ice shields covering def and the demons ember res shield, plus, the demon heal. A good debuff at lvl 1 with Infrigidate -def/-dmg, and shields at 2 and 10 help with def. I had demon/cold/chill had medicine pool just in case for the heal, was capped on res/def, that's all I remember.

  22. I made a couple minor changes to your build, boosting up your Toxic/Psi res (small orange will cap) your going to need it to get to those T4 Incarnates especially end game. Why did you take the slow res in fly? You don't need it, if you want you can drop Whirling Axe put in Chilling embrace and get the same set bonuses from Pacing of the Turtle, -dmg in CE is nice. Other than that its one of the more solid Ice/ builds I've seen in awhile.   24. I like my Rad/Ice and Dark/Dark tanks, pretty fun. I have a Invul/Mace that I'm leveling it's like a kid on a endurance juicebox..so no fun. I just rolled a Bio/Staff which looks fun just need more time on him. Finally, a Electric/Psi which so far is fun. My Dark though I tanked Recluse on a 4x8 Ms. Liberty and the Freedom Phalanx on the LRSF. So much fun being that tanky.
