Try a Universal set in it like Zephyer or Winter. run+jump combo is great
Also 85ish mph runspeed with 2 slot sprint and 2 slot infiltration. not bad considering the jumping allows me to hurdle a train station
And those alts with [Quickness] or [Mental Training] at at cap or near cap.
WP/StJ for a natural feel
WP/MA for that Storm Kick's +def to be ultra tough at all* levels

If its done like Positron where its still long, but split in two yeah I can go for it. But every villain SF has some turnoff mechanic or encourages speeding. I love synapes because its city of heroes in its prime. wading through seas of minions. i cant get into villain SFs/newer because everyone speeds and skips everything

not worth it. again, i vote agility being superior to bring back Mu mastery/primary attacks/bu+FE back faster. and the lingering burn damage hitting other targets when another dies
Procs in irradiated ground/auras are not effected by recharge. the way I do things on my firefarmers is melt them with DoTs

I vote go in the opposite direction and somehow work in AoEs for old(launch) stalker sets with no/low AoE and allow for a 100% crit chance for all AoEs from hide/placate/ATO1 proc. Like taking the Tanker aoe target limit/arc/radius buff and apply it to some stalker attacks. Flashing Steel can hit 10-16 targets with a wider arc, dragonfly can hit up to 6 with a wider arc and so on
1.) stalkers are not popular as it is
2.) stalkers already have a lower base damage to compensate for high chance/auto crits
3.) this will have no effect on high end gameplay as it is for trash clearing, which is 99% of city of heroes. Wading through hoards of minions, that is
4.) some sets with low AoE like Katana would benefit from a 100% crit chance from Dragonfly or Flashing Steel
5.) the game moves pretty fast to even allow for Re-Hiding most to some of the time to even take effect, which means placates 45ish second CD with slots to balance out kin melee or proposed stalker aoe crits. ATO1 proc chance/per minute unknown to me

For the power description(not info) for issue 27 Stealth, it still says you bend light around yourself and uses the word "invisible"

The train of thought goes deeper. What if everyone who voted keep stealth think that stealth will be gone when its infiltration they want.
I now vote for a third option, put the names back the way they were but keep the new running icon in stealth and hand out a free respec.

And mechanically, batman has a 3d world to work with, meanwhile we have borderline 2d corridors and such each map and you "stealthing" past a group of enemies in a hallway with nothing to hide behind/above is just silly to begin with and whatever the powers name is wont change that.
But all the other players who are confused by the name changes is what needs addressing here. Many people are still logging on getting legit angry in chat for two reasons:
1.) They think Invis is gone
And even trying to type out this next point is another reason to name is Invisibility:
2.) Moving old invis to new stealth while giving people who all had old invisibility new infiltration fucked with builds and people think old invis is gone not knowing or cant wrap their head around that its new stealth.
You can still RP with "Stealth"(old) with "Infiltration"(new), but having both is confusing as fuck and redundant. Having new stealth renamed Invisibility wont change anything from a roleplayers point of view since you have Infiltration which you can slot with a Celerity for old(new)((old)) invis.(old)
I am 90% sure Tech stores have a Belt of Invisibility somewhere in the back
As for natural, im sure there is a dragon technique taught by joe down by the river.
Infiltration and Stealth sounds really redundant with one another. I voted rename Stealth to Invisibility
1.) stronger stealth
2.) its confusing as hell for anyone on Excelsior since there is someone constantly getting mad wondering where Invisibility went
3.) since Infiltration has less stealth than invis and it got replaced by it, kinda weird.
