Add (or even replace) a heal over time to Reconstruction (all) Increase Regen on Fast Healing and Integ (all) Add Recovery to Fast Healing (stalkers, even willpower) A Heal over Time (nature, time set types) to regen is thematic and makes sense. stacking a HoT with Regen might also be a technical fix to most of the complaining and might even be a unique change in a sense no other sets or servers are stacking HoTs with Regen

Exemplaring: blue stance anything 40+: red stance, unless I get sapped or something then start stance dancing the +dmg is hardly noticeable on brutes. the -res hardly has a chance to do anything with how fast this game moves and bouncing group to group there is a chance for stacks to flat out drop

I was able to get fireball off twice or more a fight for synapes. so while "seconds", there are a lot of them, over 2 hours and 11 minutes

Actually this thread birthed from my fire/ta corr. fireball was hitting 2-4 targets the whole task force. a range enhanced fire breath couldnt even 5 targets

Yes and no. Commando, Assault bot and Arsonist move in to use flamethrowers and buckshot, and every now and again since they are close enough they feel like brawling.

Is there even money to be made streaming CoX? I mean I love this game and all but even I know there is only so much to do and cant fathom some steamer big enough to make money constantly playing CoX for any realistic amount of time

You cant do this in game even if you wanted to, and I know you can understand twittermobs/social media swarms and such getting together by gathering a buncha people half-cocked to a situation. There has been nothing but unironic hate posting in this thread. The ones that made me cringe the most were the ones "safely able to speak on behalf of the GMs that we must take these people out in the middle of the street and beat them to.. defeat" Do not give into hate.
