Human Form: Sentinel Squid Form: Blaster Crab Form: Tanker i dont know what you mean by "consolidate" outside of "buff human forms damage to be on nova level" Nova Form attacks have a higher base damage than human form attacks and motherfucking Eyes hit harder or close to Incan strike with a faster recharge and a MUCH faster animation even in the event of dmg cap (290% this includes enhancements) nova form will do more damage just because of higher base numbers. And whats the most frustrating, no one is posting their builds to show what they mean by "too many powers"

Nova form has higher base damage attacks, if you are taking both human and nova attacks i dont know what to tell you And if you are human only, thats on you. as a tri-form I had too many free power selections to a point where both my khelds have veng/victory rush before level 20 and all the shield toggles do is hold my IOs

Also another argument I forgot to add, your secondary control (stuns, slicks, fears) tend to get used more at all levels, from a sheer recharge time stand point. -

26 would kinda defeat the point of it. level 21 when exemplaring, and for new players level 32 is right around the corner. this still leaves virgil/posi/synapes/cavern/exemping for a hollows team a drudge to play through. -
best your ganna get is a teleport and an animation. there is nothing that has the spiderman like swinging

Extreme hard no on higher agro caps. I DO NOT want to go back to the days where some ass tells people to wait at a corner for 5-10 minutes while they herd. I see returning players now doing that kinda crap and it just stops the game dead. To replicate this however, I suggest making a firefarmer and using the 2551 cavefarm map and set up camp at the major arteries of high traffic where its just nonstop fighting hordes for 5-10 minutes

The idea was to get them at level 18 for all applicable Control sets. Switch around powers to where the level 32 power is the AoE hold. Sets like Darkness, Elec, illusion and Earth would have to switch with something else like a sleep but since most of these suggestion threads just kinda fade away im not ganna go that deep: Before passing judgement, do not forget that dom/troll pets cannot be commanded. And according to Power Info and character creation their damage scales down below level 27 leaving them not to be as OP as you might think. 1.) Low level stuff dies quick, without you. Because of this AoE holds rarely get any use. But someone with their Fly Trap out helping on a boss might not feel as useless 2.) Recharge time. Being sub level 22/27 blocks and stops a lot of recharge bonuses many troll/doms have leaving AoE holds to be used maybe once a map, meanwhile someones Jack Frost will be there supporting away. 3.) Dominators are one of the games least played Archetype(according to last years statistics in General). Their slightly higher damage over Defenders mixed with long control recharges leaves a bad taste in many peoples mouths, but if they got their Gemlins at level 18 it might be incentive for people to play the AT more or go for task forces below the perma hasten threshold. 4.) While Containment helps solo controllers out, it still feels like you are whiting away at things. And in groups, pre-35 there is little way (count cross punch, vial and wall of force if you want) to benefit from AoE Containment stuff. Having Fire Imps at level 18 can and will push people to make more controllers for whatever reason. "feel" "roleplay" "thematic" points 5.) While "Control" is in each sets name, this does not mean JUST locking down enemies. An illusion controller getting Phantasm at 18 and Phantom Army at 6 still controls.. illusions. Other elements can be fitted in to fit whatever point. 6.) The level 32 slot has always been kinda a last ditch power or something that makes you shine or doubles down on what you are. Unstoppable making you mostly-Unstoppable, a blaster nuke cements them as the master of damage, a scrapper embodies their primary power set in the form of lightning or smashing a railroad sign into the ground. A Controllers AoE Hold can reflect or mimic other archetypes level 32 ability.

So something like turning Telekinesis on pulls things twards you, but the popup tray toggle has a greater +repel vs the -repel? -
Fire/Staff: Burn, Spin and Storm all level 20 and below. Stack those DoTs. Fire/Dark Melee: Burn, Maul and Touch all level 20 and below. Stack those DoTs. Those are my two most fun tankers, I tend to run a lot of low level content and having that level of AoE at level 15 minimum is great. Im sure we all know about arc width and range, and aoe radius and both of what I listed just stacks DoTs. Either break dancing in my own flames to win or Touch>Maul in my own burn patch.

Whoa. On my final respecs for Fiery Aura alts I take Temp Protection at level 49 and slot it just enough to hold IOs. This might be the deal breaker for /fire. Water is a pretty inward focused set with Tidal Power. I thought that Molten Embrace would bump everything up Welp, Water/regen it is

Been getting into Sents recently. thinking of Water/Fire to maximize single and aoe damage.

Post ideas for it: Force Bubble revamp, targeted AoE. Enemies keep getting pulled in and force field can animate to shrinking, maybe multiple bubbles repeating the shrinking animation. enemies caught inside suffer -tohit because they are trying to fire outwards. Dont like this idea? use Detention Field instead. Name works, 99.9% useless ability gets a revamp Hurricane renamed to Eye of the Fuck Staff has this, instead of repel, it pulls inwards to you Black Hole, instead of intangibidadable it starts living up to its name. -slow/snare attributed to it because its a damn black hole Dimension Shift (which is not gravity like at all) can be renamed to Center of Gravity and functions as Black Hole, but because of Gravity Controls lack of -kb on its AoE Immobilize, itll come out on top of Dark Miasma Increase Density, revamped to a single target buff. keeps the resist i got bored typing this, post your ideas.

I personally wont mind the clipping, just let hairstyles be used with hats.

Interface DoT procs are the biggest thing you can do as a mastermind. There is no limit on how many DoTs can go out as far as I know, and each pet can proc a dot But there is a limit on the debuffs from any source, exact instances I just dont know

someone make math 1 alt = 2b 1000 alts = ??? ??? accounts = ??? And two, I max out an alts enhancements at 300m-500m. the fuck do you need 2b for?

Phoenix is not needed at all or very much. Very overslotted as well. its very common for people to rage-hosp or insta awaken or even return to battle. If you want a rez spend 3 days at the hospital and 3 days at a college for rez others. also has massive knockback and end cost. Thaw is the same thing, few people need it, even fewer call it out, fewerererer instant break free Heat Exhaustion can be taken at level 49, there will not be many instances of needing -regen pre-50 Pet stuff is taken pretty late You can put off recall friend until the 20s The absorb proc in heal other only procs on you Melt Armor is pretty meh. high recharge, moderate -resist, tohit check. I still take it on my thermals but as a 44/47/49 power slotted 1 acc/2 rech

Does not take Range enhancements. Unsure if this is a bug or not but thought id put it out there. For anyone who is reading, it has a 20ft range.

This is one oldass thread here. Dark Melee got some buffs recently, Touch of Fear>Shadowmaul is pretty fun these days. Touch is an AoE and Maul got an arc boost Kin Melee's Burst from hide still has a near 100% crit chance Dark Melee/Fiery Aura might be your best aoe stalker bet. Also note the initial hit of Burn can crit, dot does not. also any dot (caltrops, spine poison, etc) can and will interrupt hide/placate/ATO1 proc

Slapping KB to KD in Shockwave is a game changer. But I would trade Focus for Spin tho.
