  1. I want an all kicking character for reasons and flight and martial arts is it. Jump Kick does more damage than Thunder Kick and I need a filler attack because skipping Cobra Strike

  3. My vote is Willpower. Taunt aura before level 28 Not needy Psi dmg is a threat at high levels Defensive Sweep will get you to melee softcap pretty easy, so IO for ranged defense and good to go IOs/tough can easily get you to Invul's s/l territory
  4. Glue, Ice, Flash, ESD, Snap and Stunning arrows suck. Skip. Slot up Electrified Net arrow as a regular attack. its energy damage will always come in handy. This is one of my most used powers since I alternate it with every other attack. Slap a Knockback to Knockdown Enhancement in Explosive Arrow. I slot mine: 5/6 posi blast, skip dmg/range and 1 Overwhelming Force: KB to KD Staying Natural? Fighting and Munitions Mastery. Body Armor is great to hold 3% def ios, 7.5% hp
  5. This is acting weird animation wise, sometimes I get the old long animation but sped up damage, other times it works normally, fast animation, synced up damage, etc. Also the Stored Energy mechanic has been weird, sometimes it stays up for a second and goes away
  6. Not the place but: Lich slotting: 1 acc/mez hami, 2 dmg/mez hamis, 1 acc/dmg/end any pet IO, and 1 golgi. the 6th slot you can do whatever you want. Its level + supremacy aura should have it landing attacks reliably the mez hamis will max out ALL of its CC effects. fear, immob, hold, etc the golgi will reduce its end spending and give a little kick to its life drain attack and you may not notice it, its damage is not that bad. its crap for a tier3 but it still does damage.

And many of them require some sort of Hamidon enhancement Thug/trap is top tier for me, combination of AoE at a low level, to debuffs and ample free time for personal attacks Thugs: acc/dmgx2 hamis, 1 acc/dmg/end IO, 1 raw end reduxIO, both 5% def auras Enforcers: acc/dmgx2 hamis, 1 acc/dmg/end IO, 2 cytos, 1 lotg - cyto enhancements are game changing to thugs enforcers. def, tohit AND end reduction Bruiser: acc/dmgx2 hamis, 1 acc/dmg/end IO, TWO end redux IOs. resist or aoe def auras optional in thugs This post would go on too long but frankenslotting pets is what gets late game masterminds through the day. A golgi or two in soldiers or lions, a perox/endo or two in spec ops (mez hamis boost ALL spec ops mezes, from the web nade, to aoe stun, to hold gas and stun rifle butt), membranes in fortify pack, etcetcetc Back to the OP question Bot/trap ninja/ff - due to ninjas innate def they softcap to all really early beast/ff - same as ninjas necro/ff - 35-40% def before power boost demon/ff - same as necro never ever bot or thug with /ff. at level 32 both primaries get gigantic burn patches that require some kinda -spd on enemies or else everything just scatters Softcapped pets are happy pets, take the Mace Mastery patron pool for Power Boost to really make those single bubbles of yours shine. All those /ff masterminds have all pets, all personal attacks, a travel power and maneuvers before level 20. aid other at 22

  9. The only thing that irks me about /elec is that you have to wait until 35 for your endurance recovery ability meanwhile other blasters get theirs in the teens/20

I dunno hero planners and stuff like this or all those abbreviations but Burst, Slug and Sniper Rifle - 5/6 Decimation (no proc) - add an additional 6th slot for procs or a recharge if extra Buckshot - posi blast 5/6 (no proc) and 1 KB to KD M30 - blaster ATO1 set 5/6 (no proc) and 1 KB to KD Flamethrower - blaster ATO2 5/6 (no proc) and 1 range (optional but holy crap it makes a big difference) Full Auto - posi blast 5/6 (no proc) 1 rech Both M30 and Flamethrower have long recharge times, the ATO sets however have lots of recharge. Knockback to Knockdown are essential to Buckshot and M30 Most Cones have short ranges, Flamethrower is no exception energize - 5/6 doctored wounds, skip rech/end I dunno why you have so many slots in buildup but: 1 rech, 2 adjusted targeting. rech and rech/whatever Total Focus got a buff, but finding time to use it is rough Drop leadership, focus on fighting for tough and weave if you intend to keep Fire Mastery: Bonfire only needs one Sudden Acceleration: KB to KD. i personally rarely use it and dont need it at maximum recharge Rise of the Phoenix turns into a massive burn patch if you use an Overwhelming Force: KB to KD in it. additional dmg or rech is fine if there is room or not Both tough and fire shield should have 5/6 Reactive Armor, skipping rech/end. and 1 3% def Weave should get slotted 5/6 Red Fortune (skip raw def) and 1 lotg 7.5%. the def in lotg makes up for skipping red fortunes def Since /Energy is light on powers/slots, fill the rest in with Concealment for more LOTG mules or even stuff like 5/6 Obliteration (skip acc/dmg/rech/end) in rise of the phoenix
  11. Hell, I will even take Force Bubble being a ground target aoe that has -tohit to enemies inside. because enemies being trapped inside and all.
  12. no, herding sucks. even if you increase the agro cap to 32 or 34 tanks will still demand that people wait to attack

  14. Just give me +2 to all pet levels and the ability to slot ATOs into personal attacks its a quick and dirty fix
  15. I been here like 5 days and its been nonstop action. I moved 6 alts across 2 accounts and you fucks are so active. You breathed new life into this game for me. I can barely finish a cave firefarm before something starts forming that I wanna join. And if its not lfg/help random chatter its a plethora of people forming task forces of all levels, themes and rules. I didnt think an all Mastermind Synapes TF in under 90 minutes was a thing but you all blew my mind.
  16. I have a SR/MA Tanker that I love. Tanker numbers are just balls ass amazeface amazing. The tanker patch allowing Dragon's Tail at level 20 (available at posi and synapes) pushed me over the edge to make and IO the hell out of this Softcapped def (with storm kick's 10% def to all) even at Positron levels. And with insane 95% def debuff resistance I rarely have to worry about Cascading Defense Failure and my insp tray is F2/3/4 Greens and F5 Blues and I eat whatever falls into F1. Tough should be slotted: 3 ribos, 2 3% defs, 7.5%hp Weave should be a Def IO mule. lotg, 3% and 5% resist, whatever you want WEAVE SHOULD NEVER BE TOGGLED ON AND IO MULE ONLY DUE TO TANKER NUMBERS BEING GIGANTIC I TOOK IT AT LEVEL 30 Outside of that, IO slotting can be whatever the hell you want. I went with making my S/L resist as high as I can get it, which ended up to be around 50% meanwhile others are around 20-25%
  17. kill off force bubble Kill off all Repel effects Magically code in a Draw In effect. Force Bubble - Ground Target AoE that draws enemies in to the center. Slowly shrinking bubble Also do this for hurricane, black hole, dimension shift and rename it to .. black hole. ya know while you are at it
  18. I rolled a fire/staff tank in hopes that stacking dots is fun with a break dancing slutubus thing. and then like 4 months later the tank patch happened

With the advancement of IOs (those things from like issue 9) two things happened: They phase out tier9s even for emergencies And builds are always so tight there is sometimes not even room for them. because if I have the option for having an emergency button, or a LOTG mule.. im ganna go with LOTG and make sure my insp tray is good to go. oh my god i forgot about insps, they too phase out most tier9s Situational powers have no place in todays CoX

Id rather take something that will be useful all the time or at least more often than that. which is the problem we face currently. the crash instantly and always screws itself out of any situation. to me t9s are just IO mules if applicable like 7.5% hp, or something or somesuch and things --- Removing armor crashes as they did with nukes would make some of them more.. easier or willing to use. Or complete and total revamps like turning One with the Shield to give you Block Charges when you deflect that increased the damage/targets hit of Shield Charge or Unstoppable storing damage you do take in the form of +dmg% for X time or Elude+others like it giving you a Thrill of Battle buff that +heals/end for every dodge or Moment of Glory giving you +regen/end, +heal over time, +absorb over time. think spirit ward/nature heal/time heal/another 300% regen all in one or Strength of Will giving you X% resist to all when you take damage for X time there are probably other ideas but i got bored typing

  24. There would still be a crash and even lowbies would avoid after their first Unstoppable crash
