  1. Head on over to Excelsior if you want common itrials. You get 5 free server transfers every 3 days. and yes you can transfer your main, then transfer back if you dont like it. just be sure to reserve your own name just in case
  2. Yes for this. Nucs and Cytos are getting out of hand cost wise. Synthetics should be buyable
  3. I agree mostly with 5099, but switch Snow Storm and Frostbite. AoE immobilizes are very annoying and it can and will stop your Ice Slick from working for like 5 seconds and many many melee will outright hate it since their PBAoEs are only 7ft
  4. Markets pretty bare for some sets. Pain in the ass to get Reactive Armor, red fortune etc
  5. Uncommon/Yellow - 5 merits each Rare/Orange - 20 merits each Epic/Purple - 50 merits each ATOs - still 100 merit each The epic cost suggestion I was kinda on the fence posting but with hopefully more people spending on high demand yellow/orange sets it would keep it in line more.
  6. Assault Rifle/Energy Manip. Build up Energize You do not really need anything else as an Assault rifle, with a modest amount of haste you already have a 1-2-3 rotation with instant snipes and more AoE than you know what to do with most of the time. Since a chunk of your rifle stuff is cone based being in melee will get annoying fast. Many of the Devices stuff just has no place in todays CoH in groups/incarnate stuff. While double Gun Drones are neat when sitting still attacking an AV you cannot control them Mines and Bomb take too long to set up Toxic Web Nade is sweet, but redraw Caltrops is cool but fear effect can have undesirable positioning Target Drone has been buffed time and again but still Taser + beanbag is too much to dedicate to just be able to stun bosses Smoke grenade sounds cool on paper/roleplay but -5% tohit isnt much, and is resisted at higher levels. and a stealth IO in sprint+cloaking device is better than smoke nade Cloaking Device DOES NOT SUPPRESS ITS GRAPHIC WHEN ATTACKING OR GETTING ATTACKED. This is the biggest issue that forced me to go /energy. You are always 95% cloaked all the time and its maddening
  7. Take a few minutes and sort them yourself. Plan ahead. My example: Page 1 is all blasters Page 2 has a few blasters in top slots, gap, corrs on the bottom of page 2 Page 3 is all brutes Page 4 I play a lot of brutes so this is blank except for one brute that i hope to one day get to Page 5 you get the idea, you know what you like to play and give yourself room for future alts

Bane Spiders really need Whirling Mace sometime before level 20 and some kinda +def toggle to match Crab's +resist toggle. Bane spider training would also benefit from accepting +heal enhancements. Also their Inherent can use some +run/jump speed. All SoA builds are tight and I have been opting in to skipping travel powers. Little boost would work wonders. Also Crab spider's Spiderlings can get bumped down to level 20 or so. >What do you love about them? dots, more dots. also the low cost group buffs feel nice to bring to groups

Mind/radi troller: Tier2 sleep is mag3, this will shut down ruin mages dispersion bubble. innate acc bonus and only needs one acc enhancement added to it Confuse on the CoT LT ghosts to get that -tohit aura of theirs on the enemy Radiation buffs and debuffs, slot for -tohit SR/MA Tanker: Able to get near softcap def with Storm Kick due to recent patch they get Dragon's Tail at 20 Most blasters/energy manipulation: Fire, elec, rifle, ice, etc. Many blasters bloom before level 20 Energize at 16 to eliminate end problems Now stick with me here, skip Hurricane/never use Gale: fire/ice/water /storm corrs Freezing Rain + ice storm/rain of fire/whirlpool are amazing to stack. freezing rains -def/-res/slow keeps stuff inside the primaries rains are awesome. wipes out large clockwork groups, kills CoT defense/-tohit.
  10. fast healing - double regen reconstruction into a heal over time toggle quick recovery - add end drain resist, enhanceable dull pain - add 10% resist to all unehnaceable integ - double regen resil - double resists instant healing - shave off 2 minutes on recharge revive - removed and replaced with i cant do this anymore fucking god damn regen will always suck and there is no saving it just fucking roll Willpower like everybody else and color its shit green and bam you are the wolferines
  11. The worst is Numina. That round the world crap is the worst. Posi got broken up Synapes is always an amazing source for exp/just killing as long as you built your character right. ie not taking tough/weave so early Yin got shortened Citadel can get annoying but with team teleport stuff its easily 40-60 minutes Manticore is half kill half skip and was never bad even if you plow through. PP mogs aside Numina? hey lets get you going killing some different enemy groups and now wait lol go around the city rubbing this rock on corpses itll be fun The list can go on but you all done the council island ones, villain short and sweets, etc.

  13. Everythings in the title. Used 5 tokens on tuesday morning, and all 5 were refreshed wednesday morning. Not complaining Unsure if bug "server transfer" search didnt yield anything transferred one alt to see if it refreshes thursday morning as well

  15. I made a Kinetic/willpower brute based on Roshi but called it Mertle Hermit to avoid getting genericed. With the Fury changes last patch it made Kinetic Melee viable for brutes Timing Repulsing Torrent with Jumping to land before the wave of Ki hits the enemies feels nice and Burst while all that is happening feels great. Slot Torrent as such: Posi Blast 5/6, skip dmg/end and use Overwhelming Force: KB to KD in the last slot. Ki powered attacks A mini kamehameha and a super one and then an epic power pool kamehameha this character feels fucking nice. and being an 7.5ft muscle amazon also helps. I didnt read the OP post btw sorry if you had something else in mind.
  16. I do not know how to reply to people who reply with emotionicacons so here: What the FUCK is beating your ass so badly before level THIRTY (not 20) that you NEED tough and or weave before level 20?
  17. Slap a sudden acceleration KB to KD in it first two slots can be heal or end I love this power because its quick to activate, does not intrude on my costume and no, it does not always need to be on I keep mine on the third hotbar in the first slot so I can CTRL+1 it when needed
  18. New thing to add: people who have Tough and/or Weave before level 20.
  19. knockback repel people with wings but no flying powers pure emps name squatters that never play said alt cold dom/ff/thermal people with neon or pitch black for their buffs that base teleport stuff. constantly in TFs people mash it before TT gets summoned
  20. I want an all kicking character for reasons and flight and martial arts is it. Jump Kick does more damage than Thunder Kick and I need a filler attack because skipping Cobra Strike

  22. My vote is Willpower. Taunt aura before level 28 Not needy Psi dmg is a threat at high levels Defensive Sweep will get you to melee softcap pretty easy, so IO for ranged defense and good to go IOs/tough can easily get you to Invul's s/l territory
  23. Glue, Ice, Flash, ESD, Snap and Stunning arrows suck. Skip. Slot up Electrified Net arrow as a regular attack. its energy damage will always come in handy. This is one of my most used powers since I alternate it with every other attack. Slap a Knockback to Knockdown Enhancement in Explosive Arrow. I slot mine: 5/6 posi blast, skip dmg/range and 1 Overwhelming Force: KB to KD Staying Natural? Fighting and Munitions Mastery. Body Armor is great to hold 3% def ios, 7.5% hp
