On another note, have you ever joined a random radio/paper group, went nuts with knocking everything around mindlessly and then suddenly right after the mission people left? Those are the nice people who also hate knockback

You are asking me to play something that I hate. But to counter argue, I have gotten plenty of compliments on both khelds and energy blaster for having KB to KD slotted. It is an amazing feeling however. just pure, raw unmitigated damage going out. No procs, no building stacks, no hoping for alternative effects to go off. just buildup and start blasting and watching the entire battle field end up on their backs without being knockedback. The absolute feeling of power of using Power Burst, knocking down a boss and instantly just start wading through its health with a follow up of Bone Smasher and/or Energy punch while its on its ass. Reminder that KnockBack to KnockDown enhancements do not reduce the chance for said effects to happen, its just the distance they go. if this is true why has knockback so widely despised for about 16 years now? one other private server got rid of them all as a baseline and you can get it back via knockback set recipies another private server gave the players a toggle to turn them into a knockdown and here we have an enhancement to get rid of knockback People hate knockback all the servers give players the ability to make them go away an extreme vocal few actually like knockback and the people who use it well, are people who slot KB to KD and just unleash the beast the rest.. are just griefers.

Taunt is the only skippable. Both my titan characters do not have hasten, Tough taken at level 28/30/35 and weave at 35/38 and only mild 10-20% global recharge not counting Mako's Bite/eradication enhancements. Having all attacks gives me both a solid attack chain for aoe and single titan/wp scrap titan/dark brute and even then i took taunt at 49 with the brute..

High Pain Tolerance is only like 5.5% resist, slotting it bumps it up to maybe 8%. not worth it. it is however an amazing proc holder. glad armor, steadfast, unbreakable guard and maybe regen tissue and maybe impervious SKIN regen

Still plenty of room here. 1.) Not all pets need to have a custom look, maybe you wanted a succubus or two instead of two big ole tier2 demons. I personally want some clockwork (both praetorian and primal) robots or a bikini commando or turning my Thugs into Clowns to match my Carnies lore or maybe just revamping the tier1 zombies so they literally dont stall themselves when they fall an inch. seriously go watch them operate a slight slope or stairs 2.) People might actually do the costume slot missions again. 3.) Not counting the ever raising cost of the fabled 10th costume slot, 9 slots are more than enough for most people

Hard fucking NO here. I DO NOT want to go back to the days where the tanks demand the group wait to herd the entire map. That shit has been gone since issue 5. It is now issue 26. Let It Go And if you are talking from a firefarming point of view: your ass would get handed to you if the entire map was on you and your 5/10/16 target limit AoEs are chipping away at the army. youd die.

I have been running into A LOT of people with pre-issue 6 knowledge and tactics recently. Your best bet is to make a time machine, go back and release CoV alongside CoH and hope you can get enough people who have issue 0-5 memories as a villain. Same crap happened in Project1999. Sure there is a line for an orc group in the oasis, but the gorge of king xorbb will be empty for days. crushbone will be packed to the brim, but maybe 5 people in blackburrow and that train of thought of sticking with what you know no matter the smaller carrot will always trump the biggest bonuses/rewards/doublestuffs look i tried to avoid using bigger carrot ok?

After remaking like 5 scrappers into brutes I dont even know why I asked. Might go claws/sr for something different but yeah.

This better than scrappers? Playing a claw/regen scrap right now and not really feeling it. 35. takes forever to kill stuff. and wondering if switching to Brute would fix this lull im feeling. Since changing servers I remade a few scrappers to brutes and notice a 100% difference in happiness.

9-10 costume slots 6 pets do your masterminds really have 4+ costumes? and you are literally unwilling to share these with your pets?

VEATs minicrit only from hide/placate Stalkers have less base damage than scrappers just roll brutes bro scrappers had their time in issue 1-5 but the torch has been passed for like 13 or 14 years
