It was three months ago today that City of Heroes: Homecoming launched, and took off like a rocket. No matter what may occur in the future, I just want to thank the Homecoming team for bringing City of Heroes back to the public, and giving me a chance to revisit the second home that I thought I had lost for the past three months and reconnect with lost friends. For that I am, and will continue to be, very grateful. To City of Heroes, City of Heroes: Homecoming, and the Homecoming team!

If there's one thing that Invision Community Suite can not be accused of, it's being less resource intensive. :D It's actually one of the heaviest of the modern PHP forums.

Towards the top underneath the banner, fifth one from the left. Direct link is here.

You can't. Invision Power decided that WYSIWYG is "the one true way" and removed the BBC code editor in version 4. See here.

The accolade badges, yes. The powers, no.

The only issue I've noted is extreme impatience among some. People complaining about how long it's taking to get Hamidon raids underway, even though they only last about three minutes once underway. To the point that they'll go in on their own before the word is given, and die, then ask for rez. I've also started some PUG Task Forces and noted several times both in LFG and global channels, and in team chat before beginning that it would be a steamroll run (kill through), no stealth. Yet one or two people always insist on breaking away from the team and stealthing every mission possible and completing the mission objectives while the rest of us steamroll. The issue was there before sunset certainly, but it seems to have become exponentially worse. I mostly blame modern "give everyone everything now" online games.

1. There are more people online today than there were in 2010, nonetheless 2004. So, more people, more jerks. 2. People can easily download the game and start playing without paying a dime. Therefore, there's less incentive to place value on the game and its community. 3. Newer online games place much less emphasis on community (if any at all), and many people have grown up with those games who were children when CoH was first around. Now, that all being said, there are still plenty of decent, community minded people. There are weeds, but time will filter most of them out as they either adapt, or move along to the next new hotness.

Rogues can. You just have to get to the Hive. Founders' Falls > Eden > The Hive.

I see the announcements all the time, but nothing pops. The Sky turns red, the street MOBs disappear, and nothing else happens with the Zombies. With the Rikti, the ships pass over and drop bombs and one-shots your pets, but nothing else happens either. No Zombies or Rikti appear. This was a group event where you did not have to group, kind of like GW2, but you could still have a blast, and if you grouped it was even more fun. I've been part of a Zombie/Rikti PUG that continued on to PUG the zone in CoHV, not once have I seen this happen in CoHH. Note, I run on redside, and I'm an Altaholic and my highest charter is 16... or was 16. Your level is why. You have to be level 25+ for zombies or Rikti to appear.

Also, I'm not exactly sure what's causing it, but I have a level 50 fully Incarnated Radiation Melee/Radiation Armor Brute in game. I re-made the build from Pine's 2.21 to the new 2.6, and the resistance numbers are all off. They're all about 6% lower than in-game. I triple checked that all of the powers that should be on are on, I triple checked all of the accolades and that they're on, I triple checked all of the Incarnate powers, I triple checked all of the IOs...

It saves for me, I'm not sure what's going on there, what path do you have it installed to? I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro, and used the ZIP file to extract to C:\Mid's Reborn\ I have my builds saved at E:\Media\Hero & Villain Builds\ If it helps, I've tried several different variations. I go to Options > Configuration > Discord Export. It saves my handle and channel, but it just simply will not save the Discord server. I put the Discord server in it, then click "Add." It adds it. I click on "OK." Then when I open the Discord Export options back up, the server is gone. For the builds folder, the same thing. I change the folder, and click "OK." Then I open the Updates & Paths options back up, and it's back to the default Documents folder.

Ghost of Scrapyard spawns mostly on the days of server resets, Tuesdays and Fridays. You'll find him spawn quite often those days. Then he'll eventually stop spawning until the server resets again. Most people in my circle believe it's because people are just killing Ghostie without killing all of his minions. Since some of the minions stay alive, he doesn't respawn. Just a theory. But yeah, your best bet is on server reset days.

I farm Rikti on my Radiation/Radiation Brute. They have no fire resistance, so I use the Tier 4 Reactive Radial Interface to set them on fire with.

Apparition replied to MachineGunDude's topic in Bug Reports
That is an old, old bug. It's been in game since City of Villains launched, and was never fixed.
