At the end of Praetorian Vanessa DeVore's mission The Darkest Hour, you're supposed to fight Master Midnight and his Midnight Masters. However, Master Midnight was completely untargetable. I could do nothing to him, only Vanessa DeVore could. Thankfully, Vanessa DeVore was able to defeat him on her own while I held off the Midnight Masters and Talons of Vengeance. I'm assuming that this is a bug, as Vanessa kept calling for my aid and there's no mention of anything about this on the wiki.

You can do it when forming Task Forces, Strike Forces, Trials, or any story arc via Ouroboros Flashback.

Stop doing radio missions. They're as dull as dirt solo or teamed at any difficulty and any level. Start running red side and/or gold side content. Start running content with enhancements disabled, or enemies buffed, or players debuffed, or all three. Start playing with smaller teams. Hardly anything in the game requires a full team. My current project right now is starting toons gold side all the way to level 35, and then switching to red side at level 35. And not just melee toons. Right now I have a Blaster in First Ward. Next up is a Defender. It actually requires strategy and tactics, unlike blue side.

I'm pretty sure this is a bug... At the end of Katie Douglas' mission D.U.S.T. to D.U.S.T., you face off with Praetorian Colonel Duray. I defeated him, and he said, "Mission aborted! I'm 'porting out!" He then teleported out, and the mission completed successfully. But a few seconds later, Praetorian Colonel Duray teleported right back in. This time, he was completely untargetable. I kept receiving an "Invalid Target" error whenever I tried to attack him. However, he sure could target me.

If you want strong debuffs and mez protection, take a look at Sonic Resonance.

Damage procs are broken because they allow Defenders to out-support, out-defense, and out-damage Corruptors with few exceptions.

I like the idea of all content scaling up to level 50 because I don’t like running content via Flashback. It just does not feel the same, and you miss stuff in the process. Right now, I turn XP off every five levels. 9, 14, 19, 24, etc. I have to watch my XP bar like a hawk, and have had to delete a couple of characters that accidentally dinged level 10 or 15 before I finished the content I wanted to do. This would be a good way around that.

If it is for an exploit fix, I would not expect patch notes until the patch goes live.

As I posted in another thread, the Thunderspy server already did it. You can run the Frostfire mission in the Hollows at level 50, versus level 50 Outcasts. For any enemy faction that didn’t have mobs that scaled all the way to level 50, they added some.

Many, and I'd dare say most, of the people that complain City of Heroes is too easy refuse to play red side and gold side. So I don't think that they're looking for challenge when it's already readily available. Not really.

Where to begin? First, Apple had a terrible, near deprecated version of OpenGL for years that they barely supported. Then they axed it all together. Then Apple refuses to support Vulkan in favor of their proprietary Metal API. See here and here for starters. Then dropping all support for Nvidia graphics cards.

Yeah, I saw it too. It's a small patch on the staging servers. My guess is to address an exploit, and will be hitting the live servers soon.

... that is actively hostile to video games and video game developers, and now intends to move to a platform where no current video games will work on at all without emulation.

I wrote off the Really Hard Way badge a while ago. All of the groups that run it want you to have specific Tier Four Lores, specific Tier Four Interfaces, team inspirations, all three P2W amplifiers, and to join their Discord server and voice chat. Nope. Never going to happen. I actually have everything that they ask for on all of my characters, but the fact that they are relying on everyone having and using them is a turn off. Then on top of that, I only do voice chat with people I know and have interacted with in game for a while. Voice chat with 20+ strangers isn’t my definition of Hell, but it is pretty close.

Honestly, you probably would be better off using a Windows 10 VM to run CoH with, instead of using an emulator to use another OS's APIs. Apple has been notoriously anti-video gaming from its very beginning, as Steve Jobs thought that video games were a waste of computing.

That, and being left behind on speed runs, and poor damage from Ninjas, Mercenaries, and Beasts.

Happens to me as well. It started happening around late summer last year. I am just glad that the Member of Vanguard badge is distinctive, as I have to check everyone’s badges for it every time I form a Rikti mothership raid.

It is good for leveling, not good for endgame. It doesn’t bring nearly enough offense to be competitive with Cold Domination, Nature, Thermal, Radiation, Dark, nor Sonic. Plus, two or more Electrical Affinity toons on the same team or league can dramatically plummet FPS.

The Praetorian timeline is weird. I had to edit the Homecoming Wiki last night, because either Paragon Studios or SCoRE changed Dark Watcher's dialogue in the Anti-Matter mission arc to state that Statesman is dead. That didn't happen until a year and a half after Issue 18. The Anti-Matter mission arc also makes it clear that Praetoria hadn't invaded Primal Earth yet.

Sure. I have been slowly updating the Praetorian mission arc reward merits as I run them. About to enter First Ward. But the more help we can get, the better.
