Can you link this anywhere?

Karma would have a long cooldown and although all enemy attacks would be reflected (providing brief immunity) only a portion would affect the original caster--similar mechanism as proc per minute. God of Gamblers would require 2 other powers from the pool, which is a heavy investment and presents a tough choice about which other powers and pools to forego. But... works exactly as described cannot be debuffed.
-
I haven't played any other servers, but has this been addressed or have NPCs received a buff on Rebirth or Thunderspy?
-
There's definitely room to work with the idea. I like the dice concept, but I think a choice of 6 outcomes might make it more of a powerset. And what a powerset that would be! Sign me up now. Also, upon reflection, the T3 wouldn't work as intangible because of mobs not targeting user, but a reflect mechanism would. Could also build a new secondary for melee and control based on the reflect principle.
-
I do. Mostly RP, but staying true to concept.
-
New Power Pool: Chance 1. "Dodger" -10% ToHit aura ally buff affecting 8 targets max. Duration 30s. 2. "Coin Toss" 50% chance to boost all powers by 25%, 50% chance to reduce all powers by 25%. Duration 10s. 3. "Karma" Intangibility, plus all enemy powers reflected for 30s. 4. "God Of Gamblers" Debuff immunity. Auto self.
-
1. The fitness pool was made inherent because ppl were forced to take it. This is not the case for either of these pools. 2. NPCs are the only thing that should receive a buff in this game. Everything is a cake walk at present. +4/8s, no problem. More variety, less restriction, yes. Making the game easier and diluting archetypes, no. Although, restricting how many T4 powers you can take while not restricting the actual number of pools, could help balance needs with wants.
-
Which is why I made the comparison between Dark trollers and defenders.
-
Nope, completely agree. Stop consolidation and let all archetypes remain unique. That said, the differences in sets like Dark on trollers and defenders is welcome and a great AT enhancement, with trollers' being a much superior version imo. Could also say the same for sentinels' powers, even if their inherents need merging.

Here's my Human PB build. It's built for speed and attack with perma Light Form. You don't need any shields and all res are maxxed out bar psi which is at 50%. When the endurance crash happens you simply hit Conserve Power. If things do get hairy, which has only ever happened to me soloing +4/8 ITF, you pop quantum acceleration and your defenses rise to around 30%. Coupled with light form, you can stand back and watch. Your two heals are more than enough to keep you alive when exemped below Light Form range. The final four powers can be taken in your preferred order. http://www.cohplanner.com/mids/download.php?uc=1533&c=730&a=1460&f=HEX&dc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

What are we looking at here? A photoshopped Spidey?

Is this specific to the SO challenge? When I solo MoITF I hit the purple, they fall down, done.

I'm seeing Arch/Dark with half the slots empty.

That's a solid build. Good defense, accuracy against +4, and more than enough damage. Some small tweaks I'd make... Switch out miracle in health for numina. It's a better enhancement. I'd take your Hec Proc off Eagle's Claw (won't go off much with the rch you have on it) and put a Res/end hami+2 on tough instead. I'd also move weave up over suppressive fire and move the scaling res you have on CJ to weave. This way it's available to you for lower exemped TFs. If this were my build, I'd move the entire fighting pool up, so you have tough at 14 and weave at 22. But I play a lot of low TFs. Still, this is the most solid DP build I've seen on a blaster so far.

Because of the rch rate?

Allow me to be the one to give you some feedback. I used the same premise for 2 of my own tanks and they have no trouble holding Recluse with only 2/3 of the res you have. You have some interesting power choices, aid other, the whole energy melee pool, but it's what makes it so unique. I wouldn't change your selection unless you're feeling you're under-performing in some area. The ONE area you're lacking in is accuracy. If you go to Options/Configuration/Exemping&base values, you can adjust your to hit values to 39% to see how you compare to incarnate levels. You'll see you're hitting 60-70% on your accuracy WITH tactics turned on- way too low. This is entirely due to you squeezing one too many processors in your powers. In general, you should slot an acc/dam and an acc/dam/end (or acc/dam/end/rch if acc/dam/end unavailable) to shore up your accuracy in each power that needs it. Also, from experience, running that many toggles without sufficient end management is going to leave you crashing a lot. You could grab Ageless from the destiny pool and/or place a miracle in health and and extra end mod in stamina. Finally, some of your enhs in your melee powers are slotting rch - the one thing you want to avoid in process builds (unless it's a global bonus/lotg/incarnate power that isn't from Alpha). This is also why it's okay to slot a 4 attribute enhs (acc/dam/rch/end)--the additional recharge is too low to be detrimental. I believe, and Bopper or another stats beast can correct me here, that you shouldn't go over 59%(?) recharge on a power that's base is less than 30s(?) recharge. With a few tweaks you can have a really enjoyable, maybe even comfortable, build going here.

Slow. Looks and sounds good. That is all.
-
You have rchx3 slotted in Freezing Touch, this will negatively affect your chance to process. Switch to acc/dam, acc/dam/end for better results.
-
Do you have your build available?

Adding to the long list of must-rolls.

It was a discussion in the thread below which pointed out the trade off for damage with balancing stacks, as well as the long animation time on blood thirst being a significant detriment. It also links to this page which makes the same "unfinished" comparison.

Thanks for the input. TBH i didn't play it out of the box and the whole mechanic seems a little broken. I don't have the reference, but after doing some reading I found a post that said it wasn't completely finished(?) or needed some fixing. I like the damage and speed at 50, but I think that's part of the set anyway. From what you say it basically negates exhaustion (as long as your atk chain is good for the cooldown period).
