  1. I still enjoy the diversity. Choices, a keen eye on what you have gathered, the need to convert and upgrade--all these additional facets add to the experience. A forgemaster/potion maker if you will. Simply collecting, buying, and equipping is far less interesting for me personally. I'm very much against genericization and the more different and unique each power, archetype, process, enhancement... is, the better. This may not be the case for new players, but this is end game we are talking about and discovery is its own reward.
  2. Someone close this thread, no one is talking about DM.
  3. Nope, this makes the incarnate system more challenging and at present difficulty settings, is welcome. Also makes low level TFs more worthwhile for 50+. I know the argument is to replace with threads or rares, but again, the more difficult to obtain, the better. Yes, THIS more than anything else. Yes, everyone would. I agree. Difficulty levels should be comparative. Then they're working as intended. Yes, ALL pets should benefit equally. It is, but this is lowest priority. You could, but you dominate everything and perhaps find content too easy. Plus, you're cutting yourself from half the population. Personally, I'd like to see more flavor in choices. By this I don't mean more selections, but better selections. Judgement is the best example of this... 9/10 people will choose Pyronic because of fast activation and highly unresistable damage. To compensate you could drop the damage on Pyronic by 1/3 and lowers it's accuracy. Then, boost the secondary effects of other powers. Not make them OP on damage, but on a power like Vorpal you could extend the def boost to 20 seconds (it only lasts 10 seconds), make it an AoE (it's difficult to believe this power is a cone, especially given the animation) and, to keep it in line, drop the def boost from 30 to 15%. For a power like Mighty, (another power like vorpal which is highly resisted) you could make it a short range (LoS) TP to target. For Cryonic, make it an TAoE, to mimic onset of Winter, rather than a "spray". I could suggest for every power, but I won't. People don't read long posts. (WALL OF TEXT not CRITTING YOU!!!) Quickly... Alpha: Make effects boost by 5%, instead of 2%. Destiny: Significantly cut the powers' duration (say by 3/4) but make it recharge faster. I know the idea of more clicking, less autopilot irks some, but having to work this into attack chains would create more a challenge and provide more opportunity for the endgame NPCs. Interface: Gravitic, Preemptive, and Paralytic need boosting. Lore: Again with flavor, these need to have more diversity and stronger ties to elements. S/L should cause extra damage. Control oriented pets should have stronger holds, weaker attacks (would be great if they had containment). Hybrid: Not much wrong with this, boost regen and mez res to Melee, done. With regards to endgame difficulty, most of it comes down to knowing what you're doing. When you have an experienced team leader telling the league what to do and when, it's usually plain sailing. The learning process is part of the challenge, it's just fortunate/unfortunate so many exprienced players are there to help the inexperienced. For those having trouble understanding... Yes, you have to read.
  4. I'm on a mac (so can't export) and on the road (so have no pc access) so I'm uploading screenshots for now. Here's your build tweaked... Here's what I would play, going full ninja... Note: mids is adding a 10s duration 30% boost to def from vorpal, available every 90s. Here's what I would play with defense focused incarnates... With hasten, you have blinding powder(BP) on a 40 second rch, which can be cut by at least 20 seconds spamming shockwave (an excellent form of soft control with KB to KD). BP will give you 12 seconds of ~10% tohit debuff (+confuse) taking you within 2% of incarnate defense softcap. Prior to hitting incarnates, BP will keep you at the def softcap for S/L, negative, and range. Note, you are already at softcap for energy attacks. You can get melee softcap at considerable expense to your damage and cc, but you'd be better of being content with S/L--why overnerf just to get a slither more def? Use an inspiration if you get debuffed. This build will put you at ranged soft cap, allowing you to go for all out damage with incarnates. But... given ninjitsu is quite heavily melee you're going to want to keep moving. You have Barrier to throw up as a boost, or you can alternate it with support. You can add vorpal for the emergency def boost on top of those. Most of the time against incarnate content you're okay with +45%, but if you're taking alpha you want some substantial CC (which my ninja build has) or you want to hit the incarnate soft cap 57.5%. As a blaster though, you have no defense debuff res (DDR) so your stats will get dropped the longer you're in combat, which is why most prioritize damage over def (play to your strengths). 2 things I wouldn't do... 1. Slot anything in alpha that affects rch - it will mess with your proc chances while doing very little. 2. Not take Hybrid core on a blaster--the damage boost is too good to pass up. All these builds are pre i27 but the only change to slotting would be the s/l procs in lotus drops for acc/dam and acc/dam/end.
  5. It's very helpful, ty. Are you able to explain what this "scale" is that's being referred to? "Immobilize duration reduced from scale 15 to scale 7" I was trying to find info. on this when @blackfeather pointed me to the modifier page.
  6. Are the scales and AT modifiers listed anywhere? I see most modifiers listed. Some aren't there. But I'm looking at the base numbers in mids and not seeing the correlation between duration and "scale".
  7. Are the scales and AT modifiers listed anywhere?
  8. Are the scales that have been changed across the board listed anywhere and what do they refer to? Mag is strength, so the scale is...?
  9. Need the fly poses attached to hover and all forms of flight as stance choices.
  10. Continuing where I left off with hats and hairstyles, could we not get hairstyles added to cats, monstrous, and others? A lady cheetah with long hair would be an incredible new addition to the superpowered fold.
  11. On a certain other server they give you 2 chances to choose from the same pool. It's set up as detail 1 with another detail 1 below it. So if hairstyles were a part of the same model, duplicating in this manner should be a sufficient workaround.
  12. Can we have the option to change hairstyles under hats? Perhaps under helmets too... Is clipping a problem apart from how it looks? Surely no one cares about this. Those that do, just don't choose the options that clip.
  13. Would love some shaman style headdresses. As a quick workaround, you could take existing beast heads and let a regular face show through below the snout/eyes. Slight repositioning involved to line up with eyes of face, but would require no additional drawing/artistry.
  14. Depends what you want ofc. Atomic taking minor nerf with i27, fire isn't. Fire is a lot quicker to use than atomic, kind of essential for a blaster. Getting rooted, gets you splatted. I have a love/hate relationship with radiation, as it does solely energy damage (bar atomic blast, which also does smashing, woot...). Energy can tear through mobs, unless they have energy resist... then you're the one swinging the wiffle bat in the room. The devs couldn't let a blaster run around with a non-resistible damage type (fire...), so radiation got energized. Atomic sought to redress this issue and added toxic damage, but.. many of the powers take a while to cast. Can't have it all (can't have anything). You're going to have more fun playing a character true to their concept and identity than you are building a damage cannon, so perhaps stick with Rad/Atomic and immerse yourself.
  15. This build was created for AngryRedHerring in response to his Combat Teleport concept here: The build is entirely conceptual, not chasing any soft caps, but pushing rch for quick AC and perma power boost. There's a lot of clicking involved, but that's how I like to play--busy fingers, with minimal rooting for quick reaction time. I used to bind some clicks to movements but this can cancel out powers and cause delays. I still recommend this style of binding as a stepping stone, but once you get used to and enjoy playing "busy fingers", take the binds away. Example: /bind rightarrow "+turnright$$powexecname hasten" /bind rightarrow "+turnright$$powexecname Clarion Radial Epiphany" MUST HAVE: /bind A KEY powexeclocation target combat teleport OPITIONAL: /bind A KEY powexeclocation backward:50 teleport Will post link when I get PC access, but for now here's some screenshots:

  16. Can the Misty Wood boundary be redrawn to reflect its actual area so fir bolg don't have to be herded into the small, enemy filled nook to complete Kelly Nemmers' mission?
  17. Can we get a skip cutscene button for the team leader only?
  18. Can we please let the enhancement menu REMEMBER which settings you've just chosen until you exit the window. It' such a pain to drop an enhancement into the convertor and have to reselect from the down menu eeeeeeevery time.

  19. Hey, totally understandable. you've already done way more than anyone could ask for. If you do know what kind of a designer/coder I'd need to hire to create an online version, LMK. I'm prepared to pay and give free access to all.
  20. Tried numerous versions of wine, winetricks and .NET and no joy. This was a constant message: "bad CPU type in executable." I see there's wine64 and .NET 5.0 but the lack of support online leaves me wandering around in the dark.
  21. Yes, radial is better for any AT with less than 1.0 on the damage scale: https://archive.paragonwiki.com/wiki/Damage
  22. Do you have a link to 2.7 plz?
  23. Well! I'll give it a go... Ty!
  24. MRB_2.6.0.7_MacOS_Linux The version isn't really relevant, as it's the 32bit architecture that's the problem. That's why i tried PlayOnMac.
