  1. Here is a simple build to start with. Softcap range, hardcapped S/L, most AT powers, all Leadership toggles.
  2. Yup. That's why my build took it six-slotted just in case.
  3. Last I'd read, multiple PT heal procs are bugged in auto powers, and you have Siphon Life to keep you topped up. I'd only tweak Darkir's build by moving those two slots out of Body Mastery and into Deflection with two pieces of Red Fortune. (Keep one PT proc in Stamina.) That would give you 50 S/L resistance (capped with OWtS), and bring your melee and ranged defenses to ~44% out of Hide. Let us know how it plays!
  4. I can't import it either, had to make another. I think it's broadly similar. 5. Here's a quick one to get started. Positional soft-cap in combat; okay S/L resistance, endurance recovery, and recharge. Has a travel power and pretty generic incarnate powers. The most important thing to keep is the Stalker's Guile proc in Assassin's Eclipse. Void Judgement gives you a second PBAOE and effective resistance boost while BP Radial Lore lowers their resistance to negative damage. Another good judgement is pyronic for a quick animation, better range, and different damage type. Lore is one I used to pick strictly for thematic purpose.
  6. I mained a WP scrapper back on Live. It's a toggle and forget healtank with crazy regeneration, S/L/P resists and E/N/F/C defenses, a buff/debuff taunt aura, and improved Health and Stamina powers. You'll want to take and slot T1-7, none of it is skippable. T8 is a self-rez, which is a very personal choice. T9 is a resistance buff that can't be enhanced for recharge, and buffs S/L twice as much as the others. Which is largely a waste, given that you can cap S/L resistance outside of it. T1 is an auto power that buffs all resistances and MaxHP, and for regeneration more hp is better. You'll want to slot that up and grab the accolades. In the incarnate endgame, enemy forces love throwing energy damage that debuffs regeneration. It was pretty ugly until I softcapped energy defense. I'd prioritize that over S/L defense. With the improved IO availability, it'd be possible to hardcap S/L/P resists while softcapping energy defense. I paired it with Dark Melee, for concept. In the process I discovered how nice having a click heal is. Willpower doesn't really have reactive tools, so if the fight isn't going well there's nothing it can do, you'll need inspirations or something from your primary. I think Rad Melee has a heal as well. Other tools like knockdowns and defense buffs would be useful to give yourself breathing room and time for your regeneration to work. Like a warshade, you want to be surrounded because each enemy within your PBAOE boosts your regeneration. An energy-hungry primary isn't a problem for WP, since it has Quick Recovery.
  7. Force Field provides personal protection with Dispersion Bubble (at 20 on your controller), and in the epics you can go Fire or Force to get decent resist auras. I'd stick with it a few more levels.
  8. Influenced by his MCU TV appearance, I'd make him Street Justice/Willpower. You could go War Mace, but those animations are too slow to feel right for him. Like most street level heroes he is stealthy, but it doesn't seem quite as integral to him. I'd probably go scrapper.
  9. A dom is probably closest to how Johnny Storm actually fights, but you could go with a Fire/Thermal/Fire controller. That would give the other two heals, better resistance, and more damage.
  10. Here's a start. Softcapped energy defense, hard-capped SL resist. http://www.cohplanner.com/mids/download.php?uc=1531&c=699&a=1398&f=HEX&dc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
  11. 12. After playing too much Arkham City, reading character design diaries from Maryland Snowman, and reading a detailed review of Nightfall, I decided to translate Batman and his disciples as if they arrived in Paragon. Their stealth suggests stalkers, but I wanted to focus on their differences, as if building a team for Stalker Saturday. Batman is a skilled fighter, but doesn't use as many high-flying moves as Robin. He's physically and mentally tough, with endurance to spare. And has batarangs. Street Justice/Willpower/Weapon. Nightwing is one of the DCU's premier acrobats, a well-conditioned martial artist who favors twin batons. Dual Blade is an easy choice. But in some media, he wields electric stun batons, and I think that would make things more interesting. Elec Melee/Super Reflexes/Body. Robin 3 is smaller and quicker than the others, using his brain before his brawn. Staff/Ninjitsu/Weapon. Azrael is probably his toughest student, favoring powered armor and wielding flaming daggers that bear an amazing resemblance to RG blades. Claws/Invulnerability/Blaze. Batgirl 3 is phenomenal fighter, a melee machine that rarely uses weapons or gadgets. Cassie can take a beating but usually dodges like Spider-Man. Martial Arts/Super Reflexes/Body. Thoughts?
  13. The book was called Shazam, but the character has been Captain Marvel since the beginning. D.C. trying to change that is not the first or last thing they've done that I ignore. For the M.C.U.'s Captain Marvel* I'd say Humanform Peacebringer. "FISS" plus photon blasts with everything. Teaming up with scrubs buffs her resistance; with powerhouses, her damage. *Clearly leaning toward her Binary power level. Warbird was good, but not "punch out space battleships" good.
  14. Not too familiar with Shazam's powers, the wizard never did much. Maybe an Elec/Storm/Mu Controller? Captain Marvel would be an Inv/SS Tanker. I've heard modern depictions increase the focus on electricity, to differentiate him from similar bricks. In that case, Elec/Elec Tanker would work as well.
  15. Back on Live I used Intuition Radial. Damage, Range, Debuff vs. Damage, EndMod, Debuff.
  16. The reason to put the Hide proc in Assassin Strike was to keep it from proccing unexpectedly. Stalkers would otherwise have their attack chain disrupted by a suddenly slow AS.
  17. I think they mean Shield Wall Resist + LotG Defense = no set bonus. Shield Wall Resist + Shield Wall Defense = 2 pc bonus
  18. Turn the electricity black, to minimize glow. And he uses his webbing to control foes more than damage, so I figure dominator. It even fits if you look at domination as his burst of determination when the fight drags on, that allow him to snare fools that were giving him trouble or shake off their attempts to stop him.
  19. Using Icon, I think an Elec/Elec dominator looks like web-slinging.
