Okay thank you for letting me know; I'll have to try it out when I have a chance. I have some characters in that level range who could use a little exercise.

This is my daughter's other kooky creation. I like seeing what her little mind is going to come up with, lol. The names are funny as well since she tries to tell me just Clown or something, but then I have to try and explain to her that simple names like that won't be available. So since this one shoots water, it's Splashy Clown. 🤣 Edit: And since she's a kid, she chose Bio because she thought it was the funniest thing that I told her it looks like poop

As a resident of California, this has me excited! Is this an arc leveling characters can do, or is it more of a level 50 kinda thing?

Ha, how funny, I actually have a Pys/Rad corruptor, though I chose that pairing based on a theme, lol. Her name is Mad Cow Disease and she's a minotaur who's sort of like the right-hand/puppet to one of my villains. Can't say much as to the sets together yet though since she's still in her teens. @Troo I'm so excited to see this again! I think my worst roll when I did it last time was an AR/Bio sent, so when I have a chance, it will be fun to see what I get with the new powers and proliferations.

Omg I know right? My daughter's thought process for the name: "Well, I like chicken... and I like my Teddy, so his name is Chicken Teddy!" 🤣

Bots are a bit of a slog until 32, lol. But Bots/Nature has been a pleasant and fun leveling experience. I am also fond of my beasts/dark, demons/storm, mercs/traps... I have a bit of an MM obsession, lol. In regards to your comment about beasts/kin, it's a ton of fun! It's also super fast and can be a super chaotic experience if you don't keep a tight control over the beasts; they're fast naturally, adding speed boost to them just makes them insane, and they're melee pets which can also get them in trouble in missions and the like.

I'm still not entirely sure what my daughter was going for with this, but 4 year olds have interesting imaginations. xD Doesn't help that she only lets me make it through like 5 options at most when we're building a character before she chooses something. 🤣

Sorry I won't be there. We're having a pumpkin carving day tomorrow. I've been super busy irl and just haven't really been interested in playing the game lately anyway, so consider me on hiatus from these events for a while. I'll sign up for them when I have the time available and feel like playing.

Sorry, I can't make it. I've been taking a break from the game and have been really busy with life and school. This weekend my school is holding a pumpkin festival, so me and one other officer from our Fashion Society club will be running a booth both Saturday and Sunday.

Phoenixia - Thugs/TA MM She's a semi-realistic phoenix who was created entirely from/by technology, broke free of her creators, and now wreaks havoc on the Rogue Isles.

Thank you for this. I know she's low level, but yeah, definitely felt like the damage was just lacking--like you said, very low burst, crits didn't seem to happen often enough. But I love the character concept, so I'm thinking I will reroll her as a tank then. 🙂

For those saying how awesome Rad/Fire is, does this combo just not translate as well to a Scrapper? Or is it late blooming or something? I have a Fire/Rad scrapper in her 20's who feels a bit squishy and like she doesn't dish out all that much damage. I haven't wanted to delete her because I love her concept and wonder if maybe I'm doing something wrong. So seeing those of you here saying it's awesome, I'm curious as to why, lol.

Absolutely. I consider myself a pretty average/novice gamer, but I definitely think these numpad binds have made a huge difference in how I play my MM's. I still sometimes forget to do something exactly right in a group, or actually command the pet tiers separately, but I can't stress enough how amazing these are for keeping your pets under thumb.

@TrixieKixx I hope to be there on Phoenixia - Thugs/TA MM as a Phoenix (if phoenix doesn't count I'll change it to something else 🙂 )

I've never made a build anway, so I'm not the person to ask for that sort of thing anyhow. 😅 A lot of times with MM's, you can mash builds together; find someone who's slotted EA in a way that looks good, then find someone who's done the same for beasts and put 'em together and see what works.

Beasts/EA should work just fine, though it will be extremely busy as beasts is one of the few primaries you want to take and use your personal attacks to build stacks so your beasts crit. I have one of these, but it's sitting at like level 18 and I haven't played her in months, so I can't comment too much to it until I break her out again.

If you're going to make your first MM ever, I'd probably steer clear of the melee pets, especially fast ones like beasts. Unless you exclusively solo, those pets have a nasty habit of running about and aggroing extra groups. Your best bet is to start with any of the ranged pet sets (mercenaries, bots, demons). Necro would be an okay melee pet set since they shamble instead of zoom. For secondaries, anything you're familiar with from other AT's works, FF is a good starter choice as it's hands off and lets you get used to learning to control the pets. Sets like Electric Affinity are a lot busier and require more attention. Edit: I forgot to include the link to the numpad binds. These things have made MM's so much better for me.

Ninja/sonic ought to be an interesting combo; you'll have to let us know how that experience goes, lol.

I rather enjoy my necro/sonic MM, probably more than I liked necro/nature (though I'm debating recreating this combo). Necro/cold has the potential to be amusing as well. There's a thread floating around here somewhere that makes mercs/nature seem interesting if you want a more tactical/in-depth playstyle. My bots/nature/fire is probably one of my most favorite MM's. Similar to the mercs/nature strategy, I lay down the faerie patch, command the bots into it, and then set them loose. I'm not good with epic pools, I just went fire as it kind of fits the theme/concept and allows her to help the bots with damage. I've heard good things about demons/nature as well, and demons/ea is supposed to be pretty tanky. Ninja/cold has been surprisingly effective, though I'm currently stuck in the 20's on that one as I predominantly solo her, and she's a villain, so I'm struggling a bit not getting her and the ninjas killed (likely due to lack of slotting and skill on my end). Other MM combos I'm trying: Mercs/EA, Beasts/EA, Beasts/Dark, Thugs/Cold, Thugs/EA, and Demons/Storm

I'm down with a sea monster crashing the beach day fun. 😜
