    You're such a riot @Bananiac! 🤣 I'm glad everyone seemed to enjoy my cookie dough pet names. ^_^ I didn't even realize/think about how the henchmens' owner's name shows up under the henchmen names, so the theme worked out even more perfectly!     The information was helpful, and I am certainly by no means upset over what happened. I was a little bummed, but like Ban said, I got over it and am not too worried. I'm sure we'll end up running it again, and I'll get the badge eventually. I've been having a lot of issues with brain fog and my ADHD acting up lately, so I was just generally have a hard time keeping up mentally yesterday--sorry y'all! I look forward to seeing the pics from the upcoming week's Citadel. 😄

    @TrixieKixx, for next week's theme, how are we looking to define nerdy? Like, a geeky scientist type of deal? Or someone who idolizes something/someone in geek/nerd culture? I may be overthinking this one a tad, but nerdy felt a bit vague to me. 😅 Edit: Actually, I just realized I have a bridal shower to be at next Saturday at 10am, so I will have to pass. I will see you all for the Morty Kal on the 21st. 🙂

    I had a wakie, but when I used one before, BAB or someone kept doing a stomp attack that was one-shotting us even at the edge of the platform, so the only thing I could think to do was hosp it. Ban did the same, but I guess he got back in time to get the rewards. I didn't think the remaining AV's would go down that fast. So, it was my bad. I just don't like lying there dead when I could be helping and thought if I trained and got fireball that would help. My fault for not planning my time and understanding the fights better. 🙂

    Aw, I ended up missing this too by being outside the mish when the SF got finished. 😞 Oh well. xD We all seemed to have some troubles at one time or another coordinating and trying to work together. Was a bit of an off day for us; I know my brain shorted out more than once not paying attention to my map and where folks were at and trying to follow along with the directions. It was still a fun time; I'd never done that SF (or its hero complement), so it was fun to experience it and beat up on some heroes.

    You have no idea how happy I am to see someone else that knows Dr. Horrible. 😁 More on topic, I can't bring myself to straight create a replica, so to speak, of a franchised character, but as a Star Wars nerd, I couldn't resist making a character who has chosen to IC'ly base herself off of the Sith. I've shown her off before, but since she's on theme, here's Voltarra - Electric/Ninja Blaster Edit: Oh, I lied, I did sort of rip off of a franchised character. My human-form WS is Elfvira. I gave a reason for the homage in her bio, but yeah, I do have an homage to the Mistress of the Dark. 🙂

    Seriously? Wow, so just being able to mind my own business, go about my day, and not even be aware of (or care) what is going on in the general chat means not minding garbage? I mean, if people want to leave gen chat, that's fine, I have nothing against that. I take issue with the implication that those of us who may leave it turned on (for whatever reason that may be), are somehow garbage loving human beings instead of normal players like those who leave gen chat. Pretty sure players of both varieties can be "normal" players without insulting and being rude to the other side.

    Your experience and that of the other person I responded to are not the only experiences a player may have. Just because someone opts to leave their gen chat on does not mean that they enjoy spewing or participating in garbage. It could simply mean that they, like myself, find it easy enough to ignore when things are annoying, but in general don't really mind having it there for when interesting/entertaining conversations are happening. I certainly have never had so many issues that I deem it necessary to opt out of gen chat every single time I make a character. The other person apologized for the rude assumption of their categories and yet, here you are trying to tell me I'm wrong. There are people who exist outside of the two types they gave; some of us just don't let a chat (which you can choose not to read/be apart of) bother us so much that we can't just ignore it.

    Well, this is a rude assumption. I almost never participate in general chat discussions, especially if there is a lot of garbage talk going on, but I also don't remove general chat from my tabs. I find it easy enough to ignore what's going on it that chat, especially since I like to be doing TF's or something and the gen chat gets swallowed up by all the other stuff going on. To assume that anyone like me is a garbage person is just plain insulting - and Everlasting's general chat has not that commonly been so full of garbage I feel the need to immediately get rid of it as soon as I create a new alt.

    It sounds like the contest was ill-defined. I know CC's are subjective in nature anyway, but usually themes are fairly well-defined and easily interpreted. I'm not sure I've seen this level of dissent on these before. Hopefully the GM's will take the complaints seriously and make the outlines for the future CC's more clear and straightforward. I thought the title of the CC seemed to vague in the first place.

    The Disney movie, Tangled, is based on Rapunzel. Edit: From what I saw over on the actual CC thread, there was a lot of confusion/dissension over this month's CC and that the GM's should have done a better job explaining it or something.

    I feel like there's posts out there on these boards that cover this sort of thing, but in any case, Dark/Savage is a popular and effective dom combo. /Psi is always a solid go-to because Drain Psyche is so powerful. A lot of it depends on whether you want to blap as well; since you're looking at Fold Space, I'd probably pass on /Fire since it prefers a more ranged style of play. /Martial is okay; the attacks are fun, but Exploding Shuriken is a bit of a dud and as a whole I didn't feel it performed as well as some of the other secondaries (I got a plant/martial dom to the 30's or 40's and felt rather underwhelmed by it). /Icy and /Energy both like to blap and are also generally pretty solid picks.

    You guys are some of the most wonderful people! ❤️ I appreciate y'all showing up early to help me out. 🙂 I've never done an LRSF before, but lucky me I do have a vill on Everlasting who's at 45 that will pop over. Normally she's a member of a cult who's slowly turning into a demon, but for this run she'll be Cookie Dough - Demons/Storm MM ((I'll have to temporarily rename her demons as well, lol)).

    I never said they were populated, lol, just that they still exist. They post stuff on Reddit and supposedly have a somewhat steady player base (I've never played there so idk). I mentioned it because I think they have the experience @Greycat was talking about and are still around.

    I haven't fully fleshed her out, but my Thugs/ElecAff MM is a hero. There we go, had a pic of her bio. I see I refer to them as her thugs, but I may end up changing that. Essentially, they're kind of a rough and tumble group any baddies might not want to mess with, but spend their time when not fighting crime volunteering in homeless shelters and such. As a tech origin, Bunnie is also quite adept with gadgets (which is how I imagine her using her ElecAff powers).
