I would love and appreciate a leveling build as I always adore kooky combos people wouldn't normally think of like this. I'm not a min/max pylon person so that stuff doesn't mean much for me. But something smooth to play and level? I'm totally down for that and loved my ice melee stalker. And just for curiosity, is there a preference for a tanker over, say, a brute or scrapper? Not that I hate tankers or anything, just like to learn what other people are thinking. 🙂

Been noticing some people RPing lately who emote a thought and then people respond to it. For example: Player thinks that the person in front of her is cute. Person in front: "Omg thank you!" Unless you're some sort of psychic character that projects their thoughts to other people, posting what your character thinks and expecting people to respond to it is silly and makes no sense. @Grindingsucks I agree with a lot of what you have said, even though there's an RPer on Everlasting that I adore, who has a mythological creature that they RP that I accept the misspelled words simply because it seems to be a feature of the way this species speaks. But in general, yes, please, RPing should not be like texting or whatever. Please make an effort to speak clearly and in a way other people around you can understand. Nothing wrong with your character having quirks in the way they talk, but it should still be done in a way that people not only understand what you're saying/doing, but be able to properly react to it (see also, the above regarding RPing your thoughts).

Should be arrows to either side of the 1 and you just press those to get to the power bar number that you want.

Necro/Nature and Necro/ElecAff are probably 2 of my more interesting and fun experiments with necro MM's (leveling up anyway; I don't have any that are close to being level 50). I tried Necro/Cold because it's potential should be pretty good (and popsicle zombies is hilarious), but I couldn't bring myself to get it past the teens without a heal and I didn't want to dip into the medicine pool (I, personally, prefer secondaries that lack heals on primaries that are already tough/can heal themselves, but that's just me and my personal playstyle). I had a Necro/Thermal for a while and it's certainly a solid pairing as well if you don't want to go with the classic /dark. I just also thought it was a tad on the boring side--it's a more sit back and play approach and I like to be a little more active with my MM's. I teamed with someone who had a Necro/Rad that seemed pretty interesting.

Then you haven't looked very hard because there's been several posted with the asymmetrical shoulders, and I'm fairly certain I've seen at least one come through with asymmetrical boots/gloves.

Also, a quick view of the Brute forums shows several other threads basically asking the same thing you are. Not sure why so many topics on this are needed when there's ample info out there regarding farming builds.

None whatsoever, lol. Keep an eye on LFG chat around those time frames (sometimes they start recruiting sooner than the times I gave; those are rough estimates). When you see the message about Chaos United hosting an MSR, that's when you head to the Rikti War Zone, and then use the broadcast chat to request an invite. Everything else needed to know gets explained in the league. 🙂 There's an NPC in the vanguard base in RWZ who explains the process as well, and I think there may even be a guide floating around these forums, but it's a pretty simple process and just requires showing up and participating. 🙂

That likely happened because only the first slot for a VEAT is allotted to the costume associated with those AT's. Since they're NPC costumes or whatever, any other slots you use cannot use those pieces. So if you want to have that arachnos look, you have to stick with modifying your first slot.

I'd be interested in this as well. I made a plant/MA dom, and MA seemed to be pretty great at the lower levels, but after getting her up into the 30's and 40's, it started to feel pretty lackluster. Granted, my experience with doms, is semi-limited (at higher levels). I ended up rolling a plant/fire to see if the damage will feel better from that secondary.

No, that's one of the reasons Null the Gull exists, so you can change alignment at any time. As Fraulein mentioned, only tip mishes require you to be level 20. And I'll assume you ended up finding him? Answer wouldn't be on Paragonwiki since he's special to Homecoming. Null is a seagull that sits on top of the truck parked just inside the redside of Pocket D.

It'll get better, but yes, it is a bit slow to start. I have a mercs/traps that I stalled on for a bit until I took her into a MSR and got her into the 20's and got more of the traps powers. She's now 31 and lots of fun. Since you're on Everlasting, Chaos United hosts 2 MSR's a night (usually around 4:30pm and 7:30pm PST). I like to use MSR's for quick levels (since CU hosts them for everyone of all levels) because it's powerleveling where you get to participate, and bots work decently once in the bowl because you can put them on aggressive and go-to. Unless gaining quick levels like that isn't your thing, which I totally respect and understand.
