I love the ideas being put on the table. Here is a few of my thoughts for force fields 1. Personal Force Field - I feel this power is pretty good at what it does. I love standing in a mobs and not getting hit. Not sure I would really change this power. 2. Deflection Shield - I love the idea of making this a PBAoE self and ally buff. Keep the duration and recharge close together and it’s golden. 3. Force Bolt - I always thought this power should do more damage and maybe splash damage. Knockdown if possible. 4. Insulation Shield - Same as Deflection Shield. 5. Detention Field - I like detention field. Just make it so the caster can turn it off. Also lower recharge. Like how dimensional shift works. 6. Dispersion Bubble - Toggle defense and and all forms of mez protection. 7. Repulsion Field - make repulsion and force bubble one power. Small radius maybe same as dispersion field. Flat endurance. No per target endurance. Higher knockback. 8. Repulsion Bomb - Lower endurance faster animantion and recharge. More damage. 9. Implosion Field - Targeted AoE. Places a bubble around target and any foe’s inside the bubbles will get crushed as the bubble starts to shrink. Immobilized, damage. -
Hello All So I would like to talk about location AoE. Some ATs have one while others have five. In this game and the era we are in. Things go much faster. I can understand certain powers using this function, while others not so much. Trick Arrow has I think four that probably don’t need to be location. Same with controller pets. Does the game really need this many location AoE powers and should they be changed to target AoE instead. I wanted to see how others felt about these types of powers. Should they be changed. Should they stay the same. I feel some of the powers should be switched out of location AoE.

I say just lower the animation. This power is painful slow

I do hope they update these pools. I like force of will. I really just want the animation short.

Any thoughts on getting updates on force of will and fighting pool. Sorcery recent updates made this pool outshine compared to the of other power pool abilities. I would really love to see some updates to these pools. The damage, recharge and or animation times need to be adjusted. fighting -more damage force of will -faster animation -more damage -recharge reduction experimentation

I think both Force of Will and Experimentation should be looked at. I feel sorcery is crazy good and would love for the other two to be just as powerful.

I really like my dark/dark/soul build but I am finding my three PBAoE power to be my biggest weakness. I go in to try and use dark Consumption, soul drain and black star and my little body can’t take it and I die offer. Only in melee do I die. Not sure what to. Kind of wish that change some of the powers that force dark to go into melee touch of beyond doesn’t feel that I am getting the recovery buff

So why did the developer of this set decide that it need a single stealth and a group stealth. I think it is kind silly to have two of the same powers in a set. Maybe I missing something. I mean they could have added another control power in illusions. So my main point is. What am missing, and should one of the stealth powers be replaced with something with aoe control?

The one thing I use this power is to stop me from getting damaged. It’s great if team mates wanna jump in it to stop taking hits. I also found that on ITF when Nictus uses his Rez power and everyone gets mezed. I use the power before he used his to prevent me from getting mezed. 😁

Blaster Secondary: Darkness Manipulation

I have been playing my dark dark build and he really isn’t as bad as I thought he be. I do have endurance issues. So I am hoping that sets will help with that. I would be ok with Dark Consumption (and powers of such) had a faster recharge and could leach off defeated foes. Touch from beyond endurance recovery is nice, though it could be a tad more. I get that we don’t want every set to be a cookie cutter of the next. -
Even if they left Dark, Mental, and Energy manipulation as is with their PBAoE endurance recovery powers. Then at least lower their recharges and make the work on alive and defeated foe’s.

Hey Devs Can you please look at dark manipulation and make it a tad better. It really needs a overhaul like you did with electric manipulation. Death Shroud should become a damage -to hit debuff +end recovery that would make me happy

Darkness Manipulation Energy Manipulation Mental Manipulation So the only three sets that don’t have a recovery toggle are below. Will there me any chance that f these set getting a recovery toggle like the rest of the blaster secondary sets. I know these three sets get a PBAoE click power. The only thing I dislike is ... 1- it has to hit a living target to use them 2- the recharge for these powers are to long If they are going to keep these kind of powers. Then please lower the recharge so they can be used more often, and also let them used on conscious and unconscious targets. Thanks 😁

Hello Devs Any chance you could make a shuriken blaster AT. Since the powers are already in the game it should be fairly easy to do. Just have to increase the damage of the attacks. I just really want a shuriken blaster. Here is what I came up with. Level 1- Shuriken Throw - ranged, minor damage (lethal) Level 1 - Poison Shuriken - ranged, moderate damage (lethal), minor (toxic) Level 2 - Trick Shot - ranged, chain moderate damage (lethal) Level 6 - Shuriken Barrage - ranged (cone), moderate damage (lethal) Level 8 - Aim - self +tohit, +damage Level 12 - Explosive Shuriken - ranged, high damage (fire), minor splash damage (fire dot) Level 18 - Masterful Throw - sniper, extreme damage (lethal), chance for DoT (lethal) Level 26 - Shuriken Dance - PBAoE, moderate DoT (lethal), Foe -Def -Res Level 32 - One Thousand Shurikens - ranged (target AoE), extreme damage (lethal), change for moderate DoT (lethal

I wish thorny assault was a bit faster and smoother to use. It feels so clunky. But it fits my plant toon so well

I have a few dominators. I am in the same boat. I like the idea of dominators. Control and damage is a great mix. The issue for me is they don’t always work out as I would like. I love my concepts that I have made, but they always feel a bit off or weak. Especially really bad endurance issues. I wish they were better I have mind/psy plant/thorn

I would love to see dominators get this set. I don’t think illusion needs two invisible powers. It always seemed redundant.

Also. I wouldn’t mind defense set apply to the caster. I have a force field controller and I like that she can use the dispersion bubble on herself and allies. It would be awesome if the other two bubbles would apply on myself and team mates whether it’s a toggle buff (dispersion bubble) or a pbaoe click group buff (group invisible). I for one don’t think it would make the classes overpowered. I guess it depends on how you look at it.

The one thing I don’t not like about defense sets like bubbles empathy etc is ally target buffs. I know it sounds trivial but constantly putting speed boost, bubbles, etc is just annoying. I like the pbaoe buffs that last a decent duration. I wish some of the sets were revamp to act more this way. That’s why I like time and nature. That’s just my opinion though 😁

I have a gravity time and I love her. She is fun to play. I was going to try illusion kinetic but not sure is pairs well with each other. was also thinking illusion time 🤔

They were foe’s above my level. They were warriors cot. I did put a DO knockback enhancement in the power. I wonder if that caused the issue

Hello So I played a earth controller/dominator back in the day. I recently made an earth/stone dominator. I really like her. The only issue I am noticing is that when I use earthquake it knock backs foe’s all over the place. According to HCwiki page earthquake is supposed to do knockdown. Was there a change to the power?

So I am standing in zone with my combat attributes open and when I turn on each toggle my defense drops a good 20%. Then it goes back up. I don’t think my defense so go down just for turn on a toggle. What’s the point of having stealth when my powers such as distribution aura, scorpion shield, or assault suppresses my defense out of combat. I just went near some foes. To see what happens with my defense and as soon as my aura hit them my defense dropped. So that make sense. If that’s how it should be working. Eating an inspiration should not suppress defense while out of combat. That’s just silly. I guess I am trying wrap my head around this change. I mean we use all the io sets to build up our characters defense and now we get stripped of them when using powers. Also. It would be great for pop up telling us when we are invisible. Like stalkers have hide. -
