  1. I don't feel that way. My Rad feels decidedly squishier and much clickier than my Electric or my Dark.

  4. In the Badges/Accolades window, the progress text listing the badges required for the High Pain Threshold accolade includes the Relentless badge. This should be corrected to the Unbroken Spirit badge.
  5. 9.975% resistance for 15 seconds, after using Sky Splitter w/ perfection level 3. You then have to use 3 other attacks to get back to level 3 before using Sky Splitter again. I haven't done the math to see if it's possible to keep up continually. Guarded Spin does stack, but it's 11.25% melee/lethal defense for 10s.
  6. I've never played Bio so can't respond to that. I have an SR/Staff tank. Staff is significantly better on tanks due to the increased targets and AoE range. While the AoE damage is good, the set is lacking in mitigation and the ST damage is meh. Animations on Eye of the Storm and Sky Splitter are long and only worth using when you have 3 levels of perfection. It's a good set, but I think it needs some love. Also, on a Brute the +dmg from Form of the Body gets lost due to Fury.

  8. Staff Fighting - I like Staff but think it belongs in the C tier. Stone Melee - I agree with ST heavy. Hits like a freight train and has tons of mitigation. The slow animations are really just Hurl Boulder and Tremor, and the latter was just shortened. Also, they just added damage to Fault for more AoE. I would put this in the B tier (possibly A). War Mace - Really just Whirling Mace and Shatter are slow. Really good AoE and tons of mitigation. I would put this in the B tier.
  9. It's still not hard to get. Just tell the team it's a badge run and not to kill Neuron until you get the badge.
  10. Which is how the AoE immobilize in every other control set (except Electric) works.
  11. I don't know that anyone has every done it, but it does accept Reduce Interrupt Time enhancements
  12. You're the one with 4 slots each in Resist Physical Damage, Resist Elements and Tough Hide and 6 slots in Resist Energies. I have 2 slots in each of those. RPD gets the two +def uniques, Tough Hide gets the two +res uniques and ResEl and ResEn each get 2 resist damage IOs. On the four 6-slotted powers above, I'm only using 3 more slots than you.
  13. Call to Arms or Expedient Reinforcement. Both have 6.25% recharge bonuses for 4 pieces. Phantom Army won't benefit from the defense/resist aura uniques, but Phantasm will.

    Fallout

    If you're going to take Fallout, you should also take Mutation. I find it rude when they blow up your dead body and don't rez you afterward.
  15. My /Inv scrapper has 31.75% psi resist (see below) and 15.6% psi defense from Weave, Combat Jumping and the two +def uniques. Usually enough to get the job done. Don't forget the Elusive Mind accolade, which is 25% psi defense for 60 seconds every 10 minutes. 6-slot Aegis (9.5%) 6-slot Gift of the Ancients (4.5%) 6-slot Hetacomb (6.0%) 6-slot Unbreakable Guard (3.75%) Shield Wall unique (5.0%) Reactive Defenses unique (3.0%)

  17. SR tanks are insanely good. Other than a handful of mobs with very high tohit buffs (Rularuu eyeballs, DE quartz eminators), Recluse with the towers up), they are unkillable.
  18. I 6-slot it with Superior Avalanche. The knockdown proc goes off every time, plus it helps plug Rad Armor's weakness to cold damage. The damage is deceptive, since half of it is DoT.
  19. I could get behind this, but Gravity and Electric are the only control sets that don't have -kb in their AoE immobilize, so your audience is pretty small. I slot kb>kd in Wormhole and Propel (and Tornado).
  20. Lady Grey is another. There are two missions where you have to rescue her, after which an ambush spawns. She has a complete death wish. I've successfully completed the Nemesis one without her dying (by clearing the rest of the map before freeing her), but I don't think I've ever completed the Vanguard Swords one without her getting killed. For "one of the most powerful meta-humans on the planet" she should get more hit points or better armor. Also, since she's a dark defender, she should get Darkest Night.
  21. I slot Siphon Life with 3 Crushing Impact and 3 Theft of Essence (including the +end proc). That gives me a 300 hp heal and 274 dmg every 5 seconds. Adjust to 4 and 2 if you want more damage or more healing. Highly recommend including Touch of Fear. Slot it with 1 acc IO and 4 dmg procs and it becomes a really good AoE attack.

  23. Interesting. I know on Touch of Fear, fear and -tohit procs only go off on the main target - if you want to hit the AoE targets, you need to use melee AoE or taunt procs.
  24. This is true for the Trick Arrow version, but not the Tactical Arrow version. EMP Arrow holds all targets, with electronic targets getting 1 mag extra. ESD Arrow stuns all targets and only holds electronic targets. Hold set damage procs would only deal damage to electronic targets. You could slot stun or endmod set damage procs if there were such a thing.
  25. Not to my knowledge. Corruptor and defender Sleet currently have the same values (although they shouldn't). Defenders get better values for most other Cold powers.
