  2. I see Apex and Tin Mage pretty frequently, as they give merits in addition to salvage. I do see BAF a lot on Excelsior.
  3. Seems like BAFs were always happening on Torch, but during the past few weeks I haven't seen any. Did all the organizers leave the game or switch shards? Are they being run in secret? My newest 50 needs Siege for Portal Jockey.

  5. I took Cold Mastery on mine, primarily for the armor. I wouldn't bother with Flash Freeze, as sleeps aren't useful on teams. You want to add slots for damage to Ice Storm.   6. Very interesting. Personally, I would skip Gravity Distortion Field and keep Crushing Field (as it stops the Wormhole guests from wandering off), but to each their own. 5 of the 6 procs in Distortion Field are from hold sets. Distortion Field only has a 2% chance for a hold (3% when delayed). Do the procs only have a chance to go off when a hold is triggered, or do they go off when the power is cast (since it summons a pseudo pet)? In Farsight, wouldn't you want Membranes (for the recharge), not Cytos?

  9. I'm not sure it's working properly. If it is, it's not showing up in combat attributes. I have Support Radial Embodiment on two characters. One one, with no other endurance discounts, the endurance discount field reads 0.01%. On the other, which also has Annihilation 6-slotted (providing a 3% endurance discount), the endurance discount field reads -2.90%. EDIT: Just checked on the Bugs forum. The endurance discount is not working.

  11. Not to hijack the thread, but my grav/storm troller has support hybrid, which provides a 10% endurance discount, and clarion destiny.

  13. I would say gravity or illusion paired with poison or radiation. (I'm actually leveling an illusion/poison, but haven't tried SBB yet.)
  14. Not my experience. I generally don't solo and prefer running trials and TFs. While debuffs are nice if you're running low-level content, once you get to high-level content at +4/x8, teams are crushing foes so fast that there's barely time to cast debuffs.
  15. The math doesn't support you. Corruptor damage scale is 0.75 vs. 0.65 for a defender (i.e., 15.4% more damage). Assuming the defender has a 30% -resist debuff while the corruptor has 22.5% (i.e., 33% more -resist), Even with the defender's 33% higher debuff, it can't make up for the lower damage scale. The corruptor does 8.73% more damage before scourge is factored in. Defender: 0.65 x 1.30 = 0.845 Corruptor: 0.75 x 1.225 = 0.91875 On top of this, corruptors get a higher damage cap (500% vs. 400%) and can skip the tier 1 blast. That said, of course a blaster will out damage a corruptor. It's not even close.
  16. Envenom has 50% -regen. May actually stack (not flagged on City of Data), but I haven't tested it.

  18. What? I assume you're talking about the Hami mission. The only way this happens is if the leader starts the TF without checking if somebody has a hold. This is the leader's fault, not the TF.
  19. I haven't played it on a scrapper, but Staff has 2 cones and a PBAoE. The stance system is pretty simple - each gives a different bonus and after 3 attacks your PBAoE or T9 light up and will trigger a proc when activated. It doesn't address your AoE requirement, but I had a DM/EA brute back on live that was a blast.
  20. I don't know what game you're playing, but in 9 years the number of times somebody has preemptively applied anti-mez to all the non-melees on a team every 90 seconds is 0.
  21. I would be on board for 4 minutes. Not sure about 15. Did the anti-mezz buffs ever get the bubble treatment where you can buff the entire team at once?
  22. I feel like these might be nice, but not really feeling they're meaningful. Some of these would require a lot of dev time, which I think could be better spent. I would much rather see Crushing Field get a damage buff. Crush, Crushing Field, Gravity Distortion and Gravity Distortion Field all have -62.5% speed. Obviously only applies to mobs that aren't held or immobilized,
  23. I couldn't bring myself to roll a Dark/Electric, so I rolled Dark/TA instead. Rare, but not THAT rare. Up to lvl 20 now.
  24. Looks better. A couple of thoughts: Move the 2nd slot from Stealth to Resilience. 4-slotting UG will give you 3% melee defense. Also, the in-combat defense from Stealth is half what Mids shows. Move the 2nd slot from Combat Jumping to Weave. Weave has higher base and enhancing gives better returns. Move 2nd slot from Health to Fast Healing. Fast Healing has higher base and enhancing gives better returns. You could 3-slot with Numinas. Change endmod IOs in Stamina and Quick Recovery to 3rd Performance Shifter for the +hp bonus.
