I like the existence of "cleave"-style attacks! They reward positioning greatly. Whatever unfortunate soul happens to be close enough receives the full brunt of a powerhouse ST attack. It adds identity to the set. You could always try it on a Tanker! -
Questions about the ITF (Possible Spoilers within)

Well, it's pretty much confirmed that all of the letters we find while time travelling are from the Dream Doctor. The implication from the writing kinda leads you to believe he's the one that sent the 5th to the past, but as to why, I guess we'll never know! -
I know I saw at least one or two try to jump ship to a Katie when we were getting ready to leave. Then we had one that got left behind but didn't respond to tells.

What a great Numina! I had my drunk game goggles on, so I was more focused on herding than photography! Here's a shot I got of Jurassik.

D'oh. I was thinking base numbers. Whoops!

Tanks don't get Regen. If they did, it would be OP. That's a /Regen Brute. The only leverage they have over a Scrapper is increased HP.

So many necros! Help!

Yes, Tanks can utilize proc bombing very easily due to their superior defenses. Since they don't have to invest nearly as much hitting mitigation thresholds, you can spend more of your effort just barely hitting acc/dam thresholds in your attacks (2 acc/dam HOs is the poster child for this) and frankenslotting the rest of the available slots with Chance for Damage procs, or other fun stuff! A great example of "other fun stuff" is using a knockback-heavy melee and slotting Force Feedback: Chance for +Recharge in your attacks. This effectively means you can circumvent low global recharge from not having IOs sets by dumping out attacks. On top of what might already be available to your chosen melee, Tanks (and Brutes) also get access to another damage proc option in Perfect Zinger, since every attack in their melee can take Taunt enhancements. This usually means they will be able to slot no less than 4 damage procs in an attack if you're not looking for any additional effects.

Super Reflexes, the Most Boring Power set.
Spaghetti Betty replied to The Mighty Paladin's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
While I think it would be neat if SR had its own idle dodges that absolutely did not interact with character control in any way, the game does have an idle dodge animation already, it's just a generic animation. Your toon will make small bobs and weaves in place if no other animation is playing. -
You are correct that recharge should be one of your main goals with Bio Armor. It can reach high levels of survivability if your clicks are up often, to the point where the S/L RES and exotic DEF offered by your armors can be considered fluff. You can also push your offense to insane levels thanks to the innate debuffs of Bio and SS's general friendliness towards proc bombing. Here's how I run mine! muscle man - Brute (Super Strength - Bio Armor).mbd I will note that my approach can feel incredibly squishy at times. I rely solely on Ablative Carapace, Parasitic Aura, and DNA Siphon to keep me alive, but the damage I can put out can get pretty crazy, plus key powers having Force Feedback: Chance for +Recharge in them means as long as I keep attacking, my clickies are coming back faster! One thing worth noting is that even if you choose not to go Vigor Core Alpha like I did (it helps bolster your Max HP, Absorb, and Regen), I would recommend not being lured into choosing Musculature Alpha as Brutes overall do not benefit that much from damage enhancement like other damage-focused ATs do. Pick something that adds to the defensive capability of whatever your build ends up being!

Hasten provides +70% recharge to all of your powers for its duration. Super Speed is a convenient travel pick since Burnout requires 2 other picks in the Speed pool. Clicking Burnout instantly recharges all of your Primary and Secondary powers. This is very handy in emergencies where one application of Energize isn't enough to save your bacon. Combat Jumping provides a small amount of DEF and excellent jump control at an extremely unnoticeable end cost. It can also mule a lot of valuable IOs. Every melee attack in the game will show it's potential bonus damage from Fiery Embrace, even if you'll never benefit from it. It's been that way since the data tab was introduced.

How is Personal Force Field supposed to be used?

Shocked is not a part of Elec Melee. Even if it did the mechanic would feel pretty nonexistent as Elec Melee attacks don't do a very good job of draining. Power Sink in Elec Armor actually does pretty ok at draining mobs, usually getting everything short of EBs to 0 end with 2-3 applications. Of course, in a zerg situation, this hardly matters, but it can lead to some impressive mitigation in solo play. Here's how I run my Elec/Elec! Although it may be due for another pass soon. Do a big zap - Tanker (Electric Armor).mbd With my build, I wanted to emphasize AoE damage while still picking up some nice bonuses along the way. "But Betty! You didn't even take Thunder Strike!" Yup! I am really not a fan of it. It's just too slow! With that animation it should do a morbillion damage, but it doesn't. With some positioning, my rotation of Chain -> Jacobs Ladder -> Cross Punch will deal way more damage to a mob than 1 Thunder Strike and be up in time to repeat the loop. If your goal is to make foes not able to fight, just spam Thunder Clap! Burnout is for sticky situations!

I found another Dom I like! Woo! (Mind/Sonic)
Spaghetti Betty replied to Spaghetti Betty's topic in Dominator
No. By "bump" I mean run a couple of farms on my alt account to skip the lower levels. I'm not one to "skip content" per se, but giving myself a little head start has been saving a lot of my toons from an early grave. -
Why Blappers? Because Blasters get access to Seismic Smash and Knockout Blow for some reason.
