Ive been told vigilantes could start redside TFs and rogues could start blueside. I guess i should actually verify that sometime since i tend to not lead or solo TFs.

Special origin enhancements are having a tough time competing because of ED. Fill a power with Hami-o's and you just went way over the cap. Fill that same power with set IOs and it pretty much puts you to the caps on that power and gives you set bonuses on top. If special origin enhancements were less affected by ED then they could push a power a little further then sets or in conjunction with sets making up some of the difference from set bonuses in the process. Your idea could work as well but unless there are some new sources of special damage then the crystal titan bonus is kinda pointless since there are EoE and ambrosia that give near immunity to the special damage sources. -
Probably best discussed in the beta forum unless the patch dropped today while i was at work. Maybe longbow lore with its -500% regen. I dont try and solo much so im not sure if the signature summon or shivan is even usable on those settings. If so, echo of positron used to be quite the debuffer if they havent changed it.

I was making a build and got to the stun power and went looking for some procs and was really suprised at how they are all basically worthless against a target that i just stunned. I dont need a stunned target to be immobilized. I also dont need them to have a reduced chance to hit while they arent doing anything anyway. Knockback is debatable and its been debated alot in other threads so ill leave that in those threads. Damage procs, self buffs, or useful debuffs would be much appreciated.

With the forum badges update, the popup menu that shows my avatar and the notification bell and all the other menu goodies has been shifted up. My poor avatar had her ears cut off and the number on the notification bell is about half cut off. Everything still works but i think adding the rank at the bottom shifted the top of the menu up too much.

I dont like the thumbs down but i think the thumbs up is fine. The one you need to be on the lookout for is @Jimmy , he has a knife. He literally stabbed someone right in the post.

I type too slow, or maybe those guys above type too fast. Super packs are also an option but at twice your target price. You could consider super inspirations but even ultimates are usually less than those prices and people tend to have a full inspiration tray.

He was actually testing a badge for getting alot of replies and knew that telling us to ignore the post instead of just hiding it would generate the most replies. We have been bamboozled.

If you arent getting the power back then you may need a GM to grant it to you while ingame. Use menu -> support while you are ingame. Possibly the homecoming discord can get you in touch with a GM as well. -

It would be amazing if we could use the inner tube while using fly in the water. Then we could use the fly down button with the camera properly tilted to move around in the water with the tube. -

I have a different method in mind. I dont get home for a few more hours though. And it probably wont work but it will be fun if it does. Edit: it works for other emotes but didnt for this one. the tubes will stay anchored for the time being.

I could go for some super senses and super personality pool powers. Anything that offers me the eventual opportunity to troll my friends.

More specifically, i can run a scrapper with no taunt aura at 'full power' and not be taunting enemies. Ill sometimes turn the bio armor taunt aura off for certain teams. My best guess would be that they became the default red side tanks before everything got blendered with going rogue so they are still being given the tank treatment.

I like that some scrapper secondaries have a taunt aura and that some dont. It gives me a little more variance in gameplay. But i started the topic about if you prefer power sets to be the same or different and this would make them the same so im probably biased on this topic.

ive never tried dual blades, partly because i didnt want to learn and manage combos. but now that i have a few more hours (months) of CoH under my belt i may give it a go. my guess is the combo building melee sets are the most different feel when it comes to melee. -

The AH seems to be limited by how much it can do at once. Try to collect all inf from a bunch of different sales and it says you are trying to do too much and wait awhile. Im not sure if the AH can handle stacks of more then 10 reliably. Ive collected 4 enhancements that i purchased 6 times when the AH was lagging. Then i sold the extra 2 i ended up with. I also posted 2 EoE for 39 million each with the help of a bit of AH lag, they still havent sold.

When you are choosing a power set for a new character, many of them are fairly similar. Blast for example has a small shot, medium shot, big shot, snipe, aim, AoE and a nuke on many of its choices. Melee and control have their own pattern that is mostly followed. Then there are several power sets that clearly dont follow the pattern. Illusion control and ice blast are the first that come to mind for me and there are others as well. So my question for you is do you like power sets that stand out as unique or wish they were more similar to other sets for that type? Personally, i like having power sets available that have something different to offer. Ice blast doesnt have a snipe or a nuke but it has a pair of holds and a pair of rain powers. Illusion control is so different from other controls its probably quicker to say what it has the same...the T9 is a pet summon. Im always happy to see new powers and power sets but im especially happy when they dont follow the 'traditional' format.
