Greetings one and all... I am posting this in regards to some very bad news we in the Celestial Warriors found out about last week. As some of you may know, one of the founding members of our SG, and highly respected player in the game, passed away in late August. His characters name was... Souls... and he was one of the most caring, funny, helpful, loving, and open hearted people I have ever known. In fact, he is the one who invited me into the SG years ago, and even mentored me in the game. And meant a LOT to so many of us in more ways than I can even count, and even more so to a select few. He played CoH's since live, and was always full of cheer and love for this game of ours, and for everyone who ever played and play's it. He even hosted the CW's Costume Contest in the beginning, though he eventually passed the mantle onto Goddess Laucinna, who has been running them ever since. He gave of his time, as well as influence to all those who needed help or just plain old help in the game, and he, along with fellow member Battlestar, would always bust up everyone in laughter and good times everytime they would gather in Atlas Park. Simply put, Souls was the heart, and dare I say it, Soul of our SG, and I am sure that in one way or another he positively affected the lives of many others in CoH as well. If anyone could be considered to have a beautiful Soul, it was he, which is why in the end, he more than lived up to his name. So from GL, Kitten, Faelyn, Battlestar, Sunfire, Milk Mage, and so many other in the Celestial Warriors, we love him and honor his name. As such, I wish to invite anyone who met and/or knew him (including we in the CW) to please share any pictures of Souls and/or tell your tales in meeting and/or knowing him here in this post. Many a tear was shed, and many a heart broken by his passing, but in the end Souls would want everyone to know that he loved you ALL and would want everyone to smile, laugh, and to care for each other and this game of our, as he did for us. So in Souls memory, and in honor of one of the best of us, we end by saying this... Let this be a loving reminder... That somone is missing today, Someone our hearts still hold on to... As we travel along life's way. Someone who made life so special, For all those who gather here... Someone who won't be forgotten, But cherished from year to year. And now, as we pause to remember, Let us all fondly recall... How dearly each of us loved him, And oh... How he loved us all! Thank you...

Looks good. 🙂 However, as you have used the fur trimmed boots, might I also suggest using the fur trimmed shoulder "magic robe" as well, instead of those shoulder pads? I only mention it due to me being a stickler at times for symmetry lol... 😁

Thank you very, very much for that @biostem. It actually took me a good 45 min's to an hour to get her look "just right", and despite Broadsword not being my favorite power, I find that I really like playing her a lot just from how great she looks alone. lol Thanks' again... 🙂

Ok, here are a couple of new ones that I have recently created (Altitis, your a evil mistress lol)... First up is Elsa-187, a Dual Blades/Willpower Scrapper (the 1st Dual Blades character I have ever made). And I bet you all know what 187 means too... 😉 And second is Fairborn, a remade character from live. A Broadsword/Willpower Scrapper. And bow do I love her look... 😁

First, might I suggest getting Mids asap, and using that to fiddle around and create something you may like build wise. Just pick powers & place slots as if you were doing so in game playing the character and leveling up normally. Here's a fairly good Mids guide to help you along with it. Other than that, if you cannot find a specific Water/Tactical build (either here or elsewhere), might I also suggest you check out Blaster builds that use these two powers specifically. Even if they are used in combination with other powers, piecing together two separate builds that have these powers might be a good starting point for you (generally speaking that is). And @JJDrakken, I am very sorry to hear about your issue with Mids and that you might be done with making builds. However, as you have been doing this for years, I just wanted to say thank you for providing so many builds and help to both new and old players alike (selflessly I might add). Your service shall not be forgotten, ever, so thank you very much. 🙂

Ok, besides other generalized copywriter issues & examples as others have said here, let's just focus on CoH Homecoming (and even other servers such as Thunderspy for example)... Such fan-run servers as you said do NOT own the IP address of the game at all; only NCsoft does, and no company... I repeat, no company who owns such property rights will tolerate any copy written infringement even in "name" only. Such was the case with Disney as @Captain Fabulous mentioned. And because of this, NCsoft (who still owns the rights to CoH's) will allow any such copyright violations in something they still own. Just because they have not shut down Homecoming, Thunderspy, and every other server who has created fan-run blessings for us, doesn't mean they won't in a heartbeat if they suspect we (Homecoming for example) is letting violations happen. So the Dev's, understandably so, enforce this so as to keep the lights on, and we players as a general whole support this. Because let's face it, every day all of us are able to play this game we all love so much, is a huge blessing... and that is why we will do (most) anything to preserve and protect it, including agreeing to the terms of service we all click on when signing into the game. That is the simple fact of it all...

Again, super cool looks & costumes everyone... 🙂 But I guess it's update time again with some of my new characters as well... 😉 * Doctor Psi (Mind/Psionic Dominator): A former Arachnos scientist, who is seeking revenge against them... * Green Peace (Beast/Nature Mastermind): One of my only "petless" MM's (atm), who I play just for "fun's sake" & challenge... * Kame Hame Ha (Energy/Martial Blaster): A character who HATES her silly name, but is a very good hero despite it... * Ms AEther (Sonic/Nature Corruptor): The main toon I have who is nearly constantly is at Speed Hami raids to support & help everyone else in beating the goo... * Ms Grav (Gravity/Force Field Controller): Another of my main toons, whom I use at daily MSR's to help & support everyone there (everyone loves bubbles, right? lol)... * Ogri (Seismic/Stone Sentinel): A 14yo little girl with a super tragic backstory that only survived by having her brain put into a Stone Golem... More to come... 😁

Yay!!! Back to School!!! Now this one is gonna be quite fun methinks (not that any of the others were not lol). And you all know what this means, right? 😉

Yay!!! 🙂 Congrats to one and all who participated in the Rave CC, and to all those who won! By the end, I had over 20 people I had picked out as my choices, but sadly we could only have 5, so I had to cut down a lot sadly. However from what I head, some of the people that came actually went to Pocket D and had a little party of their own. So great job in doing that as well! And again, I look forward to this coming Friday's return Fashion Costume Contest, and I can't wait to hear what the next Theme will be. 😁 P.S: Ohhh, and btw... I actually saw our friendly neighborhood @Snarky show up to the Rave CC, dressed in his Vampire finest; and it wasn't even night out! lol I did happen to send you a in game IM Snarky, but I guess you were way too busy looking at who to nibble on next to reply back to me.
