  1. Thanks. That is a bug. I'll get it fixed for next page.
  2. Can you tell me what your recharge resistance is on each of those characters? I am on holiday, so I don't have access to check it personally, but I wonder if that buff is not set to ignore resistance and your character's slow resistance is weakening your buff. If so, it's a bug, but a simple fix.
  3. and Merry Christmas to you! Thank you for those kind words.
  4. I see what you did there.
  5. A proper fix, although possibly achieved accidentally. Armor powers that do damage do not do critical damage*, this is true for both Scrappers and Stalkers. Stalkers didn't originally have Fiery Aura; this set proliferated to Stalkers after the shutdown. During its proliferation, the developer mistakenly gave it critical hit effects, which went against the Scrapper version, which did not have these. Was this noticed by the developer who did the recent revamp of Burn? It's likely not, as the patch notes would have mentioned it as a bug fix. Most likely, the revamp of Burn was copied to all ATs, replacing the bugged Stalker version unnoticingly. *The lone exception is the recently revamped Brimstone Armor which added a damage proc that incorporates inherents into its damage (Scrappers and Stalkers get critical hits and Brutes get bonus damage for fury levels).
  6. To be certain, can you confirm that you're actually hovering for 1-2 seconds, or it just feels like 1-2 seconds? Looking at the power data, at worst you should only see 0.75s of hover time, as that is the effect duration for the mag 4 fly Evasive Maneuvers provides you. It's possible to reduce the window by reducing the activation period and the effect duration from 0.5s and 0.75s, respectively, to something like 0.2s and 0.25s, respectively. But to make it instantaneous would require a lot of hacky work-arounds (unless there is something simple that I'm currently overlooking).
  7. This appears to be the case. A fix has been made internally and should be available to test whenever Page 7 open beta arrives.
  8. I think the summoning is auto hit
  9. I'm on travel for work, so I can't check with certainty, but my guess is the logs are only generating messages on misses and ignoring hits, to avoid spam basically. Something similar is done for damage aura toggles. I recommend looking at the damage logs to see if fire is doing damage. If so, then you know it's hitting. Also, when looking at logs, use time stamps with seconds. Helps with debugging/troubleshooting
  10. Can't speak for timelines in regards to when Page 7 will go Live, but we're getting close to open beta. Stay tuned.
  11. It doesn't stack from same player. So yes, AoE stealth from Player 2 will add/stack with your stealth. But if you had both stealth and an AoE stealth, you'll only get whatever is strongest.
  12. Player-1 did a lot of the powers work, but the FX and animation of the set were done by a couple of our newer developers.
  13. I tested it earlier on Brainstorm. With the slotting you have, you can expect a 19% chance to proc. I got mine to proc on my 4th attempt of using Single Shot.
  14. What power is it slotted in and how is it slotted?
  15. Is it an extreme knockback, or is it relatively minor? The power (Category Five) uses two knock vector effects. Inside of 8 feet there is a vectored Knockdown, while outside of 8 feet there is a side-knock. There is a chance you are seeing a weakened side-knock, which is why I ask. Edit: I've been so consumed by Storm Blast, I assumed you were talking about Category Five. Apologies, carry-on. As for hurricane, it should be converting its knockback to Knockdown with the KB2KD IO, but you still have the repel effect to contend with.
  16. Try /popmenu freebiesmenu
  17. Thank you for the info, after rereading my comment I had realized my phrasing was slightly ambiguous. I was referring to a straight pull in, that doesn't happen. The pull is with a lot of radial motion, and that's why the knock is set up to somewhat simulate this, with an inward knock and sideways knock. I'm not against the idea of an inverse repel that also includes radial repel, but so far attempts at doing this in a way that looks good hasn't been successful.
  18. Slotting will change in the next build (it didn't make today's update). To answer your question, slot Storm Cell with damage. The enhancements from that slotting are what will pass on to your lightning procs. Same goes for Category Five. Just an early preview of the changes in the works on slotting: Storm Cell: Will be able to slot Damage, EndMod, and KB sets (no longer can slot Slows nor To-Hit debuffs) High Winds proc will become Auto-Hit (this is the proc that does Slow and To-Hit debuffs) Adjustments will be made on its debuff effects Category Five: Will be able to slot Damage and KB sets (no longer can slot Slows nor EndMod) Both Category Five summoned pets will now take KB sets Adjustments will be made on the debuffs and end drain effects. This will remove the newb-trap in slotting. With these changes you can feel confident that all of the enhanced attributes slotted into Storm Cell or Category Five will be passed down appropriately to their respective base summon powers as well as their proc'd Lightning.
  19. I'll help explain, but can you tell me what you meant by "pop storm cells"?
  20. Sure I do. If I can add something thematically and make it look right, I 100% want to do that. But if it can't be done, then sure, it will stay as is.
  21. That could be it too. It might just be too slow in moving. In which case, it's a give and take. Move too fast, cell may go somewhere the player did not intend. Having the cooldown greatly reduced does give an option to recast if needed, while the slow movement is there for flavor. It was mentioned before, treat the storm cell as if it were an immobile pseudopet while knowing it can drift around trying to follow foes or yourself. Also, your accuracy feedback is noted. Please stop repeating it in every post. I have limited time to catch up on feedback, and being spammed with repeated information means I have less time to read others' feedback.
  22. Thanks for the SC feedback. It is my hope that if there are no alive foes to observe, the cell would try to find you. I'd like more testing on this, just to confirm the causes of this behavior.
