  1. Months ago we tried an ALL Mastermind Positron 1. Eight of us, basically representing nearly every Powerset. Ninjas, Mercs, Demons, Robots, Gangers, Zombies! Cold Domination, Thermal Radiation, Radiation Emission, Dark Miasma, Traps, Pain Domination, Kinetics! We flew all the way through, nonstop, no losses . . . until we got to the Dopplegangers. Someone decided to run ahead of the rest of the team, giving the Dopples time to summon all their Henches. I was /Traps, so my Dopple blinded EVERYONE with Seekers. We had 5 members of the team quit over the next several failed attempts, but eventually we three remaining persevered and won. And from that day on, I have not done another all Masterminds Positron 1.
  2. A re-evaluation of which Enhancements count as the Power 10 should probably also take place. That, or make Range practical and useful in some way. Or both.
  3. Shush, you! Bringing a rational explanation instead of calling me out by saying "but the Mu aren't barefoot." I mean, come on! I lobbed that softball straight down the middle (or whatever the baseball idiom is, can't remember).
  4. Cap au Diable was kinda hub'ish during Legacy, due to market, university, and Rikti War Zone. I've not seen anything hub-up on Everlasting, though.
  5. You can't check an existing Passcode, @Mr.Hassenpheffer, but you can make a new one with /sgpasscode WORD Where "WORD" is whatever you want the forward portion of your passcode to be. Once you've returned that command, the game will give you the complete code, amended with your Group's unique ID number for your Shard. ie: Hassen-12345 That complete code is your passcode. I recommend recording it in your Group's Message of the Day for posterity from that point on.
  6. I had a bug recently where someone I was roleplaying with was wearing both baggy pants and a skirt at the same time when viewed from one of my clients, but not when viewed from another during dual-boxing. Twas very strange.
  7. "Someone previously mentioned attaching the Rogue and Villain alignment terms to various contacts based one what they have you do. I wholeheartedly approve of this." Pretty sure that was me. If I didn't say it, I -meant- to say it! I think all missions should probably receive keyword tags, similar to the ones seen in AE. I just think it would help players select missions and arcs which will allow them to appropriately define their character without reading ParagonWiki for full spoilers.
  8. Yeeeeeah . . . okay. Sorry, @Darmian . . . there are some really convincing arguments here. I tried! But, still, my original statement of "Continuity? Timeline? -WHICH- Timeline!? /WHERE/ Continuity?!" kind of applies to the overall issue of disallowing Praetorians in to regular Red and Blue Zones in the first place. While I can't argue Cimerora specifically in good faith any longer, I still think that overall the continuity has broken down far enough at this point to permit them access to anywhere.
  9. Sure, but that's probably a bit much. Let's just use the Power of Imagination to save on Dev time.
  10. I'm no expert, Bent, but I'm pretty sure the point of focusing on Global Recharge is to make "Proc Monsters."
  11. You can have 5 of it, yup. Hell, you could slot MORE, but you won't get more than the 5 bonuses.
  12. Out of how many character costumes?
  13. I'll be honest, I forgot that they were the "twist ending" for that Task Force. Sorry about that. But . . . did we ever establish which type of time travel the City universe operates on? Is it Multiverse Theory? If so, there's an easy answer.
  14. "After all, Praetoria and Primal shared a LOT of common history. It would make sense that their Cimerora would be virtually indistinguishable from the other."
  15. The click-two-glowies-simultaneously thing has, actually, been removed. If you find a mission where it's actually still in place, log it and post it to the forums. NOTE: The mission objectives in the Nav Bar and descriptions haven't been updated, but the actual in-game mechanisms have. Just thought I'd mention that before clearing my head enough to give your suggestion a full readthrough.
  16. I would like to recommend avoiding the gendered honourifics, please. Also, since I'm feeling a bit bad about being the most prolific perpetrator of threadjacking here, I'd also like to offer @Power Extreme a reply that isn't meant to mock or detract from their intended suggestion: https://forums.homecomingservers.com/topic/11011-tank-aggro-cap/ https://forums.homecomingservers.com/topic/9275-can-we-get-rid-of-aggro-cap/ https://forums.homecomingservers.com/topic/1333-remove-aggro-cap/ https://forums.homecomingservers.com/topic/1332-aggro-cap-removal-or-changed/ https://forums.homecomingservers.com/topic/509-aggro-cap-and-patrol-xp/ These threads are all examples of the topic coming up in the past. There are some solid reasons and explanations in them that explain the reason that Aggro Caps were put in place, and some of the negative impact removing them would have. I hope the information is helpful.
  17. I'm not a sir. . . . does this mean I may continue the proscribed beatings?
  18. *beats Rathulfr, repeatably*
  19. Regardless. Night Ward and First Ward too, to a lesser degree. Possibly the other Praetorian Zones too, but the client has never crashed by zoning in to them. It has crashed about one in ten times when I try to go to the Wharf.
  20. Because there are players who want to play as a "Pure Praetorian." I'm not one of them (yet, maybe some day), but I still think it's not a bad idea to cater to diverse character concepts. After all, Praetoria and Primal shared a LOT of common history. It would make sense that their Cimerora would be virtually indistinguishable from the other. Player options are great options!
  21. Praetorians can continue in First Ward and Night Ward, Doc, without having to move to Paragon or the Isles, as I understand it. They can't quite make it to 50 with appropriately-levelled content, but Praetoria -does- extend to 40, at least.
  22. No, Decoy . . . I don't think that's right to use "Luck" again. Duck of the Rambler? Buck of the Rambler? Su- . . . *coughs, staring off in to the middle distance for a moment, then leaves*
  23. Hell, why not? Why even lock Praetorians out of Paragon and the Isles in the first place now that the invasion has come and gone? Continuity? Timeline? -WHICH- Timeline!? /WHERE/ Continuity?!
  24. . . . I read the title of this thread as "Shard Tits" . . . *coughs anxiously* ANYWAY! I used to Shard-jump all the time on Legacy! I started on Victory, moved to Guardian, spent a little time on Liberty and/or maybe Champion? I can't really remember ( https://forums.homecomingservers.com/topic/298-how-about-server-nomads/ ). Mainly since there were so few character slots, and I had SO MANY CHARACTER IDEAS. (nothing's changed: https://forums.homecomingservers.com/topic/10583-vileterrors-roleplay-characters-as-of-2019-09-27/ ) I even tried Virtue time and again, but the roleplay there just never clicked with me. Eventually, though, I pretty migrated permanently to Pinnacle with the introduction of City of Villains (yeah, I did most of my Shard-jumping PRIOR to Issue 6). The roleplay on Redside there was pretty fantastic, all things considered. Virtue may have held the crown for roleplay, but Pinnacle was the scheming roleplay viscount with a blade ready to plunge in to the regent's spine. Nowadays? Everlasting. Like . . . 100%, basically.
