I am leveling a Kin/Nin Scrapper and I currently have 3 level 25 recharge IOs and the Gaussian's Chance For Build Up in Power Siphon. Would less recharge cause it to Proc more? What is the sweet spot? ( I read an excellent guide, thank you, but the Math was beyond me as an abstract equation for all situations.) Thank you if you can help!

Thank you very much! My Ice/Dark Tank is at level 34 and I have not dipped into Leadership yet. I think I will respec and that will take care of the issue! 3 more toggles are going to justify the Energy Absorption and Dark Consumption choices...😉

Do we know if this works on the dead or the living or both? This is important, because one wants as full an effect as possible, and if I can set it off AFTER I have used a lot of END, in a pile of corpses it would be even better.

When I looked at the amount of Defense this power provides, it seemed really small. Would a Defense IO be worth it? I also had a targeting question. The power description uses the word "Bodies." Does this work on the Living, ..Corpses or ..both? Thank you for your hard work and help on the forums. Both of you!

For me, early on it was a primary damage power as well. I slotted 2 Acc, 2 Hold, 2 Dam generic IOs and it helped a great deal.

Confirmed. It takes regular Accuracy IOs

I am not high enough level to check. Can anyone confirm if this power will accept a Basic, Generic, Accuracy IO? Does it help?

Can someone else with with Gaussian in Tactics confirm for me that they see a purple crackle effect on their pets and team mates when the proc fist icon appears in their personal buffs? I swear it is happening for me, but I don't want to spread misinformation if the visual I am seeing is being produced by something else. Summon all your pets and just sit and watch for 30 seconds or so. It looks like purple electricity crackling on affected allies and the fist icon shows up simultaneously in my buff bar. I will try to get a screenshot this weekend, so if it is something else, some one can tell me!

I have it in Tactical Training: Leadership, a toggle on a Crab Spider, and when it Procs there is a visible pink purple glow on my pets and a crackle noise. (I think!)
