Is this a known bug? Noticed it for the first time this week.

I have been tackling my altitis by focusing on one character a month and getting as far as I can with it. Incarnates, badges, etc.... Also tackling my base at least one day a week Currently on a Shield/Elec Stalker, and it has been a delight. Two Charge in powers WITH Combat Teleport? Everywhere all at Once kinda fighting lol I still make alts ... not cured by a long shot. Will take a break when @Troo puts out his ummm *checks notes ...
