I find SG Bases central to my game play. I no longer use the LRT unless necessary. I find travel thru the SG base faster. You access three ways the port you can buy the portal you can buy the day badge portal I focus on a small footprint with limited storage. Vault storage is nice because you can access it thru your salvage tab. Especially nice if you are using a portable workbench or crafting at a university. I will often pass on the hospital tp and use my bases med pad. It allows me to regen and restock safely inspirations. Trainers, quartermaster, icon tailor ....etc... are in my base and my go-to. (Always Lady Liberty for lvl 50) Buff pads are a nice asset as well. Bases don't get the spotlight like Farming or Marketeering but are vital to my gameplay. My gameplay. I tried being just ranged on a blaster for a while, but nope. I do recommend considering Combat Teleport to get in and out of the fray. I have it for a DP/Ninja blaster and it is pretty fun. also, it gives a to hit boost and allows you to slot the perception proc which is nice. At the moment I don't have flight(outside of a jetpack) and miss it. Flight for the sorcery pool is the other option to give tp.

on a rock in the Shadow Shard ... try and find me. or a nice abandoned warehouse in Echo: Dark Astoria or Deep in the Abandoned sewers.

To be honest .it probably wasn't my PUG I joined a Psi 1 +1 and we pretty much rolled through. The mission where you fight your doppelgänger is a true test of how good a team is. We rescued the heroes no problem. Cleared the sides. Survived the incoming from behind. Cleared inside. Most of the team wiped fighting our copy....all of a sudden BAM 4 of us down ...lol

Not alone at all. I have raised a similar question in the past. How does the drop algorithm work? I run similar content across all my characters. Two stood out as I ran them to 50. One was teeming with recipes. Lots of common and uncommon recipes(sets). Two rare recipes(purple sets) a week The other, having run the same content and at 50 too, had two recipes(sets). Two. Total. I have a farming-type character. Consistently got one to two purple drops run. This is not farm bashing, so don't. Also, my characters are consistently naught ... hmmmmm

I agree with @Rudra Because of the to-hit boost on CT I see these as two distinct powers
