  1. Mine is /bio and it's the one I'd recommend you. Besides that, DA will also do fine, note that on stalkers, DA is not as end heavy as in other ATs because it has 2 less toggles. Shield would probably do fine too but I find it less "stalkerish" plus bear in mind that Shield charge is a pseudo-pet so it won't crit, it won't break your "Hidden" status either so your next attack will crit if you are fast (you'll be "Hidden" but mobs will attack you so you need to attack before being hit). And yes, survivability is similar or same as a scrapper.
  2. Musculature. Elec being one of the lowest dmg blaster sets does not mean it does not deal good dmg. In any case, I am planning to get musc on mine anyway so can't suggest you otherwise
  3. Ah that's the crux of Dominators, you either get Hasten or aim for +rchg. I don't like being forced to take Hasten and I like the build but truth to be said, Hasten gives me more freedom to proc attacks, especailly AoE onesso kinda torn here

  7. Hello and apologies if this has been previously asked, i couldn't find anything but I admit my search-fu is not the best. On the subject of procs and ppm, I was wondering, if a proc labelled as "4 ppm" and "58.3% chance hit or miss against critters", does it mean it will check for a 58.3% chance to proc every 15 seconds? It is a bit confusing since apparently, proccing pseudo-pets is not optimal due to the chance to proc checking every 10 seconds so I am sure I am missing something because these do not add up. Also, can anyone please point me to the spreadsheet that cathegorizes all procs by chance to proc? I see Perfect Zinger's ps dmg proc has a 20% chance to hit or miss against critters in Mid's but not sure Mid's is updated to such depth of detail. In the meantime, I keep checking the guides section to see if I find anything regarding this subject but so far, no luck. Thanks in advance for your help.
  8. Hmmm, the cheapest one I can cook would be something like this. Kinetic Combat are not cheap but you can get Acc/Dmg recipes for 20 merits and then use enhancement converters to get the whole set. I would certainly not get rid of Oppressive Gloom since all you need to make it work is a cheap HO. To avoid turning OG and CoF on and off whenever you want to herd or pack up mobs a bit is hide behind something and cast Darkest Night to make the whole grp come to my spot. I did not include Hasten because I never take it on DA chars for concept reasons. With Vigor Alpha, any possible endurance and accuracy issues are solved since I don't see the need of going for Cardiac with current resistencies. I've personally found on my DA/DM tank that KB prot Mag 8 is enough but if you think it's not enough, can easily add a third KB Prot IO replacing the LotG Def/End/Rchg in Weave.   9. I think this could work and should be cheap enough, or at least not too expensive. Besides inf, you'll need to put together a as many reward merits as you can to get enhancements / recipes.   10. Glimpse of the Abyss dmg proc + Clouded senses dmg proc + Armageddon dmg proc + Armageddon Acc/Rchg (or Acc/dmg/rchg) + Eradication dmg proc + Obliteration dmg proc. And yes, Soul Mastery is a Patron Pool so you'd have to run patron arc from lvl 35 onwards
  11. Hmmm, this is probably how I'd do a Dm/Fire Scrapper. Tried going the Tenebrous tentacles route but the build didn't feel right so went Soul Mastery instead. This is not a lvling build, it is a lvl 50 build. The slotting for Touch of Fear would be the two procs in place and the other 4 enhancements woule be the ones hidden in Soul Drain's alternative slotting (I don't think Mid's has a full update for I27 changes). Still, I prefer this on a Brute since their Burn does not have a Fear component. On a scrapper, probably MA/Fire or Psi/Fire because of the AoE KD that would keep foes in Burn would go better, I am great fan of Dark Melee but on Scrapper I don't see it going with Fiery Aura as well as it goes on a Brute. Anyway, should be a fun scrapper with good AoE and steady ST chain (Moonbeam will fill the gaps since there is not good enough recharge for MG - Smite - SL - Smite). Also, choosing Agility or Spiritual Alpha will affect the procs so I'd go for Musculature Alpha instead.   12. OK, for enervating field, just a couple end reduction IO's should do. For Lingering Radiation, I usally slot 1 x acc IO + 2 / 3 x Rchg IO's and for Radiation Infection, just two Enzyme Exposure HO's will do the trick at lvl 47 and while lvling, I just use a couple endrdx IO's. These powers are powerful enough to work with just a few slots so I'd use them somewhere else.
  13. To be honest you don't need either Dark Consumption or Consume and for AoE, you missed Touch of Fear which now is a decent AoE. All in all, DM strengths are two, one its solid ST attack chain and second, all of its utilities, it's like a Swiss kinfe set. Without ST, you will have trouble dealing with bosses and dealing with bosses is scrapper specialty. Also, bsides resistance, you will need to crank up defenses. See, 75% cap resistance is not optimal even if you could 75% all resistances which you will not be able to. Also, although usually Soul mastery would be ideal to get for teh Snipe plus Shadow Meld, I'd probably go Dark Mastery and use Tenebrous Tentacles to immobilize foes because Burn on scrappers scatters all the foes making them running away in fear. I don't have Mid's available right now but I am sure ppl can help you with builds if so require, will try making one up as soon as I have access to Mid's.
  14. What are you trying to achieve? Smite is totally underslotted and it's basic in your ST attack chain, as well as your heaviest hitting attack, Midnight Grasp which you did not take. Tactics is a toggle that it's supposed to be always on so a rchg IO on it is simply useless. What is the point of 6 slotting Dark Consumption AND Consume (or even taking both). Also, Temperature Protection 6 slotted? and those are just for starters, CJ is underslotted, your ancillary pool as it stands is pretty much useless because with current slotting it brings nothing to the table and, well, lots more things but those would be main points to be addressed. Honestly, I don't think you know what are you really doing. Please do not take this as a dig at you, it's perfectly normal, we've all been there at some stage but that build can and should be improved greatly because as it stands, it is pretty much awful. Again, sorry if I sound too blunt, English is not my native language and I am not trying to be mean or nasty, I am calling things as I see them.
  15. Do you use procs in your attacks? If so, Agility and Spiritual will affect your procs. Musculature is the way to go.
  16. One of my first 50s is a grav/martial. It's really fun to play, although number wise might not be the best combo but I certainly find it fun to play
  17. Afraid mine is not designed around soloing harder content but at some stage will have to review him around soloing since fast paced gameplay at high lvls makes crowd control kinda meaningless. All in all, perma fade should give you plenty of survivability while you should use procs to boost your dmg for harder content
  18. I have Dark/Dark and Dark/Storm and both are awesome. Used to have a Dark/Time but it's too clicky on self buffs for my taste so deleted him. Not sure which combo you finally went for though, let me know if you want me to post any of the builds.
  19. I doubt you will have that much time on iTrials to pack them because of the speed ppl move on them, maybe on some TFs. I personally use Darkest Night from Soul Mastery to herd but mainly when soloing or playing with certain friends that allow me herding, otherwise, nowadays is very complicated, especially at high lvls and even harder to do on iTrials.
  20. The psi hole will always be there, the main advice I would give you is active mitigation, probably something along the lines of Energy Torrent. Personally, when on a /Fire Brute, I aim for S/L def cap, although 30% is good, I find S/L def cap gets me out of most trouble, healing flames and active mitigation from primary do the rest.
  21. All of them (except maybe Regen). On a Brute, I am partial to DM/Fire because Burn is so much better on Brutes than Scrappers, for the rest, I prefer the combo on Scrappers but either will work fine on Brutes (except maybe Regen).
