My dark/martial blaster got great at melee after getting Burst of Speed and Reaction Time. Other primaries could work just as good maybe Sonic.

Just got done with a couple PUG'S this morning and it was great. +4/+8 groups that did at least a dozen missions with barely a hiccup. Not going to put anyone on blast, but if you had a good time from 8a-11a est that was fun.

I feel like my ui is so minimalist compared to some I've seen, makes me think i'm missing something.

The Wailers, those amphibian freakshows on steroids, they don't quit. I hate fighting them and I bet you do too, that's why I want to be one. Let me lay by the beach and not have anyone bother me.

I had fun with my SJ/SR stalker. Runners are definitely a problem when hidden, can turn off hide, but then you're just a scrapper without crit. Any reason you are choosing between martial and street justice, lot of good sets to choose from.

In Pocket D on the villain side is a panel van, the van is unimportant, but on top of the van is Null the gull he can do some amazing things for you and he doesn't charge a dime.

I can neither confirm or deny that tequila had anything to do with this build. Sonic/beam defender more debuff than 1 toon needs. I was lvl 10 before I noticed that I don't get a heal or rez and the range on beam is longer than my sentinels. Every time I yellow ring arcane bolt, I smile because something is going down. I'm still feeling my way with group dynamics. What powers should I avoid, at lvl 16 my slotting is still SOs and have no idea what IO sets I should be looking at, so any advice is appreciated.

My second fifty is a sonic/pain corrupter. Early on I used 3 heals rather often, aoe,st, and soothing aura. Endgame soothing aura is usually enough,I just keep the other 2 for emergencies. I got good use out of enforced morale,painbringer,and world of pain. I used share pain for a moment,I'm a blaster at heart and I'm not good at keeping an eye on my healthbar let alone others, so it had to go.

I have one concept lore pet, demons, that worked well with a look. Thankfully demons do good single target damage. All my other toons I pick randomly and no two are the same pick. Knives, Tsoo, Warworks, Longbow, got a few 50s that i haven't picked for yet.

I was wasting time on my dark/martial blaster yesterday when a friend started recruiting for a LRSF that wasn't a speed run. I join up with a couple defenders, a stalker, a corrupter, a scrapper, and a controller. Yeah, very interesting team, but nothing ventured, nothing gained and i'm not looking for anything. Long story short, I end up tanking BSB and Manticore plus stay on the frontline for all the other hero fights. Last mission Numina decides to make it her personal task to keep me dead. Team wipes twice before we complete at which point the scrapper says, "Blasters belong in the back." I clench my teeth, quit the sf, but here we are 12 hours later and I still here their words. I thought CoX had moved past this kind of talk. *plink, plink*

This isn't for me as mastermind's are beyond my abilities. Puppies and kittens would make great pets maybe a comedic animal control officer as Lt.

56 at the typing of this post. Been playing since before enhancement diversification ✊. Went away just before shutdown, been back almost 2 years. I remember when Happy Days was a short skit on Love American Style.

Long time ago a bot pushed me into a mob trying to save itself. Since then I've hated robots and while I will team with a bot mm, I won't get in front of them. Plus the screams and howls from demons is just wrong on so many levels.

I was mildly curious until all the controversy that put me off. I'm glad it is doing well in the ratings so we might get more shows like it, because I'm struggling watching the rest of the Berlantiverse. No new shows, Flash needs to end, Supergirl and Batwoman ending, Stargirl might be biting off more than suspension of disbelief can allow facing The Shade.

I really liked this show. Was close without being exactly like the book, but unfortunately HBO cancelled it after the major players cleared a space on their calendars to make season 2.

I think I can touch on all your issues and tell you the truth and maybe give you some reassurances. I tried a psy melee scrapper and every time I thought I was close to getting somewhere, I'd have to fight a bunch of robots and that didn't go well at all. I finally gave up and vowed never to try psy melee again. My beam/rad sent is very fun to play in groups, not so much solo. Don't get hung up on the numbers blasters put up, it'll make you question yourself. Your mates will notice you and your efforts not because of your damage numbers, but how your -dmgres makes their numbers higher. Animation times for kinetic melee used to be longer than they are now if you can imagine. I love the aoe crits more than single target. KM is very good on end. I paired it with /regen on a scrapper and I was even able to add a couple ranged attacks so i'm not always chasing.

I only have a couple toons with it and it doesn't always hit the few times I remember it is there, but the animation and effect of Soul Storm is my favorite.

Yeah I do, makes the mistakes smoother. If I click an aoe instead of a single target, a sip makes that smaller. Blaster hits a nuke same time as my taunt, swallow gives the swarm time to get to them.

I have a db/elec brute that is a lot of fun to play. Teammates have stopped doing their job just to watch me during a fight. Trick is not to pick a lot of db powers. At level 50 I have 6. I think the sweep and attack vitals combos

Pick 1 or 2 targets out of every group to deal with then move on to the next group. Hard head makes for a soft ass, let the ranged deal with their own mess. They'll either learn to coexist or they won't.

Piece of cake, villain lite like I am, I sacrifice another gem holder to get the Soul stone. Armed with 2, I now go on a quest to collect the others. Not to use just to keep ahold of so nobody else can do something I don't want to happen.

Odds are high this gets picked up with Supergirl and Black Lightning ending and Legends of Tomorrow & The Flash getting long in the tooth. I also liked this episode, hope it doesn't get as dramatically heavy as Black Lightning.
