Pretty much. The majority of the disabled parking spaces where I currently live are the same size as regular spaces with the symbol slapped on the asphalt.

This has me wondering, can you create Incarnate-level mission in AE? Not trying to push players to AE for a more difficult Recluse, but I think it's a good proving ground for in-canon arcs that perhaps the devs could use to translate into a full-fleshed mission arc/TF/SF. Although I think allowing for an Incarnate-level option in TFs/SFs would be the better path.

Really? So HOW did people manage it back when it was brand new? I think IOs were also brand new back then, so no way was anywhere near as tricked out as they are now. Oh that's right..you planned a team for it, since it was one of the toughest things in game. Oh right... kinda like I said. And to reiterate, the game already has mechanics that can change the difficulty for teams who want more of a challenge, without affecting it for players that still find it plenty challenging as is.

1 is near Mirror Spirit, under the I-beams in front of the store under construction in the corner. The other I think is the one in the Freakshow village to the west of the damn, on top of a tower at the entrance. If you have the most recent Vidiot Maps, it should show them all correctly.

@CEVAR That's exactly what it looks like you have the experimental Cell Shading turned on. That's what usually gives it that comic book, outlined look. Since you say the setting is off, have you tried turning it ON, relaunching, then OFF again?

This is where AE comes in handy as a test bed for upscaled mobs. Player-created missions/arcs with custom mobs based on in-game groups. I've created custom mobs for RP mission arc back on Legacy, it is time-consuming and not as simple as it sounds, and that was for enemies that weren't based on in-game groups. -

How about we leave Recluse and the STF the way it is so players without kited-out builds can still use strategy to defeat it. Instead why not enable Ouroboros flashback settings to SFs/TFs and what the hell, missions too. That way those who feel like they are no longer being challenged, can nerf themselves, buff the enemies, set timers, etc.

Because players were continuing to enforce the rules that were on Legacy, and the ones that got gen'd came onto the forums to complain about it, leading to the HC devs to spell it out in the CoC.

I think you have that backwards. A few people lost their shit over having their IP-infringing, rules-breaking costume genericed, came to the forums to complain about it and were then educated by other players as to why they got gen'd, that it's not going to change, and for the most part is supported by the players, This is not a case of "It's easier to ask forgiveness than to ask for permission", this is a case of "Why poke a stick in a hornet's nest when it's incredibly easy to avoid it."

There's a bind and/or a macro down in this Guides thread... None of which worked for me, until another forumite posted the solution. Which was a macro that allowed me to toggle between 2 costumes using the same animation. /macro CCE "cce 1 cclightning$$cce 0 cclightning" 0 and 1 being the 1st and 2nd costume swaps and cclightning being the animation. -

If I were, say a writer or artist then I would certainly be thankful of the HC dev team for doing their part to protect my IP if some player were using it in-game without my express authorization. Same goes for the players that take the time to report said offenders. Back on Legacy Jim Butcher used to play his own character Harry Dresden and got reported and gen'd on several occasions. I'm sure he found it slightly annoying to have to get the issue cleared up with the GMs at the time, but I bet he was also glad that other players cared enough to report the usage as well. Regarding gen'd characters that were in violation of the stated rules...
