Did you look under Full Masks? It's the next option below Standard. The three obvious ones are Sightless, Mask Full 1, and Ninja. Not sure if these are what you were looking for.

I sent in a request to the mods since the OP hasn't been around for a while. No change yet.

Other than using the SuppressCloseFx @Vulpoid the only thing you can do to minimize the vfx is to use Bright Colourization option and the far left column.

Regarding altitis... on Legacy I had 121 characters and 14 level 50's, I've not been so prolific on HC (yet) with about 30 characters and 3 level 50's. Granted, it's only been a year. 😄

If you've silenced any other sfx then they may share the same one, I've not looked into Incarnate abilities sfx and there's nothing obvious when I do a search, so the buffs may use a sfx from another buff power or it may not have any sfx attached to it. I rolled one up on Beta and the T4 had an activation sfx and one for the first 'tic' of the toggle. It's likely affected by the toggle power sfx fade so it doesn't play anything beyond that. The activation has a metallicy, teleport-ish sound that I've heard elsewhere, just not sure where. the first tic on the toggle though I've not heard before. So Powers\Hybrid_Melee.ogg removed a small portion of the activation and the tic sfx, still trying to hunt down the activation sfx though.

I tried as well and was unable to change it. I was trying to hunt down a thread where adjusting the powers bars separately was mentioned hoping it would help, but have been unable to find it again.

When it comes to base builders, everything is cosmetic. 😄 I recall back in Legacy spending tens of millions of INF to convert to prestige to buy everything that would allow me to build the AI Central Core, including the power and control that was required, even though I was using it for purely aesthetic reasons to build a containment room for an RP session. I never want to go back to grinding just to build. The HC Devs have done some pretty amazing things, especially with the base code which was spaghetti code to the nth-degree and easily broken. Anyone recall the defensive items firing on anyone that entered the base? Perhaps the HC Devs can work more magic and make Prestige a toggle for SGs who want it.

I think it may max out at 1.99 Even 1.50 increases the window sizes considerably.

Same here. Putting all that effort into creating a build for a character seems like work to me and not fun at all. I've looked at other's builds that are posted if they mach my set combination but more often than not they will have Pool powers selected for what they can slot in them and it's not always a simple thing to swap out what works for my character vs what they've chosen.

If the Devs chould take the Prestige mechanic and make it build Prestige for the folks that feel it's important to be on a Leaderboard, while making bases still cost nothing, I have no issue with that. I think it's a safe bet that the 'creative base-builder' types outnumber the 'must be on top' types and recalling the old days of Legacy grinding for prestige just to afford items to create and apartment, E.R. kitchen, bar, bedroom, garden, dungeon, containment room, etc along with the power and control to run everything, plus rent on top of that. Yeah, firmly put me in the NO column for turning prestige back on for everyone.

The HC devs don't seem so fastidious about necro'ing threads. I find multiple threads discussing the exact same thing more annoying than raising from the dust an old discussion. <shrug>

You don't even have to go indoors, you can duck under overpasses, buildings with large overhangs, etc. You just have to be 'under cover' not necessarily indoors.

Just ran into the same issue with Warrant's mission. Thanks for the workaround @VortexMaster but I went ahead and used the auto-complete. 🙂

My latest alt... Midnight Rasp Savage/Dark Brute Siduri hadn't even been born when Emperor Cole had won the war against Hamidon, but she had heard plenty about it from her parents who had fought alongside many other soldiers. But did they get the recognition they deserved for fighting Hamidon and its minions? No. They were cast aside, forgotten. No special titles, no thanks. no rewards for the lives spent and blood spilled. So they returned to Cole's new city willing to destroy anything and anyone to get the recognition they deserved. That was the world Siduri had grown up in, but she was fed up with fighting with every other mob in Praetoria and getting their backsides handed to them. So even though she has sliced n diced her way through The Gauntlet to claim her rank among the Destroyers, she knew it would never be enough. So in a deal with Neuron, she delivered her entire crew as test subjects in exchange for getting herself jacked with super powers all her own.

What's with the living food in commercials? I'm talking about things like Hershey Kisses, Frosted Mini-Wheats, vitamins, cereals, snacks, etc. Does anyone else imagine tiny, little screams when these foods get eaten in the commercials? And Mr. Peanut is the worst, selling out his own kind.
