If the Devs chould take the Prestige mechanic and make it build Prestige for the folks that feel it's important to be on a Leaderboard, while making bases still cost nothing, I have no issue with that. I think it's a safe bet that the 'creative base-builder' types outnumber the 'must be on top' types and recalling the old days of Legacy grinding for prestige just to afford items to create and apartment, E.R. kitchen, bar, bedroom, garden, dungeon, containment room, etc along with the power and control to run everything, plus rent on top of that. Yeah, firmly put me in the NO column for turning prestige back on for everyone.

The HC devs don't seem so fastidious about necro'ing threads. I find multiple threads discussing the exact same thing more annoying than raising from the dust an old discussion. <shrug>

You don't even have to go indoors, you can duck under overpasses, buildings with large overhangs, etc. You just have to be 'under cover' not necessarily indoors.

Just ran into the same issue with Warrant's mission. Thanks for the workaround @VortexMaster but I went ahead and used the auto-complete. 🙂

My latest alt... Midnight Rasp Savage/Dark Brute Siduri hadn't even been born when Emperor Cole had won the war against Hamidon, but she had heard plenty about it from her parents who had fought alongside many other soldiers. But did they get the recognition they deserved for fighting Hamidon and its minions? No. They were cast aside, forgotten. No special titles, no thanks. no rewards for the lives spent and blood spilled. So they returned to Cole's new city willing to destroy anything and anyone to get the recognition they deserved. That was the world Siduri had grown up in, but she was fed up with fighting with every other mob in Praetoria and getting their backsides handed to them. So even though she has sliced n diced her way through The Gauntlet to claim her rank among the Destroyers, she knew it would never be enough. So in a deal with Neuron, she delivered her entire crew as test subjects in exchange for getting herself jacked with super powers all her own.

What's with the living food in commercials? I'm talking about things like Hershey Kisses, Frosted Mini-Wheats, vitamins, cereals, snacks, etc. Does anyone else imagine tiny, little screams when these foods get eaten in the commercials? And Mr. Peanut is the worst, selling out his own kind.

Well, if I recall correctly bases, like missions are instances so if it's not in use it goes into Hammerspace. There are probably more players that use them as storage and transfer points than those that spend countless hours base-building.

I would like to see Stances available as alternate Fly animation, for instance Lotus and Villain Stance 2 come to mind.

Ah, that it the Praetorian summon teleport sound. Probably make it easier to locate.

I just rolled a character on Beta and other than their summon sfx, I'm not hearing anything, so they likely use something else that I've already silenced. These are the obvious ones from my own list of silenced sfx. If you can edit your base, you can use the /sg_music <filename> command to test them and see if they match what you're hearing with your Necro's.

I never noticed them having a sfx, could be they use the same ones as the Base portal or one or more sfx on the PI Portals. All of which I have silenced. They should all be listed. They seem to be very tech-y sounding. Unfortunately none of the obvious "portal" sounds seem to match so it'll take some digging through a lot of folder and a lot of loops to identify. I've actually been trying to hunt down Necro sfx for a while now, unfortunately so far no luck. 😞

Not that I'm aware of but just so you know, previous requests may get buried before they get seen and acted upon.

At L10 I considered it a point of pride hoofing it to collectt all the exploration badges in The Hollows, back before the inherents were inherent and we had to be L14 to get a travel power. Especially that one in the SE corner.

I always park new characters (and old) with day jobs in mind. Even character's I'm not currently playing/taking a break from I'll log into just to move jay jobs.

I wish we could hear the sfx for powers in the CC.
