I agree! When they cast Harrison Ford I was not happy with it. I've felt he's phoned in a lot of his recent roles and this looks like another role he just wouldn't care about. Not to mention HE'S OLD!

And he may have been snapped and never got to finish his time as President due to it.

I'm going to suggest Bio Armor. Once built up, you're going to feel tough and you'll also have ways to help your team with Bio's offensive abilities. My Bio/Spines feels so tough, it's great 🙂

I was wondering if Shoal getting a -Regen component would make it more useful, but then I hadn't thought, maybe I might not feel it as useful on Defender, but MM would be a different beast and possibly Controllers, so may be more useful for them? Of course, maybe it's useful for Defenders, but I honestly don't think it is as much except for maybe proc bomb.

The Frenzy Proc is only 6s, I was thinking it was more a matter of being a nice extra than gotta keep it going. Also, Whitecap has the -Resist you're going to want. Which is why I was thinking skipping Shoal, with only thinking that it's -Defense able to slot a -Resist Proc I plan to try Marine/Water to see if I want to replace my Cold/Water when it goes live. Water is pretty much range, but feel I'm going to want Whitecap for that -Resist.

I was wondering if I was going to want to keep Shoal Rush on a live build.

I went Water/Cold, but Water/Marine will be an option soon.

Okay, with the longer duration of Barrier Reef, liking it. Wondering if Toroidal Bubble can get the same duration? Not sure about the t9 if it needs it, but then it would seem to be a less used power ? Maybe it's meant to be used before big targets/groups rather than constant? That said, would still be nice for Toroidal Bubble . At least for the resists.

I feel the difference is that Regen feels like it needs to go MORE outside the box.

It's not like Dark Miasma or Time or Radiation and others have mez protection, so I'm not sure why people think that it needs it. Not that it wouldn't be nice. I still go back to think Wellspring should be a toggle with better Defense (as it's a quick clickie power that stacks).

Making a profit at the box office and being popular are two different things. If the movie makes 800 million. I'd still consider it a popular movie. It would however still be a bomb with a budget of 400-450 million. Like I said, I don't expect it to make a profit. Whether or not it becomes a popular movie is another question.

Oh, I would never bank on a MCU movie making a billion dollars. It's a billion dollar franchise, but most of those movies haven't made that much. Which is why they need to cut back on some of those budgets (without skimping on CGI). I also don't think this Cap will be the 11th out of them all to make over a billion. That said, is that why the reshoots?! Yes. Really. What were they thinking?

I'll usually use threads for the first Alpha Slot. Emp Merits transferred from another character or the 120 you get with a level after 50. Again, threads and incarnate salvage for t2 Alpha. Shards and Notice of the well for t3. Then for second t1, shards, then threads again for t2, then shards and notice for t3. t4 will depend on lots of factors, but I can do it with 2 notices and shards, I will.

He wasn't wearing one as the Falcon, so I'm guessing that's why no helmet as Captain America.

Did a little checking out... Interesting on Shifting Tides. Looks like if placed on an ally it stays going, but I can also just place it on an enemy. Just can't place it on self. Wellspring only gives 5% Defense (unlsotted) on Defender and it's a click that appears to stack. Can this just be turned into a Toggle the likes of Force Field Generator? Whitecap I love, however, as it puts you into melee with everything, it would be nice to have the defense to not get killed with it. Brine...hmmm...looks like it's -Resist can stay perma on a target with slotting so not so bad imo. Soothing Wave didn't look to aggro, is that supposed to be that way, when it does -DMG to enemies? Interesting on healing others. That cone can miss teammates standing right next to you. Honestly trying to decide if I should reroll my Cold/Water to Marine/Water or leave Cold/

Does Captain America need one? Walker looked terrible with one imo. Rogers did not. Or are you talking Wilson? Yeah, he lacked one in the miniseries, wonder if he'll have one in this one. Or are they just avoiding it, because he'd take it off to much?
