If the idea is that you don't want it tied to Power Siphon because Stalkers don't get Power Siphon, they could still do something a bit similar. It'd last longer on non Stalkers, due to Power Siphon, but... Click Power Siphon/Build Up. For every stack of Power Siphon the Kinetic Melee attacks do a level of -Regen/-HP. Stalker version would give one buff of it, but thew others can build up to 5 stacks to lay down the debuff.

I'm trying to recall if it did any draining effect or if it was just flavor text for the power. If it did imbue your attacks with some sort of debuff, I don't recall it. However, it giving your attacks a Proc of -Regen or -HP or -Resist to feel like a Siphon ability could be a way to go too, besides just a +DMG and +ToHit Power.

First the original thoughts that I still believe need to be done for the set... Focused Burst ... Needs to be taken to Total Focus level of damage. It's a limited range blast on a melee AT. It's likely to be used in melee more than just as a strictly range attack. So up the damage! Maybe give it a hold aspect as well! Make this an attack worth taking for everyone! Repulsing Torrent ... I think if it did more damage it might get taken more often, as more damage may make up for those who feel it needs a KB to KD IO in it. However, this is the least worry imo. Still useable as a defense power for those mobs that can actually be knocked around. HOWEVER this post is really about a thought I had for Power Siphon. Give it a PBAOE damage effect! This is a 2.112 second animation. That's 2.112 seconds of no damage! Build Ups are usually 1.32 seconds. Not to mention it always felt a little like a Blinding Feint and Follow Up style ability. So, a little damage in there as you cast it, to keep the dps going. Not saying make it Burst level of damage, but it's something to help the Scrappers/Tankers/Brutes with Kinetic Melee.

Eternals had it's artsy stuff and it's everyone has wanted to beat up the white straight male character all their lives, for no known reason, before they ever knew he was sticking to the plan. Lots going on with that movie. Thunderbolts looks to be CA: tWS with a bit bigger cast perhaps. We'll have to wait and see.

No doubt there, but I do think a good movie will bring in the people. GotG were nobodies and did great in theaters. Eternals had lots of issues, it did not. Though, going by your own comment, Winter Soldier is Bucky, so wouldn't he be an original character, since he was Captain America's sidekick?

To be fair, nothing usually does and X-Men and Avengers are usually under things like Spider-Man (Peter Parker...as honestly Miles doesn't sell that well except on issue ones) and Avenger's are usually under X-Men. If I recall correctly, even when Marvel was trying to kill the X-Men franchise because FOX owned the movie rights, they couldn't even do that. Also, Avenger's whole original gimmick was taking B, C and D listers and teaming them up.

I thought both the Captain America and the Thunderbolts trailers looked like fun movies.

Though bad press can hurt a fun movie. The Marvels was a fun movie. I'd say bad press on the part of it's lead didn't help it.

Movie may allow us to see the awesome Moon Knight a bit more, but I hate to lose out on a second season.

As I work on the Praetorian Challenge, I never did the Loyalist Power arcs, as I was skipping them as my first thought was staying Resistance the whole time. Now, if I had thought about it staying Praetorian for the whole time, I'd have done the arcs, but since I didn't, it would be nice to be able to go back and get them. So how about access to Ouroboros for Praetorians? They'd still be limited in what they'd be able to access, but could go back and replay those Praetorian arcs that were missed.

I didn't realize a Praetorian could do Incarnate trials! 😮

Ooooh...will have to do that for the next praetorian I make, seeing as how I was going to skip most of the loyalist side of things to see if I can get more NPCs to show up on the switch side mission.

Wow. Are you able to get to Night Ward and First Ward without choosing Red or Blue side? Or did you just run paper missions the whole time?

I've done it with Stalkers, Brutes, Tankers, Scrappers, Sentinels, Corruptor and Defender. I do prefer the melee defense sets to be honest, for soloing the Praetorian stories.

You should still go for Attack Vitals. Empowered when exempt below using Attack Vitals which you use below the more optimum BF > AS > SS > RoF (or Snipe) > Repeat

That high of a budget does work against being a hit and helps it be considered a flop. I enjoyed Yelena but I will say, I felt they had her whooping Hawkeye a little to much and I wasn't feeling he was pulling punches. And yeah, I thought that a bad example. But I hated Birds of Prey and didn't think either Suicide Squad was all that. Still watched them! And they did give us the much more fun Peacemaker.

I would never want to see Dual Pistols animations change. I like them as is!

KD can give you that breathing room you need to survive just long enough to heal up. Some enemies may not knock down as well as others tho.

I know what the OP is talking about, however, I don't know what missions allow it specifically. Some, as the star holder, I can call up the contact for the next mission, and it will auto kick people out of the current, completed mission. Other times, I have to wait till everyone is out of the mission to make the call (last ones in Synapse have this for sure).
