At 25 million, I agree. At 10 million, I am all aboard, even if two of the 20 that I have bought so far were almost duds (3 Catalysts + merits made up the difference on one of those and at least 10 packs have had double Winter IOs).

Just to be clear, we really shouldn’t be using soloing AVs as a damage benchmark for Tankers (or any other AT, for that matter).

Everyone always brings up the damage aspect of these changes and barely looks at the rest of it. In this period of downtime between patches, perhaps we can convince the Captain to give us a current list of the Tanker changes for the newcomers.

While I hate to do this, I have no choice but to do so. You might want to use a different example. Yes, your daughter can physically keep up with the boys in the pre-SO game. I hope that you understand that this is 99.9% unlikely to ever be the case once she hits SO+ range.

I spent eight years dealing with all of the Rage changes, I just didn’t feel like changing sets. This time around, I haven’t touched that set because I’m sick of bothering with everything associated with that power as it currently is implemented. Give me a yell when an actual Super Strength rebalance comes along; I’ll be over at the Street Justice condominium until then. Funny thing is, Captain Powerhouse has it right the first time with his very first non-stacking iteration that never made it to test. Too bad, because that might have given me enough Stack Junkie tears to finally create my Immortality Elixer.

So we can have the “Brute/Scrapper Conundrum” thread in a few months? That should be quite entertaining to read.

Nearly all of the Tankers from Champion lie there, awaiting the Call. In this reality, Myrmidon learned how to unlock her magic in a different way. Also, this reality’s champion blurs the lines of what is acceptable in the fight against Darkness.

On the last day, I said my goodbyes, moved to the statue of M1 in Galaxy City and logged off of my Tanker main for the last time. I’ve watched on Titan Network over the years, but really always expected to be trying some form of successor. I had heard rumors of the game over the years and, to be honest, I don’t know if I would have played that long term without my old friends. Funny enough, when I came here, they found me. And yes, November 2012 was the last time that I logged into Myrmydon the Tanker, because, now it is Myrmidon the Brute.

While they are cheap, I am going to pick up many of them for my own use.

Mine is WP/StJ and I absolutely LOVE that Melee set. I’m going to hit 50 on that Tanker at the next Tanker Tuesday, then Incarnate up.
